The house is amazing. So much light. The views were amazing. The house is beautifully decorated with beach theme. Very spacious. Everyone had their own space yet we had many gathering areas. Pool area and patio was a great addition. Only a very short walk to the beach.

We had an excellent time at this propery last week. Had a group of 15 people and everyone loved the home and location. The house is larger than pictures let on. Pool was heated and kids had an incredible time swimming every day.

This house was perfect for my large family. All families had their own space as well as a gathering place inside on the main floor, for meals and games, but a great outside area for lunches and pool. Great walk to Beach access 10. A little longer walk to the village but the Frog Hopper vans were easily accessed. Loved the house and the location. The pictures on VRBO do not do the house justice. It was absolutely beautiful.

The property was beautiful and very well-equipped with a wide variety of things for your vacation pleasure. For families with small children there are pack ‘n plays, high chairs, baby gate and games for all ages. The pool was lovely and so warm! Everything was clean and inviting The office responded immediately to our questions or concerns. It is close to the BBC each and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Nicely arranged for space to spread out or join together. I highly recommend it to families.

My mother was born and raised on Siesta Key, so we choose it as the destination for our family reunion. We wanted a house that was within walking distance to the Village and had easy access to the beach. This house fit the bill! Check-in was a breeze! The house was perfectly cleaned. Our only real issue was that one of the bunks (with a full size bottom and twin sized top) was structurally broken. So we did have to buy aerobeds and sheets for the kids that were supposed to sleep there. The property manager was very responsive, and compensated our expense with a gift card to a local restaurant. Only real recommendation for improvement was window coverings for all sleeping areas. Other than that, house was great! Our family was there during August (super hot & humid) AND the Red Tide (beaches covered in dead fish and toxic air) but we still had a blast at the house with the outdoor dining/bar space and the pool. We are sorry that you experienced a broken bunk bed during your stay. As soon as you brought this issue to our attention, a replacement was ordered. Good news is that the new bunk bed has been delivered and installed into the home! We’re also glad to know that our property management team was responsive in assisting you with any questions or comments you had during your stay. Additionally, thank you for making us aware that all the bedrooms may not have appropriate window coverings, a member of our property management team will be investigating this during the next vacancy and curtains and/or blinds will be ordered accordingly. We greatly appreciate this feedback! Although Red Tide has been reported in our area, beach conditions change daily and our team is readily available to recommend other local beaches in the area that may have better beach and water conditions. We are posting weekly beach updates, and we’ve provided our guests with access to a live webcam at our public beach, along with links to websites with daily updates on the situation. We are happy to report that of late, we have had very limited impact from Red Tide, so we hope that continues. Should you return to Siesta Key, we’d love the opportunity to host you again. I am pleased to hear that the pool and spa worked flawlessly this trip and that they were both great amenities for you and your family. With that said, we appreciate you bringing a few other items to our attention that were found during your stay. We have addressed each of these issues, and I would like to highlight our efforts here for you. The patio door handle that you mentioned was a special order item, and the shipping time was the reason this was not repaired prior to your arrival. Coincidentally, we received this on the day of your departure, and this handle has been repaired. Regarding the 2 water marks on the ceiling, we always want to look into the cause of these marks before making the ceiling drywall repair. This can be a little messy, and we don't like to do this during our guests stay for that reason unless there is an active leak or problem, which did not appear to be the case. Given the location of these, one directly by an HVAC vent, we wanted to make sure there wasn't a condensation issue with the duct work, so we needed some time to be able to review this issue in full. We are happy to report that these 2 water marks have been repaired and we do not anticipate any further issues with this. Our housekeeping team has also performed a thorough inspection of all the showers in the home to ensure that they meet our standards. As a company, we appreciate the feedback so we can continue to improve our properties and our guest experience. Once again, we greatly appreciate the feedback and hope that our response is satisfactory to these issues, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future. You're welcome any time. If you are looking to book a place in Siesta Keys for a big group...stop right there!!! THIS IS THE ONE!! We were a group of 22 people. This house was so big and we had so much space to sit or eat. Exactly as described on the listing or even better. First, cleanliness and decorations was very good. Location- I read it was a few minutes from the beach, I would say like 5 mins walking but the fact that you end up in a "private or secluded" part of the beach is a big plus. Its like 13 mins walking to the Village which we preferred due to parking. Equipment- this is the best equipped kitchen! Also, the fact that they had beach chairs, little wagons to carry things and beach towels was soooo convenient for us. Beds were super comfortable in all rooms. The patio was peefect, with two bbq grills. The jacuzzi worked fine. Tons of parking in the garage for big groups. Honestly, this place just added an easiness to our vacation. 100% recommended.

We gave five stars for all categories. Location is wonderful with easy beach access. Great indoor/ outdoor space and layout for large groups. We have a few minor comments for improvement. None were show-stoppers. We would have appreciated a few staples - coffee filters, napkins, shampoo, conditioner, more soap in each room and kitchen basics (such as tea, coffee, plastic wrap, and cooking oil) would be a very welcoming gesture. It should be noted that sparkling clean also resulted in slippery floors and stairs. The lukewarm hot tub should have been checked before we arrived as the pool spa had issues with low water, automatically turning off the jets ,and the temperature was not hot enough. Calls to the property manager eventually got the jets working and the water temperature a bit higher, yet not to 104 degrees. Some of the shower fixtures are a bit loose and finicky. Consistent water pressure was an intermittent issue. On the third floor, there is one small bathroom for the three bedrooms. One of the sinks and a drawer needed repair. A couple of the bathrooms looked like they had not been updated to the standards of the others. We had bad weather one evening (actually a tornado warning) and while we were out, maintenance came in to the house and tied down and secured the outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, the chairs and other furniture remained unusable (we could not budge the ties) for two days even though the storm had passed the first night. We were surprised that they did not come earlier to re set up the space. It was also at this late time that the issues with the pool spa / hot tub were addressed. Maybe there was a communication issue with and between maintenance and the property manager. In general, the property manager was responsive to our concerns. On the first day she brought over some starter supplies at our request.

Hi Linda, Thank you so much for the kind words & feedback. We are glad that the homes location was perfect for your stay. In our pre-arrival email that is sent out about a week prior to arrival, we do explain what is included in our 'starter kit' of supplies. It is also listed in our terms & conditions that we do not transfer any perishable or consumable items from guest to guest. We do have certified pool technicians service and inspect our pools twice a week, but it is important to note that the nightly temperatures during your stay were in the low 50's. This is important because the pool heater uses the outside ambient temperature to heat the pool and once you get below 60 degrees it takes much longer to heat the pool. Likewise, switching the heater between the spa and the pool, only increases that delay. I hope this helps explain this. We appreciate your feedback regarding the water pressure. We are having the water pressure looked at, this is the first we have heard of this at this home, so again thank you for letting us know. We apologize for the miscommunication about the patio furniture. This should not have been missed, sorry again, but we are staffed 365 days a year from 8am-8pm and we would have been happy to send someone over immediately if we were notified that this was missed. This property is everything! Close to the beach, huge backyard space, lovely pool and spa, and bedrooms galore! It was the perfect place for our group of girls and the beds were plentiful and comfortable. Kitchen was so great to cook in for a large group and there was always enough space for everyone. Beach entrance was a few mins away by foot and the house was very clean! Loved our stay and you will too.

As we have described in the listing, our Terms and Conditions, our FAQ, and your Pre-Arrival E-mail sent 1 week before arrival, the home comes with a starter kit of supplies only. This includes 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 trash bag for every trash can, 1 dishwasher detergent, 1 bottle of liquid dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen. These are designed to get your vacation started, for the first day, and any other supplies are to be purchased by the guest. I hope this explanation helps, but if you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to us directly. This was the best represented property on VRBO we've ever stayed at. The description and pictures were completely accurate. The pool was fantastic with nice lawn chairs and umbrella, bedroom sizes were perfectly big, and there was beach gear in the garage with carts that we borrowed to walk to the beach. It was immaculately clean, comfy beds, etc. We will definitely attempt to rent this house for our next Siesta Key trip.

We lived the home it has everything... we had a small baby and it had several pack n plays . Pool floats ... beach chairs and umbrellas... the only thing is they have tvs in every bedroom but no stations. The cable package is poor we couldn't really watch tv but other than that we had a great time. The house it one block from beach access and right across the street and a few blocks from the village! If you don't feel like walking there is the tip taxi or free trolley my kids did take advantage of this! The house has everything you need for the beach and more. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the bedrooms tons of pillows and extra blankets. I don't think the website listed all the bedrooms and beds in them that is important to see what families get what room but it was great and we had a blast will def be back!

Every TV and Frontier Cable Box in the entire home worked perfectly. We also contacted Frontier to see if there were any outages or other events on Siesta Key that would have affected the service during your stay, and they informed us that there weren't. The only issue that we did find was one remote had dead batteries, so we fixed that. Fortunately, we were not able to replicate the issues you describe and everything operated correctly, but I would like to better understand the issue you had so if you could please send me an email at sales@siestakeyluxuryrentalproperties.com or call me 941.349.1125, I would really appreciate it. With that being said, on your next stay, if you have difficulties like this, please call us and our maintenance team will respond quickly to fix the issue whatever it may be. As far as bed types, I totally agree that the bed types should be listed for each bedroom, and in fact, the bed types by bedroom are listed on our website and on VRBO under Amenities for all of our properties. This information ports directly from our reservation software, directly onto our personal website for each property that we manage. Once we enter the information into our reservation software, it is designed to link directly onto all of our travel sites immediately.
