Let me start by saying the home was beautiful. However, the elevator was not working, so it was frustrating getting groceries and personal belongings up 4 flights, guests could not do it because, they were elderly, in a cast, or had bad knees. The PM company, did tell me about the elevator before the stay. The pool area and hot tub was amazing! that's where we ended up most of the time- easy access and feels like a real vacation down there. The beach was a short walk, shopping in nearby and we fished on the dock in front of the home.

was an absolutely beautiful home and pool and i think it was the perfect location- could walk to the gorgeous beach (which we could see from the house! stunning view), cute shops, and great restaurants. hosts were easy to communicate with and we even were able to check in a little early which was much appreciated. would definitely recommend!

The place was walking distance from the beach and many restaurants and stores. It was clean and well stocked for our 16 guests. Good communication. All the beds were comfortable and clean. They also have 2 washer and dryers to wash clothes and towels. We did have an issue with the elevator the last night where one person was locked in for a short time which was unfortunate. It is a beautiful home. I would of changed the layout and not have the kitchen and living area on the top floor especially when the elevator is down we had a lot of heavy stuff to carry down four floors. Other than that it was a great experience.

This property was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to the Siesta Village which is a great little shopping and dining area. This house had too many amenities for us to use them all in our short time but my wife fell in love with this house and this area. It is a true gem!!

We had a fabulous week at this great property. Multi generational family of 16. Ages 4-71. Plenty of space for all and the four floor layout offers space for privacy and quiet time when desired. The house is well equipped. We prepared large family dinners on several nights and found the kitchen equipped with all the necessities. The pool with slide and hot tub are ideal for kids and adults. Property location afford easy access to both the beach and town. We rarely used our cars while there. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to hopefully returning soon.

We rented this house for my family to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The house was great. The location was ideal for local shops and restaurants. The house has a lot of moving parts; pool, jacuzzi, water slide, elevator. So take the time to read all of the very clear instructions provided and all will work well. And when it doesn’t (which happened to us two times), the rental company responded immediately and had someone at the house in 10 minutes to fix things. I definitely plan to rent this house again. It was a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing week at this property. The kids absolutely loved the pool/slide. The house was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We did most of our cooking and the house was well stocked in the kitchen. The only thing missing was potholders for taking things out of the oven. Other than that the house had everything we needed. Everything was as pictured and described. The proximity to one of the nicest beaches in the country is great, and it is walking distance to Siesta Village. Although the neighbors are close, the back yard is very private. The house has 4 floors and an elevator. The bottom floor is the garage and ping pong area, floors 2 and 3 are bedrooms. The top floor is the kitchen and living area and while in good condition, it could be bigger considering the number of people the house can sleep. There isnt a view from anywhere except the top observatory deck(up a spiral staircase), where you can see the ocean, but most of your time should be spent at the nice pool area or beach anyways. We had a couple small issues but they were resolved promptly, even on the weekend. Overall would highly recommend.

The house was great. We had three generations in the house. Rooms were big enough for cribs and bassinets.
Kitchen had large pots and pans for cooking. Blender, coffee pot, toaster etc. Lots of glasses, plates, bowls and silverware. Gas grill on back patio, but we did not use it. Due to covid there were no spices. Bring your own salt, pepper, sugar etc. House needs more kitchen towels and pot holders!
Easy walk to the village and the beach access. Wagon, chairs, and beach towels were provided. We did rent from ABC Rentals a second wagon for our sand toys and the younger kids to ride to beach. Loved the large beach towels.
The garage had an extra refrigerator and deep freezer. Also alarms on all the doors going out to the pool were great for peace of mind!!
Loved the pool, hot tub and water slide. Especially water slide with the kids!!
Laundry room had two stack washer/dryers.
We had problem with the elevator on Day 1. It was quickly fixed and no problems rest of the week!! I would definitely recommend house to a large family!!

It was just perfect we were able to utilize all parts of the house the pool and slide was amazing I think the adults enjoyed it more than the kids! Beautiful view from the rooftop. The only thing that wasn’t working was the hot tub and it was a short weekend get away. They didn’t send for servicing but it still did not fix the hot tub to heat up. They were really responsive so I’m sure if we were there longer it would’ve been fixed.

The house was gorgeous and seemed to be recently updated with high-end, modern finishes. All amenities were as described and this home was perfect for our family, including young children, teenagers, parents and grandparents. The variety of spaces allowed us to accommodate everyone's needs and interests.
We especially loved the pool and waterslide, and the easy access to the beach with wagons and towels provided. The village was an easy walk but we ate most meals at the house with the fully stocked kitchen and multiple dining spaces available. With young kids, we really appreciated the door alarm system for peace of mind that they couldn't get to the pool without us knowing! The double laundry room with new washers and dryers allowed us to pack lightly and have plenty of clean towels. It was hot during our stay but the A/C worked well and everyone was comfortable.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is large and laid out great. There is plenty of space for people to gather and plenty of space for people to be off on their own to read and relax. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to town. There seems to be a lot of traffic and sometimes parking is tight in the village so being able to walk was awesome. We enjoyed the town, the restaurants, the beach and this amazing house. We had three teenagers and 5 adults and everyone had a great time at this property. The pool was so great to come home to after a hot day. We enjoyed every part of the house, from the rooftop to the pool. The elevator is an added bonus to get groceries up from the street level to the kitchen/main room on the 4th floor. We definitely would stay again if in the area.

This house was absolutely beautiful. We stayed here with several members of our family, including children. Even though we had several people all on one house, we did not feel as if we were crowded at all. House was stocked with kitchen supplies/appliances. The house was very clean. Check-in and check-out was also very easy. The house was perfect for everyone of all ages - kids & adults very much enjoyed the pool, waterslide and hot tub. The walk to the beach was not bad at all - just a couple minutes. The view from the top is gorgeous. Also, the property manager was super nice and responsive during our stay. 10/10 definitely recommend.

All of the rooms are fantastic! 0.4 mile walk to the main village and we used the frog hop service. Plenty of towels for indoor and beach. So nice having a wagon and beach chairs. The mosquitos are not very fun so bring bug spray. There was citronella candles provided which was nice! You’ll get your steps in so be prepared for a lot of up and down, my kids did fall on the stairs once. Each room and outside tv also has smart tv so we were able to keep kids occupied with Netflix or play music outside. The pool was amazing as well! You might want to bring your own salt and pepper, cooking spray for any basic cooking. We made meals at home and ate out too. It is a beautiful, clean home. We would definitely come back!!!

We're also thrilled to know that you felt the home was clean and fully stocked with all the supplies you needed for an enjoyable vacation. Although this home does have multiple levels, it also offers elevator service for all floors. We find that our guests greatly enjoy having this convenient amenity. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of shared pantry items in the home. I hope to provide some context here on this. As a standard practice at all our homes, especially for the past year during COVID, we do not allow any pantry or food products to transfer from one guest to the next, since we cannot guarantee the safety and sanitation of opened or used products, or if the item(s) have been tampered with from one guest to another. After each guest departs, any remaining items are donated to a good cause. We do however provide a ‘welcome bag’ with starter items to get you through your first day or two before you can make it to a local store. In each welcome bag is 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, several garbage bags, and a small container of laundry detergent. In addition to those amenities there are two rolls of toilet paper supplied per bathroom. We hope this provides some clarification on the amenities we offer to each of our valued guests. We hope this was a memorable family vacation and that we'll see you in Siesta Key again very soon!

This house was perfect for our family of 19. We had kids aged from 1 -18. Adults and kids all enjoyed the views from the balconies. The pool was a huge hit! The kids loved the waterfall and slide. We all enjoyed the proximity to the beach and took advantage of the beach chairs, towels, and wagons. The house had plenty of cooking essentials and close proximity to restaraunts. We were able to have family meals together at the house on some days then other days take the quick walk or drive to a variety of restaurants. We had a small issue with one of the TV's and received a quick response and fix, everything else was perfect. All 19 of us were sad to leave!

We had a fantastic time in Siesta Key! The house was in a great location- walking distance to both the beach and Siesta Key Village. The beach chairs, wagons and toys were awesome to have available. The pool was great-the kids had a blast. The hot tub was a little tricky to figure out how to get it warmer but once it got hot, it worked great! All of the bedrooms were very spacious. Would highly recommend this property!

Our bubble family needed a quick get away. This home was just like the photos. The bunk beds were perfect for our grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and pool slide. The adults spent time in the spa and taking long walks on the beach catching beautiful sunsets. We chartered fishing boats and took a side trip a half hour away to Venice Beach where we found tons of shark teeth. We are looking forward to going back. I highly recommend this large beach house for a large family or group.

This was just what the doctor ordered. Amidst a pandemic our team needed time to reset and to focus on 2021. The views were stunning ; house well equipped. The only things I wish we had were a table on the balcony off the living room. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat, but the pool was enjoyable otherwise. Would definitely recommend and am considering bringing my family back in the summer to share with them. Service was quick - we had an elevator issue and they had it fixed within a handful of hours. Truly a pleasure to work with.

Overall a great place nice location and huge propert. My only complaint is the bunk bed rooms get very hot!!! Also the kitchen gets burning hot when you try to cook in it. Other than that great place to stay!

We had 4 different families, 15 people total, that stayed at this awesome property this past week. It was perfect for us with tons of space for kids, adults and everyone together! The kids especially loved the pool and slide! We had a few little issues come up but I must say the management company was super responsive and someone was there within 15 minutes to address the issue - which were just an a/c sensor and an elevator issue, nothing major! This is an amazing house! It has so many bedrooms and the pool was perfect! The kids loved playing in it and the adults loved the slide!!! The water temperature was wonderful. Could not have been happier with our stay. House and pool were fantastic. Our concierge Dylan made sure we were well taken care of and was always available to answer our questions. We had kids of all ages and a grandparent in a wheelchair and all were able to get around the house and pool area with ease. Access to the beach was easy as well. We rented a six person golf cart for the week and it made it super easy to get our less able-bodied crew to the village. Loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you!!

The house was fantastic. It looked exactly like the photos. The pool area was amazing. The location of the house was great. We could walk to the main beach area and so many shops and restaurants which was very convenient. The house had plenty of towels. This was the best VRBO ever. We are a family of 17 including 8 grandkids 10 yrs and under. Spacious bedrooms, huge living/dining/kitchen area. The hot tub, pool, and amazing water slide were perfect. The water slide is very fast and wide enough for adults to go down on tubes. The house is 1 1/2 short blocks from beach entrance and then maybe a block across the sand to the water. Only a few minutes walk to the business area (restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc.) Siesta Key Luxury Rentals that oversees the house was wonderful to work with. Any issue was resolved within a very short time (a full propane tank delivered before the grilling started). It is an amazing place!

We had 4 families staying together in this home. It was spacious with plenty of room for all 20 of us. The property is beautifully decorated. The beds were all extremely comfortable! Unfortunately the red tide affected our entire week. We drove about an hour to another beach one day and it was beautiful. Thank goodness we had the beautiful pool, hot tub, and slide to keep everyone occupied since the beach was unusable. The beach is a quick walk though and would have been wonderful otherwise. It is also a quick walk into town to great restaurants, stores, and ice cream shops. I would absolutely come to Siesta Key again and would stay in this beautiful property.

We had a 90th birthday party with 16 people staying at the house. Dylan, our rep was great in very promptly answering all of our questions prior to the trip. He also visited us to see if we needed anything. The pool was incredible and a huge hit with everyone. The house is wonderful. It looked brand new on our arrival. The bedrooms were very spacious and the showers were fantastic. (Some bedrooms don't have closets but there are other closets in the house. Having a few door hooks, especially in the bathroom would have been helpful.) The house/kitchen was equipped enough for our needs however you do need to supply everything yourself. There is a Publix and Costco not too far away. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the town is about 10 minutes walk so it's a great location.

We had a wonderful time staying at Siesta Key. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked and clean. We used the pool every day and the close proximity to beach and town was a plus. Our only complaint is there was no broom to keep the inevitable sand under control :)and the elevator is a bit finicky even after following the directions to a T. New, clean, quality house. Kitchen well stocked! Very easy to navigate with many people. Pool, slide and hot tub provided hours of entertainment. Quick walk to the beach or town. Only downsides: no back up supplies: toilet paper, garbage bags, towels, dish soap. Also, grill on 1st floor and kitchen on 4th floor. Overall, those are just things to be aware of, because we'd stay there again in a heartbeat!!

We brought 3 families together to stay in this house, including children ages 1 to 13. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating, and everyone was very comfortable. The private pool was the highlight of the house for us - it includes a slide, a waterfall, and a hot tub.
