Beautiful place to stay!! Host was very responsive and helpful with all requests. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
Super close to downtown which was nice and a 5 minute walk to the beach.
We used the beach wagon and chairs every day.

Great location in Siesta Village! Dedicated parking area, very clean and lots of linens (plenty of bath towels, beach towels, etc.). The pool was sparkly clean the whole week! Morning sun, and afternoon shade made it a perfect spot to relax when we weren't at the beach. Property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond. Beach and kitchen necessities were all included, and they have a great washer and dryer. A great spot!

Fantastic location close to the beach and walking distance to all the Village has to offer for restaurants and bars. The layout of the property easily accommodates 6 people (we had 4 adults). Having 2 full bathrooms is always a bonus. The shared pool area is awesome with enough chairs and areas to hang out in the sun or the shade. Providing a wagon, beach chairs, towels The property managers were attentive and always helpful. We would definitely book this place again.

This was the best host I’ve ever had with Airbnb and we’ve used Airbnb for years in different cities. They were the most proactive and responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. Excellent instructions from the onset. They checked in with us every 12 hours it seemed to make sure we were having an excellent time and didn’t have any issues. The home was nice and neat and looked exactly like the pictures. All amenities were as described and in excellent working condition. I will definitely seek them out again as a host when renting in Siesta Key. I highly recommend!

Perfect little place! Close to beach and village. Plenty of room for 3-4 people with all the amenities you need to start. Pool is a bonus and nicely heated. Host was very attentive.

We had a great time here!!! Everything was perfect. Especially location of the house. You don't need to take your car. Everything is around the corner. Access to the beach, restaurants, shops. Loved the place once we got acclimated to everything. We were confused with the faucets in the showers- have to pull them out and turn!! The place was really clean, beds super comfy, tons of space. Would suggest getting a keurig or provide coffee filters for the existing coffee maker. Perfect location for walking everywhere for shopping, eating, and the beach and the grocery store is right across the street. First time in siesta key and will definitely come back and definitely would stay at this place again. The pool is great and appreciated that beach gear was provided.

Excellent location. Very clean with, for the most part, a fully stocked kitchen. Restaurants and shops around the corner. A short walk to the beach and property provides beach/pool towels, a wagon, chairs, small cooler. Grill in pool area. Would recommend property.

Great property and relaxing last minute getaway for Thanksgiving week. Condo had everything we needed. Only issue was that the TV in main bedroom did not work and was not up on a table high enough to see once you laid down in bed. Everything else was great and would come back again.

Property was as described and was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be closer to restaurants and shopping than the beach and this property was perfect. We were about a minute walk to all the great restaurants and the beach was about 5-6 minutes. The only thing we didn't like were the noisy upper level neighbors, luckily they were only there for a part of our stay.

They've thought of everything here. The pool and outdoor entertaining area is incredible, convenient parking, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, full kitchen, etc. Another very nice touch is the beach equipment: chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler. The location can't be beat - right in the heart of Siesta Key Village, but still quiet and private. We would gladly stay here again!

We had a great stay. The condo unit was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The pool being right outside the unit was great for our family. There were lots of tables and chairs for us all to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and the perfect location because everything we needed was within walking distance. We hopped on the trolley a few times to get away from Siesta Key Village. There were a few things in the kitchen we could have used to cook if we wanted. It was a great stay and we are excited to be back someday.

This place was great! Matt, the property manager was great with communication. The condo was clean!! All was great. If I had to give anything negative I would say that they may want to consider buying new mattresses. But other then that was an amazing stay!!
