We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect with a beach right out of the front door. Perfect size for our group of 8, 4 adults, 4 kids (4-10). Everyone loved the pool and proximity to all Anna Maria Island has to offer.

The pool was not functioning properly even after we communicated with the management company twice. Kinda frustrating as you pay a premium to have a pool. Also there were no trash bins. Something should have been provided. We love Anna Maria and the after effects of the hurricane was noticeable so we acknowledge that some things were difficult. I would have liked some concession for the lack of pool use I guess. The house was very comfortable except for the lack of fan remote in the living room, which we also requested and never received. Minor things but the management should know about.

I own a house on the northern side of the island. It’s under renovation, so I needed another place to stay. This house was as close as I can get and allowed me to do all the things I love in AMI. I obviously prefer my own home, but this house was just as advertised in a great spot.

Our stay was wonderful! The beach and park are right across the street. The house was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. It's open, clean and easy to reach out if anything is needed. We hope to be back next year.

Great stay, house wasn’t cleaned great, but mostly dust and the floors had a lot of sand(understandable the beach being so close I guess). Fantastic location.

We really loved our stay here. It was my 7 month-old son’s first vacation and both the pool and distance to the beach was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended for families with tiny kiddos but I also could see it being an amazing time for a few couples as well. We walked down to the City Pier our first night and watched the birds. You could definitely walk to restaurants but we didn’t have a stroller so we drove to the Sandbar and Ginny and Janes. Enjoyed both very much. I’ve seen other reviewers mention people walking through the side yard and we only really experienced that once. It didn’t bother me with the exception of their voices being very loud and booming through the whole house during nap time. But it was a fraction of a minute in reality and definitely not a deterrent for us booking again. We cannot wait to come back!

Our recent stay for a long weekend on Anna Marie Island was fantastic! The house we rented through AMI Locals was just like the pictures. Clean, up to date, comfortable, and relaxing. The bay side beach was right across the street, to sit and watch the sun come up. And minutes from the beach on the Gulf side for sunsets. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. AMI Locals provide us all the information we needed through mails and texts up front, for us to show up, unlock the front door, and enjoy.
If you visit, the sticky buns at Ginny's & Jane E's Cafe are not to be missed!

Overall adorable house steps away from the beach. Home layout and decor is great. Exactly the get away we needed. Pet fee is steep, wish the gate on the dock would lock or latch properly. You do get a lot of people walking through the side of the house. Loved the property overall.

Great location near the bay side. Not far from restaurants shops and ice cream parlor. Retro/ vintage vibe with updates was great feel. Bring or rent bikes :)

We had a great trip. Sweet Melissa’s is comfy and clean and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We especially loved the pool - perfectly warm and kept private with wild tropical landscaping.

Nice place for children the beach is just across the street with playgrounds and the water was not too deep young children could safely play in it

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was so clean on our arrival. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bath towels and beach towels and even a beach wagon with chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. I was worried my kids would get into everything in the house but it was simply but nicely decorated and didn’t have any knick knacks that could have gotten broken or misplaced during our stay. Their favorite thing was the heated pool in the backyard. The area around the pool was like a private oasis with beautiful tropical plants. We are already planning our next trip to Anna Maria and will stay here if it’s available!
