We had a great family vacation for 2 family members birthdays! It was great to be so close to the beach with such a nice place to stay. The backyard and garage were great areas to store our beach toys and hang out. We had a phenomenal time!

Great property. Perfect location, the beach is right across the street. The restaurant SALT that is right in front of the property is amazing and a few others in walking distance. Everything else is a short trolley ride away. The rental was extremely clean and had everything you would need to stay. The pool area is big enough so that both sides can share and have room. We would 100% stay here again!

Wow, we had hot beach days, cool windy days and a little in between days! But this home was the place to be. We had 6 adult and one infant and every one had their own privacy. On the hot days the beach across the street was the place to be, cooler days we hung out at the hot tub/pool area. It is within walking distance of nice restaurants and also had a nice kitchen and outdoor grilling area. It was a good week!

We stayed 4 nights over the Labor Day weekend. The location of this property is perfect with the entrance to Holmes Beach directly across the street. It was so close, like being waterfront. The property was fully stocked and nice added features from Anna Maria. The beds were very comfortable and the house roomy. There was a deck on top of the building that was such an added surprise in the evening. You could see out to the Gulf and they waterway on the other side picking up a nice breeze. I will definitely look for this property again when we vacation back in the area.

There were 8 of us (2 families) that stayed here and there was plenty of room for us. Having the 2 floors with separate kitchens was nice. The beach is mere steps from the house and it was so convenient! We could just cross the street to go back to the house for a quick lunch. We had forgotten our beach cart and were so happy to see that they had one provided for us. They had beach chairs, games, and towels. We could walk across the street to view the beautiful sunsets each night. There was also an amazing top deck with amazing views. The house was exactly as advertised and they even had board games that we played each night. We liked that the house was only minutes away (by car) from Publix and Bridge Street. The property management were always quick to respond to any of our questions through text (we never had a reason to call them). The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the teens every day/night. They even had corn hole set up outside that we enjoyed playing. The grill worked great and we were happy that both refrigerators had ice makers! The house was exactly as described with some added bonuses. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It is in a perfect location one block from the beach! Everything was as described in the listing, and the management company was responsive. We were limited in our ability to use the pool as it needed to be cleaned, so we were only able to use it on the last day. This was not a huge problem for us, as we spent most of our time on the beach! The property has two kitchens and all the amenities you need, although we did not cook meals, but only breakfast and snacks. It is close to everything on the island and only a brief ride to the airport. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous views from all the windows on every floor of this beautiful property! We loved the spacious bedrooms, the large living room space and all the gorgeous bathrooms. The garage with the ping pong table, the pool and the easy access walk across the street to the beach was absolutely amazing. walking distance to adorable shops, coffee, restaurants. Wonderful neighborhood.

We can't rave enough about our stay at this lovely home. When we arrived it was extremely clean, and very well stocked! We loved being so close to the beach, and having a pool just steps away. The pool is technically shared, but when we were there it was only us our entire stay. You can tell these homeowners put alot of love and care into this home, we will be coming back to AMI and can't wait to stay at Seashore Castle.

As we love AMI we had not stayed at this house before. It is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had nice comfy beds. They have all you need for the beach which was very nice as we live in Missouri and it is handy to not have to bring your beach items with you. We also enjoyed the ping pong table and darts in the garage area for rainy Florida moments :). We will definitely choose this location again and would highly recommend it!

As we love AMI we had not stayed at this house before. It is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had nice comfy beds. This house was clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach. The elevator was very useful for getting luggage, food and grandparents to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The salt water pool was clean and comfortable. Everything was as advertised, including the great supply of beach gear, including the rolling wagon, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your beverages. We don't have small children, but there is also plenty of beach toys in the garage for kids to take to the beach. The kitchen has most items one would need to prepare a meal, and the dual kitchens were a bonus. From bath towels, to beach towels, this home had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.

Seashore Castle….Wow! What a beautiful home away from home on Anna Maria Island. Simply the perfect setting for some luxurious downtime with just a 1-2 minute walk to the sugar sand beaches and beautiful gulf water. Our family stayed here for a week in celebration of my 60th birthday and we were so thrilled with our choice! Seashore Castle has it all: beautifully decorated and very comfortable living spaces, generous bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and windows galore! The windows allowed you to see all the local action as well as see and hear the ocean waves while having a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage at night, all from the comfort and privacy of our own space. The rooftop deck is a huge bonus as well and you can see for miles up there! The views of sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. This facility also has a beautiful private swimming pool/spa that we found to be our secluded paradise right on the property. The amenities included all you need for hanging out on the beach-towels, chairs, coolers, etc. The opportunities for a variety of dining adventures was also a lot of fun. SO MANY CHOICES, all within a walk, bike ride or short car ride. I could go on and on about Seashore Castle, but one thing is for sure - WE WILL BE BACK!

We had a great time at Seashore Castle. It's a beautiful home. Mid-Anna Maria Island was a great location...1 minute from the beach & bay AND we can go up-island to AMI Pier or down towards Longboat Key, Sarasota etc. We loved having essentially 2 units in 1 with bedroom, kitchen, dining & living area upstairs and the same downstairs (only with 2 Bedrooms). There was an integrated blue tooth sound system which we appreciated. The washer/dryer & elevator were great as was the pool & hot tub in the back yard. The only issue was the WiFi SSID in the book & online tool didn't match the SSID of the on-prem gear. Also, we had to hunt around to find the router. It took the kids to find it because of course, it was in an obscure spot. ;-) We figured it out but... All in all, a great time!

Oh my gosh! We stayed at Seashore Castle from June 30-July 5th, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. First off, the sheets, OMG! I have some in my shopping cart right now. I slept like a baby every night! The house was spotless and everything in place. Plenty of games and movies if you needed a night in. The outside shower was a great way to get the sand off before tracking it in the house. The location was outstanding. From the deck top you could see the bay, turn around and there was the gulf, walking distance to both. The atmosphere of the house was very welcoming, we felt at home the minute we walked in. The 2 different kitchens was nice, you could wake up in the morning at start some coffee without waking our friends on the next level. The pool and hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of the evening or start start to our day. The staff at AMV are top notch! We had a slight issue with the garage door and within minutes, someone was there to fix it, that is what I call service. I can go and on. We will defiantly go back and recommend to our family and friend. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

What a fabulous home. Where do I start? Fully stocked kitchens on each level, all we need to do was groceries. 2 separate living room areas when you need to have a little time out from the rest of your people. King beds in each room with the most comfortable sheets, that’s a plus for me! Plenty of games and movies for a night in or rainy day, ping pong table in the garage with TV. Pool and hot tub. Walking distance to the beach. When you get done at the beach they have an outside shower to get the sand out between your toes. The balcony was the best spot to view the sunrise and the sunsets, just beautiful! This place even has an elevator! The place was super clean and the staff at AMV was super friendly, if there was any issues were there to handle anything we needed within a timely manner. This place has everything you would ever need on a vacation. I could go on, hands down best vacation we’ve had. Thank you!

This house and island are by far our favorite place to be. We went the first time in August for our oldest daughters wedding. The house is amazing plenty of room for the family. If you explore the house you'll find plenty of games and movies for those rainy times. This last time we went in June it was like coming home when we got to the house. Your right across from the beach minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and little island treasures if your up to roaming the island. There is literally something for everyone. The only down fall is as soon as you leave all you can think of is coming back. I gave a rating of 5 only because it dosnt go higher. We will be coming back and often.

For Christmas we bought our adult children a spring vacation. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The home was spectacular and a very short walk that was more or less across the street from the gulf. The bay is a very short walk the other way. Home sleeps 6 very comfortably. Son and daughter-in-law took one bedroom on the second floor and daughter and her friend took the other. Leaving the entire upstairs to my husband and I. Views from the 3rd floor are spectacular. Roof top deck, pool and hot tub were huge bonuses that we enjoyed daily. Great restaurant and a convenience store right next door. Tons of pool and beach accessories. Everything you could want. Absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. Only complaint was with the property management company. We called to rent a golf cart and they never returned our call. In their defense, I didn’t call back because there was plenty to do that we could walk to or drive to easily. I did call when I couldn’t get the elevator to work. They came that day and fixed it. The Klinges have an amazing luxurious home that is very well taken care of. Thank you for sharing it!

Seashore Castle is definitely a 5-Star experience! We stayed here for a two-week stay with another couple and this was an ideal property for that since there is a master suite with a master kitchen on the upper level and a separate living area with a kitchen on the 2nd level which allowed for plenty of privacy. There are breathtaking views of the turquoise water from every angle with the gulf on one side and the bay on the other. We enjoyed coffee on the rooftop patio in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The beach is across the street and the unit comes furnished with chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. and a wagon to pull them in! The Castle is walking distance from the Publix and Walgreens as well as several bars and restaurants. If you want to explore further, the Anna Maria Trolley stop is just around the corner. We made use of the personal elevator as well as the hot tub and the pool which had a perfect mixture of sun and shade. This is a beautiful, clean property that is immaculately maintained and we plan to return here often! Would definitely recommend!!
