Had such a wonderful stay at this house! The house was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was set up beautifully, it was so clean and the backyard was amazing! Steps away from both the beach and all the beach bars/restauarants. You couldn’t ask for a better location! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to great restaurants and activity. Perfect location. We brought our 5 kids and a couple of their friends. Everyone had a great time. Great pool deck and hang out spot when you're not at the beach. Host was VERY responsive and had great communication when needed. Would stay again without doubt.

The house is in the perfect spot. It is a 2 min walk to the beach and a 2 min walk to the heat of downtown Siesta Key. There’s even a market within easy walking distance. Once you get to the house, there is no driving necessary.

The property is located right by the ocean on one side and the shops on the other side. My family had an amazing time together. The pool is awesome. Love the setup of the house. We had a large crew. A family of 5, a family of 3, + 2 more friends. Plenty of room. The pool was great. The location splits the distance between the local main street of restaurants+ in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Ideal. I misplaced the check-in information and the property team gently reminded me where to look. There were some minor items we could not get working (lights and fans) that were cheerfully fixed. At the time, the WiFi throughput sometimes had trouble with remote summer classwork for 2 of the teens. I believe that has been improved since then. If we have a large group looking to stay in this area, we'll be back. Thank you!

Loved the outside area. One thing I did not like is people kept coming into our pool area thinking it was public. Also we had trouble with a couple TVs not working, which we did not like. The location is great for the beach and eatery. I would stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a perfect fit for all of our families with private baths for each family which is a MUST! It was spacious and very clean. The only very small issue we had was there were a couple of times where other families thought that our private pool was open to the public and we had to inform them that they were at the wrong pool for their vacation. This home is gorgeous inside and out. The saltwater pool and hot tub and the surrounding lush back yard are highlights. It is so close to the best white sand beach I've ever experienced. And it is within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. I have a few suggestions for upgrades to beds and appliances for a luxury property, but overall this home was fabulous for a week with five adults and five children.

We had cool weather, but the heated pool & hot tub were a hit with the whole family, the beach is close by beautiful white sand you walk or ride bikes. We walked to town with whole family every night for dinner, only 5 minutes! So fun!! The house was amazing! Loved it!

We stayed at the pool house for a week and the backyard is amazing and as nice is as a resort. We stayed at a 5 star resort in April and my kids could not tell me which vacation was better!! Being one black from the Gulf and one block from all the action is perfect. Our days consisted of pool, beach, pool, beach and then dinner and maybe pool again. Everything is casual which is exactly the way we like it. My kids are 11 and 12 and they were able to walk around with no concerns. We did bring our own rafts for the pool. There is o much more I can say it was perfect. I will be back!!

We have stayed at Siesta a few times, and this was the best location by far. Walking out of the house, you look left you can see the beach and ocean, you look right and you can see The Hub and The Lobster Pot. The house's backyard is very private, with a very nice heated pool and hot tub. There is a lot of outdoor space. We used the outdoor living space every day, and the covered patio we turned into a second family room by easiliy rearranging the outdoor furniture. There's also a mini bar if you want to play "Isaac". We had 3 families, 8 kids, 6 adults. Overall enough space, the bunk rooms were nicely sized, and the upstairs bathroom was decent size and adequate. The the master bedrooms on the first floor were sufficient for the 3 couples. I would 100% stay at this house again! Splitting hairs: 2 out of the 3 master bedrooms we a little tight, but with a house like that and one of the greatest beach around, size of the bedroom just doesn't matter. There was some beach gear, but be prepared to bring or buy an umbrella and maybe some beach chairs. Communication and check in went smooth, and we look forward to renting again. In summary, Great house and location, location, location!!!

The Pool House surpassed our expectations. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. We were 5 single women and there was more than enough space for us. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Four of the five bedrooms have ensuite bath. The kitchen was well appointed. The pool area is very large with a pool that you can actually swim in and a hot tub, (both of which are maintained twice a week) eight comfortable lounge chairs, a pool table, a covered dining area and a second seating area. The house is well appointed and staff was readily available to answer any questions or fix minor problems for us. The beach is less than a 5 min walk away and you are on the quiet part of Siesta Key beach which was perfect for us. The village is a 3 min walk away. Overall, a totally positive experience and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this property with our children and grandchildren. The location couldn't be any better. We were a short walk to the beach and an equally short walk to the village. Even our 2 and 3 year old grandchildren could comfortably walk back and forth. There is a market in the village, which we visited at least daily to pick up those few items that we seemed to need to restock. The pool area was amazing. While the first floor bedrooms are a bit on the smaller side, they each have their own bath and the beds were very comfortable. One odd thing - there was a a lot of activity on the one side of the house because an outside shower, a bathroom and laundry were available for resort guests. We wondered if the general public were at times using those facilities because there was so much activity? When I first booked this property almost a year in advance, there wasn't a washer or dryer in the house. But I called on two separate occasions, asking that they please consider adding. I felt for the price of the house and the number of guests, they should be included. Happily, they were put in before our stay!! Billy, our concierge, was very attentive and helpful as well. Would highly recommend for a family gathering!!

We found this property to be the perfect setting for our family that includes 10 members. Each couple had their own bedroom retreat and the open kitchen / family room allowed for us to get together for special meals and entertainment. The pool outside and barbecue area was a great way to relax. We even were able to play table tennis. A touch of nature allowed for us to view 4 baby owls nesting in the hut rafters. The one issue of concern was that each day a group of 10-12 teenage boys and girls would come off the beach and use the facilities between the buildings. They were loud with music and vulgar language. They also put paper towels in the sink to stop it up and let it overflow. I have no problem with teenagers if they were more considerate.

We had a great experience at Tropical Breeze! This house was perfectly setup for of party of 8! It is setup like a house but each bedroom has a privacy lock. My boyfriend and I stayed with 3 other couples and we had plenty of room! Also the 1 of the 3 pools was right outside our door!
