Salty Sands

House was amazing and fit our group of 8 perfectly (with room for more)! The ground floor opening up to the pool was awesome, with lots of extras the kids and adults both loved! Elevator was a nice addition too!

Great house for our family of 7 adults. Game room was a lot of fun with wide open space that opened up to the pool area. You can walk across the street to Holmes Beach. The Waterfront is a must place to eat for lunch or dinner Northside of island. AMI is a great place to vacation. The community has done a great job recovering from the hurricanes.

Perfect family retreat to the beach. You can see the beach from the front do porch. All of the kids loved playing in the pool and game room downstairs. The trolley pick up across the street made it so convenient to explore the island for free without having to worry about parking. Every room is large and spacious, equipped with their own bathrooms. Perfect for a big family vacation!

The house had a great floor plan to accommodate our large family. We enjoyed brunch and dinners together oversized in the dining area. Pool and game room were a big hit with the kids and the big kids. We easily walked to the beach daily. Evening sunsets were a must! We hope to return next year 😀

I'm shocked there are not more reviews on this property because it was pretty close to perfect. The location is great to beach, Publix and restaurants. It was clean. Well equipped with everything you would need. FYI ... there are 9 beach chairs available for renters. (I asked and was told 4 chairs so we brought 3 more which we didn't need). The pool was great. Just what we needed after a hot day at the beach. There are floats for pool. The game room area off of the pool was a huge hit with everyone. It gets super hot because no AC down there but the games were fun. Beach towels provided so that was awesome. I brought my parents who are in their 80's so the elevator was much needed and used by them. It allowed them to easily go from floor to floor without using the stairs. The bedrooms were all large and the beds were super comfortable. Great bathrooms. Shower water pressure was amazing. I just can't say enough good things about this property. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint, which is easily fixed, is the seating in the living space. There is one sectional which comfortably seats 5. They could really fit a couple of comfortable side chairs. We had 7 adults and had to keep bringing kitchen chairs over so that we all had a place to sit. (kitchen chairs are great for eating but not so much for TV watching). I would definitely recommend this house.

We had the best time at this vacation rental! 10/10 recommend! Couldn’t get a better location with all the amenity’s that was provided. Located right across the street from the beach. Minutes away from some of the best sights, food, icecream, etc. Definitely would book again for our next visit to the beautiful Anna Maria island!

From the rental company, to the house, we had a fabulous week! The house was perfect and you couldn't beat the location... right across from Holmes Beach. Sunsets every night, right there. The house had everything we needed! Very well kept. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend it 👌

My family and I felt right at home in Salty Sands! Our kids loved the garage area with all the arcade games and plenty of room to hangout. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stock with all utensils we needed. Being right across from the beach is such a good location. Would love to come back

Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us with many great amenities like the pool and game room. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable . It was easy access to the beach and shopping. We did have a/c problem but was addressed quickly and fixed same day. We all had great time with beautiful weather and hope to come back soon!

My family and I spent a much loved week at Salty Sands in Mid September. The house was an absolute dream. There were 5 of us and everyone had their own space and we didn't feel like we were on top of anyone else. There was so much room we were able to spread out and simply relax for the week. The pool was by far our favorite part and we used it every day. While the house isn't directly on the beach you couldn't ask for a closer walk. We were far enough away that we didn't hear the crowds but were simply steps away when we wanted to go to the beach. We took advantage of being able to cook and not eat out every meal. The kitchen is well stocked and Publix was just a golf cart ride away (go for the golf cart rental, you won't regret it). It was easy to see the owners took the time to think about what they would want at the house if they were staying there. It is set up perfectly with most anything you would need. The décor is fun, just what a beach house should be. We highly recommend if you are headed to Anna Maria Island stay at Salty Sands, you won't regret!

This house was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone, very clean and has everything you need, just pack your personal items and go. The owners were very helpful with all of our needs. Its a 1 minute walk to gorgeous Manatee Beach. The private pool was great, only downside was no sun in the pool area it's blocked by trees and a house. The elevator came in handy. Thanks again for everything from you we will definitely be back.
