Our large family met for a beach vacation in this house worked out perfectly! The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the pool had not been serviced correctly and we had to get them to come back out and clean out the green algae before we could swim.

Just finished our stay at the Sunset Splash property. We had a group of 12 adults, two toddlers and an infant. The house was spacious and very clean. The pool was fantastic and all the features were a huge hit. The location between the beach and the village was absolutely perfect. Once we were there we never needed to pile into a car. My family is already asking when we can come back!

This property was all we had hoped it would be. In addition to being a very accommodating house for our family of 13 and 4 generations the location could not have been better. From the end of the driveway on the left and 800 feet down the street were all the shops, restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. On the right we were less that 800 feet from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Again, a perfect week in Florida!

This home was amazing. We have 12 people and the bedrooms were set up so nice. Everyone had their own space and each bedroom had an on suite bathroom. It felt like everyone had privacy even though there were that many people in one house. The location is perfect for siesta key. You pretty much can’t find anything closer to be walking to everything. The beach. The shops. The restaurants. Loved it

We rented the house for a big family gathering - 5 siblings and their spouses / families with kids of all ages. The house was perfect, each bedroom has its own bath and plenty of space, the pool area is great for Everyone and the kids loved the water slide ! Beach is easily accessible with just a short walk and it’s great for kids too with an amazing sandbar, lots of animals ( we saw manatees, dolphins, sea urchins, crabs, sand dollars, clams…. You name it) and walk The other direction and you are right in town for a nice dinner, grocery stop, the dacqauri bar or even donuts & coffee! It was an ideal location with sooo much space - even with 20 of us we didn’t feel cramped the entire week ! Would definitely stay here again !

Would still love to return but when I inquired about 2023 was told price went up 130%. Yes u read it right. I can put a down payment on a home. Disappointed. Really wanted to come back. BUT

The location of this home is perfect. 100 ft to the right, is the beach, 100ft to the left, is the Village. The home looks small from the road but on the inside, it's huge but very well laid out. Bedrooms were a great size and the walls have great sound barrier for anyone that wants to watch TV at night and wont disturb anyone else in other rooms. Noise from the road, was non existent. Even sitting outside by the pool, we were never bothered by any noise. I guess due to all the greenery? The home was very well equipped with everything. The ONLY suggestion, IF I HAD TO make one, is we all wished the fridge was bigger or had an extra fridge outside. With all the people that stayed in the house, storage of fridge food was at a premium and there had to be extra trips to the grocery store...But honestly, the place is wonderful The communication, if I had ANY questions about the property, my emails or phone calls were answered, either immediately or in a timely manner. Communication was perfect. We loved this place so much, we have already booked again for next March. Great memories are made in this house. Maureen

Great location! Loved the layout of the house for our family of 4 generations. Pool/slide/hot tub & Tiki hut was a sure hit for all of the family. Relaxed, casual, beach house was perfect for a wonderful week of fun. Short walk to beach allowed for daily exercise & fun. Short walk to shops & restaurants is so convenient! Management was very nice and responsive to requests. Family wants to vacation here again next year says it all!

This property was great. It was close to the beach and local restaurants. The house had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. The pool with slide kept my kids entertained while the cabana kept the adults comfortable in the sun. I highly recommend staying here.

We had 15 adults and 1 child. So all the couples had their own bedroom. The location of the house was perfect. We walked about 1 block to a beautiful beach and a couple blocks in the other direction to go into the village. The village was wonderful. Great food and shops. We did a ton of activities each day and swam each night in the pool. Perfect! The only complaint was the mosquitoes. I recommend spraying Bifen XTS once a month in the bushes. We would definitely like to return again.

Great stay. We just have one suggestion. The house sleeps 22, but the fridge needs to be bigger. Put in a pantry shelf where the current fridge is and add a double wide on the wall where the cubby bench is. The house set up was wonderful. The pool and tiki area lots of fun.. the walk to the beach awesome.

Great location one block from beach and main restaurants & shops. The place was nice and big for a large group but a little pricey unless you have a full house that can share the cost (in my opinion). Nice pool but maintenance of the pool was disruptive and the outside grill needs an upgrade especially for the price of this place...that was disappointing.

In order to provide a safe swimming environment for our guests, our pools are serviced twice a week by a professional pool company. This company services dozens of pools each day for us and therefore cannot accommodate only servicing them in the early morning or evening hours as you requested. As for the grill needing an upgrade, we appreciate this feedback and a new grill has been ordered for this property. Other than a slight miscommunication regarding check-out this property was PERFECT! Any issues we had (which were MINOR) were addressed by our property manager (Kim) immediately upon notification. Check in was flawless - kitchen might have been a little better equipped to accommodate 15 people but we managed. Beds were comfortable - pool refreshing. Dining room chair covers could be refreshed but didn’t prevent us from using them. Wagon and beach chairs are great for daily beach visits (VERY VERY CLOSE). All in all ... fantastic place to have our family gathering. 15 persons - 6 states.

Only a one or two minute walk to both a beautiful beach, but also to Siesta Key Village with dining and shopping. The house and location are amazing. You can’t beat the location of the house. Close to the beach and the village. The pool is fantastic and the kids and adults enjoyed the slide. The house is well appointed and was clean upon arrival. We did see a couple cockroaches and there were little ants all over the house but we called the property manager and she sent someone over right away. Would recommend a better pest control system but otherwise everything about the stay was perfect!

This house has lots of space and the pool area has lots of space. We had 12 adults and there was always room for people to do their own thing/have there space. No car necessary-everything accessible by foot or trolley. If I were to provide an idea for improvement it would be to add lighting outside around the pool at night including tiki bar. Could not hang there at night as it was dark. If you have to call property manager for an issue they come within an hour. Great service. We had no big issue, just some due to the storm that had just come thru.

This house is just a 1-minute walk to the beach and 2 to 3-minute walk to Siesta Key Village, in a perfect spot for the best of both worlds. The pool is amazing and despite having bad weather due to Barry's forming, we enjoyed every second. This place is perfect for large families and highly recommend this place for your stay.

Our group of 12 stayed last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house is quite large and can easily accommodate a large group. It is well appointed and very clean. The location is situated perfectly with a short walk to the beach as well as to the main street in Siesta Key where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and stores. It is also well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of pool toys. Our property manager Kelly was always available to answer question and take care of any minor issues. I've used VRBO for bookings a number of times and this house does not disappoint.

A great convenient location. Walk to town and the Sunset Point beach. House is spacious which provides privacy for large groups. Pool is great for little ones. Kitchen is a bit inadequate needing more cooking pans and a little table for the children.

We booked the property for two families with six children and two (young) grandparents as a “spring break.” With 8 bed rooms with individual baths, the property provided plenty of privacy for such a large group. The children were young and the House seemed completely bulletproofed even though we were pretty cautious. The location is convenient to the beach and town. Maybe the best part of the rental was our concierge Dana Caballiero. She showed us around a week early. She arranged for an early entry. When half the house air conditioning went down, she was back to me in minutes with a fix or sending maintenance. She took care of any questions or problems very quickly. No question the property is an expensive rental but sometimes it pays to get something really special.

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday with our adult sons and their families. The house was perfect! Everyone had their own room AND bathroom which was awesome! All the bathrooms are updated and spacious. We enjoyed walking to town for meals or ice cream and even rented bikes from the vendor a few blocks away. The red tide was an issue during our visit but the pool made up for it. Plenty of chairs and beach towels to lounge by the pool in sun or shade (bring your bluetooth speaker). Sunsets at the beach are fabulous and only a 2 min. walk away. We hope to return next year!!

Very clean and modern decor. Pool is exceptional and maintained well. The only things missing are lights in the tiki hut and electricity for the outside bar. Everything was so nice we didn’t want to leave at night to go out! Will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The pool, hot tub and the slide were amazing! There was plenty of room for our large group with kids. Great layout, we especially liked that the 6 bedrooms had king beds with bathrooms and showers for each room. This house is in the perfect location, walking distance to the beach. The property management was very pleasant to deal with. One recommendation, house could use a few additional pots/pans. Thanks for such a great week and amazing memories!

This place is great for large groups. We had 5 families (each with 2 kids) and we had plenty of room. The location cant be beat. We rented golf carts but you really do not need to because everything is in EASY walking distance. We had to call the rental company a few times for minor things and they were first class. They always came within 30 min and had the issue fixed or resolved. One of the best rental companies we have gone through. Highly recommend this place to large groups. If I have to give an opportunity for improvement....a house this large needs a second fridge and pantry. Kitchen space is minimal but we made it work.

Originally scheduled vacation for the first full week of September 2017. Unfortunately, that is when the hurricane decided to hit Florida. Siesta Key Luxury Rental Company was awesome and accommodated us for a different week which ended up being May 5-12, 2018. House was excellent for our family of twelve. Had 8 bedrooms with a bathroom for each. The pool, slide and hot tub were awesome. Location couldn't have been better as it is a block to the beach or a block to the downtown area of Siesta Key. Beach toys galore as well as chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler and a wagon to tote it all down there. House was fairly clean and management staff came to fix something while we were there but did not bother us in the least. House could use a few games/puzzles as well as more kitchen towels . Needs potholders and some cookie sheets. Otherwise, very well stocked with kitchen utensils. Thanks for the great memories.

There were 16 of us in the house and we all loved our week in Siesta key. It fit us perfectly including the living room with comfy couches and the pool. The pool was amazing. For its size, it had it all. If you want to swim laps this is not the pool for you. But if you want a pool that is perfect for ages ranging from 6 months to 75, this is the one. The house is also perfectly located... a block to siesta beach and two blocks to the very center of siesta village. We made lots of trips to the coffee cafe and Olaf's for yummy ice cream. Highly recommend this house.

We had a great time. Location is great for beach and downtown activities. We spent most of our time at the pool. Only odd thing is there is relatively little common space, because the house is mostly bedrooms. We didnt find this to be a problem, just odd.

Family loved the private pool. Dining table only seated 10 so eating was always informal. Recommend booking directly thru Siesta Key Resorts and save a few hundred dollars.

This is a one of kind rental in Siesta Key. The house was recently updated with more bedrooms. Each king bedroom has its own bathrooms and TV. The decor is beach and clean. The service from Siesta rental company was outstanding. We travel each spring break and rent a house and I can tell you this is one of the best. We had 5 families (21 people) in all and was great on space. Walk to the beach in 3 mins and down town in 5 min. Total 5 stars !

Truly a first class property in a perfect location! The pool/spa/hot tub is incredible, the best I have seen on the island. The house is beautiful, easily accommodates six families, and each bedroom has a master bath/ walk in shower. The management company was a pleasure to work with, very polite, receptive and prompt. This house accommodated six families over spring break. The house is absolutely beautiful and the pool/hot tub with slide is by far the best on the island. The amenities are top notch - high quality beach chairs, towels, and beach wagon were provided. Renting bikes, mopeds, long boards, etc. was a breeze thanks to the Adventure Tiki Center located just a few steps away from the house. This house is the perfect location between the beach and the village, no need for a car! The property management was very pleasant to deal with. We've been coming to Siesta for years and we can't wait to come back to this house!

I am in love with this house! I literally called and tried to buy it I was so happy with the location, and how well the place was built. The rooms were quiet. You can't hear street noise, and the pool offered us all the privacy could hope for. It was a perfect getaway home and I will certainly be going back.

If you're looking for a memorable vacation book this house! Open floor plan- great for multiple families to stay in. Private pool with a water slide!!! 200ft from the most beautiful sunset beach EVER. Walking distance to the village for food, drink, and live music! We will definitely be back!
