Great location on the beach. It was quiet and near everything at the same time. I was glad it wasn't crowded here. We loved the location of the unit to get to the beach and even the pool area as well. We would definitely come here again.

Gorgeous spacious condo and amazing location right on the beach. Perfect for our family to easily run back and forth to the house without having to lug beach gear a far distance. Very large patio was lovely for morning coffee and dinner sunsets. Pool was a good break for the kids in the afternoon. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals at home and place was overall a wonderful getaway - we would come back! Property manager was extremely attentive and got back to us right away with any questions.

Going to the beach with young children can often be cumbersome because of all the gear you need to take. Not a problem here! You can go back to the house for sand toys, extra towels, whatever you need but forgot. The condo has recently been redone, so is fresh and comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen appliances and gadgets.It is extremely close to the grocery store. All ages had a great time

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and kitchen equipped well. Loved just going out the back deck right to the beach. Can easily walk to breakfast places and to Publix. The pool in the complex is small, but we mostly went to beach. Would stay here again.

Spring Break trip with my daughters. We loved the condo! If I owned a place at the beach I would want it look exactly like this! Staff was most helpful and checked on us often. Location was very convenient. Beach is literally steps from your back porch. Amazing sunset views! Pool and wooden decks could use renovations. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I along with our two older teens just got back from a stay in Patriots Paradise and we were blown away! The condo is stunning, large and roomy, well appointed, and very comfortable. The views were amazing and we all commented that we have never stayed anywhere quite as beautiful as this. Our host was exceptional and kept in contact with us several times during our stay which we very much appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful property. The beach was just steps away and the location of the property was very close to the Publix grocery store and many restaurants and shopping. Best location on Holmes Beach in my opinion. We have stayed a few houses away and this area of the beach is superb. The condo decor was updated, light, airy, beachy and very very relaxing. We did have to purchase a couple updated beach chairs and an umbrella since the ones at the property were broken. There was no beach wagon as indicated and management said they would get one but it was not delivered. We didn’t really need it since it was just two of us . The beach is so close, we could carry our chairs etc. the only other problem we had was another unit in the building had smokers on the veranda which made sitting outside not enjoyable. We contacted management and within 48 hrs the problem stopped. It is a no smoking property. The view from the kitchen, living area and veranda is absolutely breathtaking morning snd night!!

This property had everything we wanted - amazing location, perfect layout, fully stocked kitchen and more. We spent Christmas and New Years here and included a lot of tennis and beach time. It is now unavailable which makes us sad - we would absolutely book this place again. Please contact us if you have this one or another rental similar to this one!

This condo have everything we could have asked for and more. The views are spectacular!! Drinking our morning coffee and listening to the waves crash on the beach was an experience unlike anything before. The condo was luxurious and comfortable, and very quiet. We had the best time on AMI and can't wait to come back to our home away from home.

This unit is very nice and true to the pictures. The view from the main room and deck however is even better than any picture could provide - breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nicely appointed unit on the beach. Very relaxing.

This place was exceptional. The views and amenities of this unit were second to none on the island. We highly recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation at an unbeatable cost.

Access and beach views are priority for us; this Condo exceeded our expectations!
Location was quiet and secure, Updated interior, very clean with comfortable beds.
