Very nice, close to the beach. Downside was I had to rent beach chairs and umbrella, seems like that would be inexpensive items included and are included at other VBRO locations. The only other negative is the water is very hard, noticed big time taking a shower, probably should install a water softener. Besides that, very clean, nicely equipped and beds very comfortable. I would recommend this place.

We loved the place!
It was clean and cute, towels were brand new. Only 5 minute walk to Bean Pointe Beach. Restaurants within 15/20 minute walk.

Wonderful unit - nicely appointed. Great location. Would suggest some non-slip tape or mat in shower. I did not receive the 3p text and 4p text with check in code. When I texted that I did not have that information, I was quickly called with instructions and an apology. A technical glitch that was quickly corrected.

This place is wonderful!!! Just a few steps from the beach, the location is excellent! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Everything was perfect and we even had an incredible barbecue. We had a great time!!! Thank you for welcoming us so well. We will definitely be back.

We found the unit very clean. Plenty of linen and beach towels provided. The only thing I noticed that was a little inconvenient were many of the outlets/usb charging slots weren’t working.
I also appreciated access to the laundry room and that is where we found the beach chairs as well.
Excellent stay and I would highly recommend.

Our stay here was so wonderful. We didn’t want to leave. The Vrbo was perfect for our family of 4. The beds are super comfortable, the couch is spacious and it’s just a cute little place. We definitely will be returning.

Great location, well kept, clean, beds/mattresses were awesome. Supplies provided (towels for kitchen, bathroom, beach, paper towel, kitchen, laundry, bath soaps) were perfect for the two of us. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & utensils. Definitely planning on renting again.

My partner and I loved it! The house was really clean and tidy, with access to local amenities all around. We were able to take the free trolley which was only a quick drive or a 15 minute walk from the nearest stop. Although in our short visit we weren’t able to take use of the common pool, we did see that it was well maintained. I’d definitely recommend staying at this property or wanting to rent it myself again for future visits.

The condo was furnished with all new appliances and furniture after the hurricane of 2024. We would had never realized of this incident if the citizens of the community hadn’t shared that information as we made our way around city.What you saw on the AP of the property was exactly what the condos looked like. The beaches were beautiful and within a 5 minute walk or a couple minutes by car. The temp was just under 70 but the pool was heated so we spent a lot of time by the pool. I needed some help on a small issue and was resolved the next morning.Wife and I would stay here again next year but longer! You can’t beat the price and the views!

The place was immaculate! The communication was easy and quick. There was an issue with our oven and the pool heat and they sent someone out right away and fixed it! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described and had everything that we would need through our vacation. We had a small issue with the lock and communication was easy, they were very responsive, and had the issue fixed without any interruption in our vacation. The location was fantastic! It was nice and quiet and my kids really enjoyed the pool. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property was very comfortable and clean - we enjoyed our stay even thought the pool was closed for resurfacing they gave us access to a beach resort with a pool - a great compromise. Had some electrical issues that were corrected very quickly at no inconvenience to us.

Our stay here was so quiet and relaxing. Just a short 5-10 min walk to the beautiful beach. Nice pool area too! Propane grill right by the pool. Nice pull out mattress in living room - much better than most I've seen - no springs in the back. Also, the mattresses in the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. One thing I didnt think to bring was coffee filters so we had to make paper towels work for the first morning lol. It takes the 9-12 cup round ones. Maybe the owners could include one in the welcome pack. Thank you so much for a great trip!!

We were able to get away for a few days and found this great reasonably-priced rental near the tip of Anna Marie Island managed by Anna Marie Vacations. Management staff were great at communicating information about the property and check-in, with e-mails and follow-up calls. This was appreciated since we were arriving late, in the dark and in the rain. The unit was everything advertised and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with pot and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. A 'start-up' kit was provided for the kitchen and bathroom so there were soaps, shampoo, sponges and cloths, etc... to get started and this more than covered our 4-night stay. General store is 0.8 miles away for other supplies if you do not get them before coming onto the island. There were only two of us, but the unit would be spacious for two couples (two bedrooms with king-sized beds) or a family. The pool was clean and relaxing. Most important was that the beach is only a few blocks (minutes) away in three directions! Easily walkable. Going straight up Fern, we were at the tip Bean Point beach. Right on Alamanda brings you to the Rod and Reel Pier (great restaurant). Left on Alamanda brings you eventually to the gulf side. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas at the property so you might need to rent them. We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed much longer!

We stayed 5 nights. The property was as shown. Very conveniently located. A short walk to the beach and pier restaurant. The apt was clean with small starter kits for kitchen cleaning and shower. There were plenty of towels including several beach towels. There is a shower at the pool, great for rinsing off the sand. The pool was small and for us, too warm for swimming this time of year but it was available. I was awaken first morning by what sounded like construction on the apt, but it is actually an industrious woodpecker! We had a great stay!

We booked 2 nights but booked an extra night because we loved it. Great location, quick 5 minute walk to beautiful beach that wasn't crowded at all. The place was clean, cute, bed was so comfortable. The pool was basically to ourselves. Well definitely be back in the future!

Property matched photos and description well. Within walking distance to the water. Located a few blocks off of North Bay Blvd between Rod and Reel Pier and the AMI City Pier that just reopened. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider again for a future visit. Management very responsive, too!
