Siesta Palooza

We had a fantastic time at this house in Siesta Key! The location was unbeatable, with easy walking to restaurants, bars and shopping, and the house was clean and very spacious for our guests. We had some issues with the hot tub (which ulitmately was user error), but the host had a pool tech at the house within an hour to show us how to use it. We would definitely recommend this rental for any big groups or family getaways!

House was great, great location they only downfall was that the elevator did not work and I was traveling with my elderly inlaws and it was hard for them to go up and down the stairs other than that it was excellent!

Nice property in a desirable location, near restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. Terrific layout for sleeping and entertaining. The only recommendation that I will share is for the property to add an ice machine.

Only had 4 days. Great communication via text for check - in / house access. Cannot beat the location. 3 minute walk to the Village. Hot tub, pool and rooftop deck are elite. Highly recommend.

We rented this location for a large family weekend. We had 25 guests and it was the perfect location. Close to beach, town, across from market.Very clean. We stayed in September so the rates were reasonable for what you get... which is everything. Big Screen TV's on the patio, pool, hot tub.A few negatives...there were some issues with the refrigerator working and the ice maker in the bar was broken. Also the pool lights weren't working. I let maintenance know about it and they did respond quickly; ultimately we were only there for a weekend so not everything was repaired. Other issue...this unit and many others on SK are owned by a big business so you don't get the Mom/Pop AirBNB feel to the experience. It's a corporate experience; NoiseAware devices, no coffee, basic home supplies limited,no extra paper towels, dish soap, hand soap,etc. Most airbnbs are much more generous. Alarm on door to pool was a nuisance, however this home had a garage door also going out to the pool.

We loved how this place is near and walkable to many restaurants, near to beach and commute. Would have been nicer if we had bit of flexibility with check in and check out and I can totally understand about hosts concern due to peak season but I would not pay for a whole day just for an extended one hour check out. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

Extremely beautiful home, great for large groups or families. The amenities are gorgeous. The balconies, bedrooms, kitchen, and pool are spectacular. We had a half sunny, half rainy weekend but the heated pool and hot tub were so great we didn't even mind the rain. A literal 5 minute walk to the beach down the charming main street of downtown Siesta Key and 1-3 minutes to any dive bar, restaurant, or coffee shop. Would 10/10 stay again.

The home was beautiful and was very spacious! Party of 23 people and everyone had a place to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. Location was fantastic, very close to beach access and right next to downtown, can walk to restaurants, bars, and liquor store. Place provided cooler, beach chairs and wagon which was great for when we went to the beach for the day. Pool was heated and jacuzzi worked great. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and place had a great scoop ice machine so no need to buy bags of ice. Elevator was great when taking luggage to different floors. Overall had a great stay and company responded promptly when texting the provided number they gave me.

The place itself was amazing and the location cannot be eat. Literally steps from a handful of amazing places to eat and shop. 4 off street parking spots plus a two car garage.
The major issue was no clear instructions on how to get in. The app provides some cryptic long numbers saying they were for a “smart lock” but no additional info was provided even once we got to the day of check in. The management company would respond to messages in the app but not address all questions. I finally had to call air bnb and they never responded by the time we landed at the airport. At the airport I got a voicemail from the management company claiming that they never got the info of our stay from air bnb. Bottom line is it was a major hassle getting in and there was clearly some failing in communication between air bnb and the management company.
To be clear. Probably an isolated snafu that should not detract at all from the quality of the location or the property as both were A+.

Plenty of space for my whole family (including some young children) to comfortably stay. Bonus that it didn’t have a ton of clutter for the young kids to get into. Fantastic location - 2 blocks from beach & 1 block from downtown. Elevator was actually surprisingly helpful with suitcases etc. Pool/hot tub was fantastic, although they could make the hot tub instructions more clear. One issue we had, the hot water was a bit spotty - we had to have maintence come out twice before 24 hours had passed, and then even that weekend my father ended up having to “flush” the system the way maintence had taught him just in case. That’s not ideal for an expensive house. Also, the neighbors were loud, obnoxious drunks (even during the day) over the weekend, but that’s nothing this Airbnb is responsible for, just bad luck. Would definitely come back and stay again overall!

We had 25 people, 23 being adults and had a wonderful stay. The management was quick to respond to questions. The location was perfect walking distance from restaurant, shops, beach. Plenty of room for eating in all together. Only two things I would mention. The pool was much smaller than the pictures appeared (but still worked for us). The first floor (kitchen) bunk rooms made it impossible to use the trundle bed Would definitely rent the house again.

The check in and check out process was very convenient. The location is prime. It was 500 ft from Siesta Key Village. There are several shops and restaurants. Live music at night. A food market. As well, it is a six minute walk to beach access #5 on Siesta Key beach. The pool was a bit smaller than anticipated, but we all still had fun in it. The rooms were well decorated and the house was clean. No issues with shower pressure. I do think the house is due for a new couch in the family room in front of the kitchen. The couch sinks and isn’t very comfortable. The elevator was a nice feature. While we were there we had the pool guy come by once and then a maintenance guy to check out a broken washer on the 2nd floor. It wasn’t much of an inconvenience to not have the washer, because there was another one on the first floor. Overall a good experience.

We celebrated my 50th birthday with friends. Great house for the celebration. Plenty of room for everyone. House was stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The pool was amazing!! Thanks so much for a wonderful week!!

We had such a great time at this beautiful and well-appointed property. The location was steps from Siesta Key Village and a short walk to the beach. The house was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and towels which made staying with a large group very easy. The entire house was decorated beautifully. We’ll be back!

Great experience renting this house for my wife's birthday celebration. We had seven couples altogether and the house had plenty of room for all. The hot tub was perfect especially with the cooler weather we had in January. Great location for walking to restaurants/bars as well as right next door to grocery store. Easy check in and check out and great communication through text and email with property manager for duration of stay.

This brand new property was fantastic! Especially the pool and area under deck. It is very well thought out and private. Plenty of room for everyone in the whole house. Decor great. Can walk to restaurants, market and beach. Would definitely stay again!
