We had a fantastic stay and loved the location of the house. It had a beautiful path through the dunes that took you directly to one of the best parts of the beach on the island.

The house is spacious and great location. Short walk on the path behind house right onto beach. It isn’t a crowded area of beach either. This area is just houses and no resorts or hotels. Beach is beautiful white sand and very clean! The kitchen had all needed appliances and cookware and glasses and plates. No staples such as salt or spices or anything like that though. The deck on upper level has a little view of beach and table and chairs. It was great to sit outside early and look at ocean and eat breakfast! It didn’t have the comfy lounger shown in picture though. There’s a grill for cooking outside also and wagon with four beach chairs which was great! (Although my boys did complain that the wagon didn’t pull well at all on the sand :)) Beds were comfortable and great couches with large tv on both levels. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location was amazing. Photos need to be updated for property. Outside path to beach needs to cleaned up and made more walkable, over grown bushes blocking beach view was a little disappointing.

Great location on the north side of the island. Definitely much quieter and none of the honky tonk part of the island. Super access to the beach which is much less crowded as compared to the side of the island closer to Bradenton. We prepped food before we arrived and didn't need to leave. However we did make a trip to St. Armand's Circle and ate at the Columbia (all of the Gonzmart's restaurants are wonderful). It is an easy drive to many other attractions such as the Ringling Museum. Such a beautiful spot, our family loved it.

This property is beachfront, decently priced, very spaced out so everyone had enough room. I love bean pointe beach, so this was my heaven for the week. Highly reccomended.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. It has excellent location (beachfront), great views and direct access to the beach with its own private trail. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets from the second floor deck and comfortable living area. The house was clean and had all the basic amenities. We had read other reviews here that mentioned this was not a luxury property but luxury was not as important to us as location. The place was peaceful, comfortable, and very close to the beach, and that’s all we needed to spend a few quiet days away from our busy lives.

Nice and clean house. Perfectly accommodated four adults and four kids.
Just as described.
Short 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach through a sand path. The beach is amazing!
The only negative I can think of is that the ac on the second floor make a very loud noise when it turns on and off. Barely noticeable during the day but at night it would constantly wake me up. I do have a light sleep. However, It didn’t bother my wife.
Would definitely return.
