Plenty BIG with 6 bedrooms. Heated pool. Kayak and paddle board available to use in the canal. One toilet was not cleaned and was stopped up with broken plunger and broken toilet brush when we arrived. Management was very pleasant and toilet fixed the next day. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property, perfect location!! So close to town and beaches, but just far enough away to feel quiet and relaxed, cannot wait to come back. The pool and spa were used daily. Excellent spot to do a little kayaking as well. So much space inside to spread out. Comfortable beds all around. The rooftop deck was frequently used. The views around the key are really amazing! Comfortable, beautifully decorated home! Lots of seating and a huge island kitchen for food prep and eating. The beds were very comfortable as well, good support for people over 60, and not the super soft mattresses that are frequently found in rentals. The house had everything we needed to cook and relax. The only missing items were large serving platters. Those seem essential for a five bedroom rental. Walking distance to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. All in all, a lovely home.

This house was just as presented. Very clean, great decor. Massive kitchen table. We were group 10 - ahem…”Mature Women” we had fun like a bunch of kids. The house is in a great location. Very close to restaurants, bars, shops and other fun things to do. All in walking distance. The pool and hot tub were very warm. Dealing with the property manager was a breeze. Highly recommend this house, if you haven’t picked up on that already!!

This house had everything you need/want and then some. We loved the backyard and having the dock available for paddleboarding/kayaking was wonderful! We used that yard every single day! The property manager (Matt) was very responsive and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. The beach access is a short walk and the village is a 5 minute walk. I can't say enough great things about this gorgeous home!

Although the house is pricey it was perfect. Tons of space and very very clean. Walk to the beach and or town. Do not need a car at all. Ideal for big families or friend get togethers.

The rental property was absolutely gorgeous! Each King room has a bathroom/shower with a balcony view. The pool was perfect as well as the canal in the back of the home. The beach was walking distance. The house is also walking distance from downtown shops, restaurants, and food markets. The home has kayaking equipment, beach chairs, towels, cooler, and two beach carts to accommodate a large family/guests. I would most certainly visit again. Perfect location with several amenities. The manager was responsive. Would highly recommend.

We rented this property for a girls’ weekend for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the number of bathrooms made getting ready each night a breeze! We had two families stay on this property. The house is decorated so nicely. It’s really beautiful. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen table is gorgeous! All the bedrooms were nice with great bathrooms. Everything was nice and clean! Laundry room on both living floors. The elevator was awesome to take all of the bags up and down and for those that couldn’t walk up all the steps. The pool and hot tub were beautiful as well. We had a blast in the outdoor living space. The older kids loved the crane’s roost on the top of the house. The power went out on the day before we left and it knocked out the WiFi and the pool and hot tub system which was unfortunate. Communication with the property management was excellent. Very close to the beach so we could walk and the garage had enough pool and beach toys to keep everyone happy. The only drawbacks- the mattresses were very firm. For some people that aren’t used to that extra firmness, it really hurt their back! And there seems to be a lot of missing cooking utensils and storage wear. We went out a bought a few of those things to get us through the week. Also, the dishwasher seems to not clean the dishes very well so we had to do a lot of hand washing. But all of the other appliances that we used were great. I would highly recommend this property and the management team for future rentals. We will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful home, fitted with everything a group needs for staying in or going to town. The pool and hot tub are perfect and he whole family can stay in the shade of the covered patio to watch TV or grill or have beverages by the tiki bar. Every room is spacious with beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of towels for the house and the beach. Walk to town or the beach. Watch the manatees swim past from the private dock (shared with one family house) or fish from the pier on the canal. The best part is the kitchen table - it’s HUGE!!! Plenty of room for several board games at once and everyone can sit together for meals. Stop renting houses that hold tons of people and only have a table for 6!!!! This home is even better in person than in the pictures. The finishes are high end and it is clear that the spaces were very thoughtfully planned. The property manager was highly responsive with questions. Walking distance to town is an added plus...Highly recommend!!!

My family and I stayed at this home in early January and we enjoyed every minute of it. The home was brand new and came equipped with a paddle board and kayak. If that wasn’t enough our young kids got to fish right in our own backyard. Dana, our home Concierge was amazing from the time we booked until the day we left. We can’t to come back to Siesta Key.

I recommend without reservation. We were the second family to stay in this new construction. Very well done in all aspects. Location is perfect for walking to beach and town. Sauna and pool temperatures are easily adjusted to personal preference. Enjoy.
