Cute and well maintained. Couch doesn’t pull out so not sure how they get that it sleeps 6 but 4 fit comfortably. We were a family of 5, brought an air mattress because I thought to ask about the couch so it was fine. Great location, that’s the highlight of this property.

Very nice place, loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, my wife loved the sunsets, it was an enjoyable stay at this place. We'd love to stay at this same place next time we're in the area.

This stay was clean and comfortable. Great king sized beds. Kitchen has everything needed for a variety of meals. The grill was just outside the front door and to the left, by the pool. We really enjoyed the location and the wonderful landscaping to make it feel so private. Had good interactions with the neighboring guests. Hard to tell exactly how many units share the pool and other amenities it's at least 4, maybe 6. That being said, we almost always had the pool to ourselves which was nice. No complaints. If we needed something i know i would have been met with immediate communication, as they were nearly over communicative with me through texting and app. Had plenty of towels available. Only wish was for a cozy blanket for lounging on the couch in the evening.

As a family of five I was worried it might feel small, but it was even bigger than it seemed in pictures! The sectional was great and we could all share at one time. Such a quiet spot with comfortable beds. The location can’t be beat. This is a must book , especially since it is such a great price! We will definitely be back!

Great place! Would be fantastic for a group of families to rent out each duplex! The pool was great! Quiet street perfect walking distance to beach. We loved our stay!

This property is perfect for a romantic getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and we’ll established. Locals Only vibe. We loved that it’s on the North Shore, away from all the touristy stuff and all the traffic.

We had everything we needed and communication was great when we had questions. Shops and restaurants are a little spread out on AMI so idk if there’s a perfect location on the island no matter where you stay, but it was a nice, fairly short walk to the beach.

We truly loved our stay in Anna Maria Island. The property was clean and spacious. It had all the basics. We loved this part of AMI. It’s more private yet still close to the beach access areas and piers. It was a 1/2 mile walk to the beach (about 15 minutes) so keep that in mind when renting to ensure your party can handle the walk with all the beach gear in tow. We recommend a buggy/cart. We will definitely be back to visit! Thank you!

My Family has come to Anna Maria Island for the past six years. We stay at a different part of the island each time and this rental and location has become our favorite place by far. Our unit was steps away from the pool, about 10 mins walking distance to the beach, 5-10 mins driving from many shops and restaurants and about 15-20 mins driving from Publix’s and CVS. The host was very responsive and double checked everything was up to par after we arrived. The unit was very clean and had all the cooking utensils you’d need for your stay. I highly recommend will definitely be returning!
