Surf View (SKLRP)

This property is home away from home. It’s nicely decorated in ocean theme, just blocks away from clean beach. The heated pool is clean & has sunshine most all day. The palm trees surround pool for privacy.
Each bedroom has its own connected bathroom! King size beds are comfortable. It was great to have beach chairs, towels & wagon available. Close to beach shops & restaurants.
3 Floors worked for us adults! Many stairs to climb.
Overall we will stay again!

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key Village for years now and this is our first time staying in a home. It was wonderful! We were so excited to be located so close to the village restaurants/shops and the beach! The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful from the third floor balcony. The rooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom/shower which made it great to get ready simultaneously. The home had everything we needed for a family of 14 (exception; we did have a 1yr old and had to bring a crib & high chair but we were prepared for that). The pool is huge and the shallow end was perfect for kids playing. The one important thing for people to understand before booking are the stairs. There are a lot and they are steep so it would be difficult for some. Two of the bedrooms and the main kitchen/living area are on the third floor and the rest of the bedrooms and another living area are on the second. There is also a narrow, steep spiral staircase that leads to the pool area. The only minor inconveniences were that the WiFi did not extend to the 3rd floor for our baby monitor and the 3rd floor dryer wasn’t working but thankfully there was another on the 2nd floor- neither issue upset us we just had to find alternatives. All in all we loved this home and hope we can stay again in the future if the price stays reasonable- then we would also be able to enjoy the game room area as there’s only a ping pong table currently and is clearly still being worked on post-hurricane.

Excellent property, excellent location, excellent host. The price is not inexpensive but the experience is top notch. This house is very large and easily accommodates large groups and families. Believe it was 9 bathrooms total. Everything you needed for the beach was there as well, coolers, chairs, towels. SKLRP does a great job!

We really loved this home, except with children there were times we needed a broom, mop, or vacuum. There were none. We had to call for a broom. The picture showed extra loungers by the pool but were none. The bottom level was to have a pool table and extra games. There was a ping pong table with 1 ball. and no other item to entertain teens, Otherwise loved the location and had a great time. May consider rerenting in the future.

We’ve stayed in a dozen or so houses on Siesta Key, but this one might be our favorite! It was a 2min walk to the Village, a 2min walk to the beach, and every room had its own bathroom. It was really perfect for our large family. When we arrived, the pool was a little dirty— there had been some storms so it was understandable— but communication with the property management company was easy and they took care of it the next day. We do wish it had been cleaned up that same day because we had young kids that wanted to swim after a 16 hour drive, but all in all this house was AMAZING and we would love to stay there again. There isn’t a ton of cabinet space in the main kitchen to store food (no pantry) and the back door has an alarm that’s pretty loud (required by law), but that’s not a complaint— just an FYI. We loved it and recommend this to anyone looking for a large house for vacation!

We stayed here with 6 kids (1-7 years old) and 7 adults. The overall space in the house, the walkability to everything we could need in the area (easy beach access, restaurants and shopping, transportation, etc.), and the private pool were everything we could have asked for and would be hard to beat. I wouldn't call the house "fancy" but it was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (and beyond) we needed and everything was in good working order.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The location to the beach and community amenities was amazing. We have a large family, including 7 children under 6 and 10 adults. There was plenty of room. My only critique would be that the game room is not cooled properly. So, we didn’t utilize it, and the stairs were killer. If you have bad knees, think twice. We made lots of wonderful memories here, and highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at the property with 5 families. It was as advertised and a quick walk to the beach. The spa did not heat up to spa temps and the pool was actually warmer and there weren’t enough Paper Towels, dishwashing detergents for 5 families who utilized the kitchen for cooking multiple meals but so many towels and other perks that it didn’t put a damper on our trip! Would definitely stay again.

Came with my older children (19-22yrs) cousins and a few girlfriends (16 total) to celebrate my 50th. House was as beautiful as the pictures, and everyone had a great time. Plenty of room, loved the game rooms especially when it rained. We had everything we needed. It is a lot of stairs, but we needed to work off the food/drink. Easy walk to the beach, rented a golf cart to get around and it was perfect. No one wanted to leave, highly recommend for groups!

Our family stayed 8 nights in this wonderful vacation home. It was definitely a treat to have 7 master bedrooms, all with king sized beds and their own bathroom and one twin bedroom with its own bathroom. In addition, there are 2 sets of washer/dryers, lots of towels to use for the beach or the pool, beach toys, air conditioning, and a big deck on the top floor off the kitchen to watch the sunsets. We did have a few issues with supplies, but the manager responded immediately with fixes for them. And the location? Ideal. 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from town. Our family truly loved this house.

What a great place for large groups. The location is great, our family has been coming to siesta key for 30 years and we have a condo but we don’t all fit so we’ve been using Airbnb to spend time in the same place. This property has everything you need; close to the beach, close to the village and the pool and hot tub are just right. The bathrooms, large beds and TVs in every room make it easy to get privacy with large groups and living rooms on both floors also help break up the space. Can’t say enough, “as advertised” and Adam was our host, everything went smoothly and communication was 5 star.

We picked this home because it had enough king sized beds with bathrooms for our whole family.We also loved the location close to the beach and village.We also knew the grandchildren would love the pool and game room. The adults too! It was pet friendly also even though we did not bring them this time. Having all the beach equipment and towels was also very convenient .Parking was perfect. Also we could have privacy from each other when needed and closeness when we wanted. Every room was nicely decorated and clean! It was hard to pick one for the week. Bunk room was perfect for my older grandchildren . We all enjoyed our time and vacation! Did I mention how much the children loved the pool!Thank You

Great house for a group get-together. Love the 8 bedrooms, each with their own bath. Kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need to cook for a group. All of the appliances worked great. The pool is absolutely fabulous. The third floor deck was a great spot to meet either early in the morning or for a drink at sunset. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Location is terrific. Only 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Even a couple of small markets for food items. Working with Siesta Key Luxury Property Management was easy. They were polite, helpful and efficient. Definitely will consider returning. I give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5.

We spent 7 days at Siesta Key with a total of ten adults and three kids under 2 years, and the property was perfect for our needs. The pool had a large wading portion that was perfect for kids, the outdoor patio was partially shady during the afternoon, and there was plenty of room for everybody. We even had a bedroom we didn't use! The property was well-maintained, clean, and updated.

Love the pool area and lower level game room. The older kids had a great time hanging out. It was wonderful to have a king size bed in all but one of the 8 rooms. It would be nice to have a refrigerator instead of a dishwasher on the second level. We will definitely visit again.

Booked this wonderful home in August for our December vacation. This was a perfect home for our family which included adult children and grandparent. The pool and hot tub were used constantly because the weather was a bit cool for the beach. The home is an easy walk from Siesta Village and especially close to the beach. The sand is to die for!! You will never need sandals/shoes on this beach. The white sand is like stepping on flour. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. We bar-b-qued most nights. The house was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels. There are 2 washer/dryer units which worked very well. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. Be prepared to climb steps. You enter the home on the first floor and walk up stairs to a living area with a comfortable living room with TV and 6 bedrooms! Then, climb another set of stairs to a spacious open kitchen area with 2 large bedrooms and a deck with ample seating and a gas grill. We would definitely return to this home on another visit. It has it all; many comfortable bedrooms and baths, clean, on top of the village and beach. Enjoy your trip!!

That huge spa is actually a new edition to this home, and nothing beats a big hot tub on a cool night! Comfy beds can also make or break a vacation, so I am glad your family enjoyed them all. Extremely spacious, walking distance to beach, shopping, and restaurants! Two walk in showers were s great asset. Kids loved the pool. TVs in every room...a nice small conversation area away from kitchen/dining area. 3 garages .... pool table and ping pong table . Extra refrigerator. Something for everyone! An amazing home to accomodate a few couples or a family reunion! Excellent staff...efficient, polite , accommodating and friendly. Dana, Dlion and Billy , Our maintenance man and the pool guy great! Would book tomorrow if there was a need. Even left a note the day we left that I lost my expensive sunglasses while there, notified next day they were found and mailed to me! We recently stayed in this house for 3 nights, it was a family reunion - party of 24! It was so nice for all of us to be able to stay in one place and have a pool to ourselves. The house is great - amazing decor and exactly as pictured online. We used every inch of it - good thing there were 8 bedrooms and bathrooms! We rented a couple of golf carts to get around, I highly recommend that - we were able to load up for the beach and drop off right at the sand. It was also fun to take them to the strip for shopping and ice cream. The house is in a great location by the way: close to the strip but not right on it, close to the beach, lots of shopping & restaurants nearby, lots of fun bars too. In addition, the garage was nice, the decks were very cool, there was plenty of outdoor seating, and plenty of towels were provided. AC works well. Refrigerator in the lowest level was handy for drinks by the pool. Norm from the concierge service couldn't have been nicer or more helpful - he arranged for Chef Craig to come and cook a fantastic dinner for us on the first night and he also set us up with Marc at Gabbiano's for a delicious meal out. He checked in with me several times before our trip to see if he could help in any way, and he came to meet us in person when we got there. He really made our planning easier and more enjoyable. A few suggestions for the house - nothing major, just a few things we noticed... lots of stairs, so a warning would have been nice considering we had some older folks on our group and it was hard on them. AC in the lowest level would have made it more usable (where the game rooms are), and we could have even put some kids on air mattresses down there to alleviate congestion upstairs. It wasn't easy sleeping 24 in the house, 20 is probably a more realistic max. Larger trash cans in the bedrooms / bathrooms are needed. Recycle bins in the main areas are needed. A coffee pot on the second floor would have been nice. Items such as dish soap and cleaners for the kitchen would have helped us help you keep the house sparkling. A bigger bar of soap in the bathrooms would have helped keep us sparkling :) Overall, we were very pleased with the house and with the Siesta Key rental agency. We'd definitely use them again and would love to return to the area! Thanks for a great weekend!

We had such a great time in this awesome home! We had a very large group, used all eight bedrooms and completely appreciated the attached bathrooms, also needed all pullout sofas (3) and it all seemed to work! We had two couples in their 80s so the many stairs was a little daunting an elevator would have been a huge help! But again we managed and used the 1st floor living room as the coffee spot instead of the kitchen on the top floor! Would have been great if there were a coffee maker on each level! Also would have been helpful to have an extra toilet paper roll in each bathroom! Need extra pillows and blankets too! Regardless the location of the home is excellent!! The pool area and downstairs play room off the pool is also excellent!! We would definitely stay in this home again!!

I'm glad that our 2 living areas worked well for your group, and both seemed to be functional spaces. I really didn't think about the coffee maker on both floors until reading your review, but it makes total sense, so we appreciate the feedback. We will be installing a coffee maker there today. We will also inventory the pillows and blankets and make sure these are adequately supplied. Our "starter kit" of 1 roll of toilet paper per bath, dish soap, 2 dishwasher detergents, and a roll of paper towels is only supposed to get our guests started so that they don't immediately have to go to the store upon arrival. But, during a week's stay, our guests usually have to purchase more of these items. Sorry if this was confusing for you, we will try to communicate this more clearly as well. Anyways, I'm thrilled your family had an amazing time and that the home was all that you expected it to be and maybe more. We hope that you will come back and stay with us again soon. We recently visited this beautiful house on a family vacation/reunion. The house was everything we wanted and more! It came with everything we needed for our entire stay. The general manager walked us through and showed us all the ins and outs of the house so there was no confusion. We were a block from the beach and Siesta Key Village. This house provided more than enough space for all of us, and to be honest we got lost a few times! The house was decorated perfectly with each room having it's very own little beach theme. We were able to do lots of cooking out and spent lots of quality time together. From the day we got there, to the day we left, everything was a perfect 10! Can't wait until next time!

We stayed at this house over Mother's Day weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is newly renovated, with the cutest beach decor throughout. The staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. We were only a block and a half away from the beach, so even when vacation laziness set in and we didn't want to walk, the pool was just as convienient and beautiful. The game room on the first floor kept the kids entertained for hours, and is a nice touch for families with children. The house came stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, bathroom necessities and all the kitchen amenities needed for cooking and entertaining our large family. We all had an amazing weekend, and were able to spoil all of the mothers in our lives to the max! We will definitely be repeat customers with Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties!

This newly renovated house was absolutely immaculate! I stayed here with a handful of friends for a buddy's bachelor party and it was terrific. The house was massive, with each bedroom having its own separate bathroom and shower. The rooms were very clean and equipped with all the amenities needed for a week stay. The top floor balcony adjacent to the kitchen provided an awesome view and even better spot to simply hang out and enjoy the company of friends. We were within very close walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars that the village has to offer. In addition to the house, the pool was huge and a perfect remedy after a night out. This house is a real treat! Highly recommended!

This house is much bigger than it looks, which is crazy. Plenty of space for everyone with basically 2 homes in one. It was great to have basically two separate areas because it give you a lot of privacy and options with large groups. The pool was nice and the patio rooftop area was great. There was a lot of beach equipment which was great as well. We walked everywhere and no one had to worry about having some drinks on vacation which was a relief. Great place and the rental company was very easy to work with!
