Upstairs, the open concept living area welcomes you with two leather couches, accent chairs, and a large TV. Sliding glass doors let in abundant natural light and open to the canal-facing balcony. The sleek, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, island seating, and all the cookware needed for homemade meals. The dining room comfortably seats six guests for casual breakfasts or formal dinners.

All three bedrooms are located on the third floor. The primary suite offers upscale coastal charm with a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second king bedroom also has balcony access and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the third bedroom, which includes a twin-over-full bunk bed. A half bath is located off the main living area for added convenience.

The private dock can accommodate up to a 24ft Boat.

Boat trailers must be parked in garage. The garage will accommodate up to a 25 ft trailer. No boat trailers can be left on grounds, if the trailer is left on-site for more than 24 hours, the HOA reserves the right to have the trailer towed. Guest can make arrangements to store offsite at a local marina as well.

This property has an active Ring doorbell at the main entrance. and the Tesla EV charger is unavailable for guests.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

There are No pets allowed in this home.

It was a great house! It was beautifully furnished and clean when we arrived. AMI was super responsive with everything we needed (A/C check, cabinet door falling off). It was a great location just right before you cross the bridge and around many restaurants.

Our crew came for Spring Break and had a great time! Gorgeous, well done, new build home with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of nice touches throughout the house, and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need. Enjoyed playing corn hole in the garage and lounging on the main level patio. TVs are the new flat panels and you need to press/hold power button to completely turn them off (otherwise you have a bright photo on all night). A restaurant or two are within walking distance, but you can easily walk/bike/golf cart over bridge to all the action on Holmes/Bradenton Beach areas. Alarm system verbally announces every time door to garage or home opens/shuts. Cannot shut this off due to home being on a causeway. Take note in case you have early risers or late sleepers. The construction didn't bother us and was disclosed prior to booking (in listing).

Wonderful stay here
Visited the area for a recent couples golf trip, and the vacation home we secured truly enhanced our overall experience. This spacious and well-appointed residence exceeded our expectations with an upscale interior with beautiful views of the canal, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our group. The bedrooms were cozy, and everything in this rental was brand new. The kitchen and living spaces allowed us to gather for meals and have time to catch up and a foosball table for friendly competition. Its proximity to Anna Maria Island and its pristine beaches allowed us to unwind after challenging days on the golf course. The property was incredibly clean, and the management company was attentive and available if we needed anything. We’re already planning our return to this Bradenton gem, thank you for hosting us.
