Would come back again and again because of the location!! Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants/cafes/ice cream shops. We didn’t need to leave our little two block radius which made it feel like a true vacation with little kids. The pool area was great. The Airbnb itself was very clean and as pictured. Please be aware the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. I think if I stayed there again I would bring my own pillow. Also you need to provide a lot of your own basics like toilet paper, shampoo, paper towel, etc as they just provide enough for the first day. I wish they would provide enough for the week and bake it into the cost as it was a lot to shop for. But they are very good about communicating this so it was not a surprise at all. Overall this place is a gem and I would stay there again and again. Absolutely wonderful location!

My stay was perfect. Being so close to the beach meant a great deal to me. I saw the sunset every night and took many walks to the city pier and to Pine Street.

My mom and I recently went to Anna Maria for a mother and daughter vacation. We had such a great time! The location of the property was PERFECT! Right down the street from the beach. The house came with two beach chairs that came in very handy. It was steps to the trolley stop which was free and we used to travel the island. The Beach Hut is right next to the property as well that has amazing ice cream and also has other necessities you need like toilet paper, drinks, and snacks. The property is next to Harry’s as well, which if you get the opportunity, go to Hallelujah brunch on Sundays! It’s free and you get amazing breakfast and a good message! It’s also right next to The Porch which was a nice dinner spot with amazing service and food! You can easily walk to the main strip of Anna Maria that has cute shops and a good donut shop! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment/ beach flat was as described. It was a great location to the beach, only a few minute walk. That was so nice when you have small kids to walk back & forth. The home was very Clean, comfortable, everything we needed for a great week. Pool area was so nice! Plenty of pool floats/items & beach items available to use. At times we had the pool to ourselves which was really nice, but the other pool guests were very polite. We loved having a front porch area to leave our bikes and beach items. The location was very close to the popular restaurants/ coffee shops. A 5 min bike ride to Beanpoint/Rod Reel Pier. I loved the whole atmosphere of the beach flats & would definitely stay here again.

The location can’t be beat. About 10 steps to the trolley stop, about 20 steps to the beach and so many other locations . The ice cream spot, breakfast and french bakery are all within a 3 min walk. The heart of Anna Maria Island — would recommend to family and friends

This location on the island is unbeatable! The house is a bit dated but very comfortable. We spent hours in the heated pool every day and the walk to the beach was so easy. I would absolutely recommend this place.

We loved it! What a super location. We awaked EVERYWHERE. Such a cute little bungalow tucked into the garden. Loved how it was like a little oasis with the pool too. It was just what we needed for a little family getaway. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with basics so we cooked in two of the nights at least. Plenty of fun restaurants and the beach is truly beautiful. White sand and saw dolphins and perfect surf for playing. Loved walking out for sunset each evening. Cant wait to come back!

It was one of the best weeks! Loved the location to the beach and shops and places to eat. The weather was perfect as was the beach. Loved the outdoor shower! Plenty of towels provided including beach towels. Comfortable bed. Clean and neat and decorated beachy. The price was awesome. The pool was perfect. Our own tropical retreat. Loved our neighbors. Would and will stay here again. Exceeded expectations.

We were very pleased with everything about our stay. The flat was clean and decorated in a beach theme. We had more than enough supplies and linens for our stay. We could step outside our door and sit by the heated pool or take a very short walk to the beach just doors away. We will definitely be coming back again
