Loved the house and the heated pool. Short walk to the beach was perfect. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved the use of the beach chairs and starter kit of supplies since we flew in from out of state and couldn’t bring all of things with us. Beautiful place and we will definitely be back again.

We had a great time! The heated pool was by far our favorite feature of the home. The week we were there was too chilly and windy for time at the beach, but the pool was perfect!

We had a very pleasant stay. The house sits on top of pillars. The pool is underneath. It is small but clean and neat. The parking space is somewhat messy, which does not give a good first impression. When you climb the stairs, you find that the house is beautiful and comfortable. It has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were a party of five and had more than enough room. We arrived on a Tuesday. On arriving, we found that the microwave was not working. We called the management, they said they would replace it the following morning. The microwave did not arrive in the morning. We called the management back a couple of times, and finally received the microwave at around 3:00 pm. That was the only incident we had. Overall, our experience was very good.

Perfect location for a short walk to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Absolutley beautiful beach. House provided a small wagon which was great for hauling beach gear. Only needed a v type filter for coffeemaker.

We enjoyed our stay! It is a basic beach house and has what you need to get by. With that being said, the beds upstairs aren't the most comfortable and you can hear any little noise happening downstairs. So if you plan to use this room for kids/littles, I would definitely bring a sound machine.
There were plenty of towels for showering and the beach. There are only 3 beach chairs for the house though, which I think is a let down since it sleeps 8. The washer and dryer are also on different floors so if you have anyone with you that can't walk up and down stairs easily, laundry is difficult.
The house could definitely use a few things updated but overall it was a good stay and everything was in working order.
Also worth noting, this house has 1 parking spot but there is on street parking, it is first come first serve and if you park facing the wrong direction of traffic you get a $50 fine (which we found out while trying to move vehicles around to ensure we had enough parking).

The location was perfect, so nice to walk to the beautiful beach. It was nice to have the pool. The house is well equipped and we loved hanging out on the porch.

The property was perfect for our family because of the pool and a short walk to see beautiful sunsets on a sugar sand beach. Not as well maintained as we hoped for but we spent all day at the beach and when we weren't on the beach we were all in the pool.

We brought our kids (ages 16,17,21,23,24) there was plenty of beds and space to make meals and hang out. Beach access is one block away to the north and two blocks to the west! Bean point is a beautiful area! We walked to pine ave and also rented a golf cart! There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. we had a great time! The screened in porch was great for the night it rained! So fun!! Thank you!

Our family recently visited AMI for the first time and stayed in this beautiful rustic home. We were not sure what to expect as pictures and descriptions you see online don't always match with reality. The home exceeded our expectations and appeared to be freshly cleaned and immaculate throughout. There was an abundance of extra linens, towels and blankets. The screened in patio was my absolute favorite place to have my morning tea and/or curl up on the couch with a good book and a blanket as the early mornings can be a tad bit chilly. I must admit somedays it was difficult to decide if I wanted to just enjoy the patio, take a nap by the pool or walk 2 mins to Bean Point beach and take it all in. This is indeed a rustic, log cabin -like home that most definitely feels like an airy tree-house.. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The check in/out process was simple. The only issue we encountered was a smoke detector that needed its battery replaced. Property management was notified through the app and responded quickly. We were so impressed with our stay here we immediately thought it would be nice to come back for the holidays, Unfortunately when we looked, it was already booked for Christmas. We plan to return some time in the future and hope to enjoy this home again.
