Sunset Gulf

We do a trip with our large family after Christmas through new year’s every year, and this has been the best home we have rented by far! So much space (there are 18 of us) and a quick walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, wagons, and a cooler for guests to use. My only complaint is that there is no bathroom downstairs by the pool!

Property was great. Location was excellent. Only a few issues … 1 of the 2 washing machines did not work and both dryers took a few cycles to dry. The toilets were finicky and would not flush every time. Maintenance responded quickly but issue continued on and off throughout our stay. Even with these minor issues, we would stay here again.

House was large enough to accommodate 19. Loved the balconies facing the water.(view not blocked by houses). Short distance to beach and basically a private beach with very few people. NO lifeguard so consider this. I submitted a few upgrades and hopefully the owner will comply but we would definitely stay there again. Oh, we had a volleyball net so had a blast in the pool!

We had an amazing family vacation with four generations. Six months old to 80 years old; all had a great time. The property was perfect and allowed. Plenty of community gathering space along with the necessary space to have a little privacy. Great Location. Across from beach and easily walkable to downtown as well as on trolly stop. Communication with Property managers was exceptional, very prompt available. Top notch service. As far as the house goes, It is very nice. A few items to pick on: There was no bathroom on the ground level ( pool Level) , understand that there is a bar outside, as well as on the 3rd floor so bring drinks/ liquor accordingly to stock both , lastly there were no spices at all as well as no salt and pepper, a few standard spices would have been helpful. Lastly there were no oven mitts, they had towels to use but oven mitts would have been helpful. It was a great house don't get me wrong, just a few suggestions.

This house was perfect for our extended family of 16. Every one had their own space but could gather in any of the large common areas. Our Group of 21 had a great time at this House Ages Baby to 60’s. Perfect location, we barely used our car except to get groceries and do excursions. We walked the short walk to Shops/Restaurants and the Beach was very close. The Pool was great and probably the warmest pool we have had in all our VRBOs. The property manager was very responsive with any questions and got repairs fixed on the dryer that wasn’t working. I would highly recommend for large groups!!! Enough Beds/bathrooms for our larger group.

Great house. Next door house is identical. I was glad we choose this one as there is only a tiny house across the street so the views of the beach and ocean are spectacular. We had an issue with the airconditioner the last 2 days. Management team was so kind and responsive. Best management team I have ever dealt with. The house was well equipped with towels, kitchen appliances etc. It also had beach chairs, beach wagons, umbrellas and toys. Enjoyed having the pool in the back. We came for a family reunion and had kids of all ages. Everyone loved our time at Siesta Key!

Great house and represented well by description and pictures. Pool smaller than appears in pictures. Super easy access to the beach! Most appliances need some routine maintenance: ice maker needs cleaned, dishwasher didn't always dissolve the soap and racks are broken, refrigerator drawers need some help closing, upstairs clothes dryer needed to be pulled away from wall to improve drying of closed. Nothing was a major issue. We would definitely return here for another trip!

The house worked great for our large group. The 3rd floor kitchen wasn't really helpful without a table up there and only a wine cooler but the ice machine was super helpful. The location is great...the beach access was far enough away from the large access points with parking lots so there were not as many people in our area. Great place. Recommend!

The location was awesome - a few minute walk to the beach - with two wagons on site to cart chairs, cooler, toys. The house afforded enough space for everyone with on suite rooms for each adult couple. The private pool was clean and heated. It was only a short walk into town - we never used our cars! And the view from the balconies was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here for our annual Girls Trip! This was our 9th year coming to Siesta and this has definitely been our favorite place to stay. Aside from being located directly across the beach, it easily accommodated 16 women and all of our belongings. The house was clean and kitchen fully stocked with plates/dishes/pots/pans so we were able to cook a few meals. The heating/air and TV came with detailed instructions, and there were extra beach/pool towels and beach chairs that we put to good use. Check-in and check-out were easy and it was easy to communicate with the house manager. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back next year!

This house is a perfect location with great views. We loved that it had many entertaining areas and different outdoor areas. This works really well with multiple families and varying age groups. We would suggest that the house description includes some of the items in house. For example, beach chairs, beach wagon, pool toys, ice maker. Many closets in the house, and not enough common bathrooms, many were in bedrooms, so harder to share. Management group was awesome. Literally was there in minutes to fix anything.

This property is truly amazing. We were a family of 16, 10 adults and 6 kids. We had ample room, luxurious accommodations, a pool, hot tub, and plenty of places to just hang out and have fun. The pool area/bar/lounge area was fully equipped with fridge and plenty of furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make a meal and so much room to navigate with a large party. The bedroom and living areas were all nicely done and the decks with the views of the gulf are stunning. The house is within close walking distance to all the restaurants and beach activities. My group of 25 people visited Siesta Key during the red tide. Of course it was disappointing to not really be able to go to the ocean, but this house made up for it! The pool was amazing. Rooms were awesome. Balcony views were even better than the pictures. I would definitely stay their again.

We had 9 adults and 5 children for the week. Plenty of room for everyone. Great access to the beach and pretty close to the village.

We had ages from 2 to 72 & the home was perfect! Great separation of rooms, plenty of common space, excellent location, dealings with staff were excellent. The home boasts chairs, toys, bikes, beach towels, umbrellas & more. The home is located a very short walk from the beach & easy walk to restaurants & entertainment. Not only would we stay again, we have already recommended the house to others.
