The spacious and open layout features a seating area with a tv for streaming your favorite shows after a long day of adventure, and a dining area with modern art. The galley-style kitchen is designed with rich wood cabinetry, custom counters, and an eat-in seating area opening to the pool.  

With gorgeous wood accent walls, the primary bedroom offers soft plush linens and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower with built-in seating, and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom is appointed with King bed and tv, and the bonus room has a Twin daybed with twin trundle.  The second bathroom with a step-in shower is right across the hall.

Located in the heart of Lido Key, this home is just seconds from St. Armands Circle where you’ll find upscale boutiques, restaurants, ice cream and sweet shops, and fun beach bars. Just across the John Ringling bridge brings you to downtown Sarasota with many opportunities to catch a musical at Van Wezel, a play at Florida Studio, or enjoy fine dining spots. You can also grab your beach chairs and towels and head to Lido Key Beach which is a about a five-minute bike ride or two-minute drive away.

The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 6 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
