Living/dining room and the newly renovated kitchen that includes everything needed for at home dining. Living room and master bedroom with private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking the beach. Flat panel color cable televisions in living room and all three bedrooms. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 1 double bed in the 3rd bedroom. 211 has central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/Dryer. No Smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our stay with JC Resorts. The staff are always great to work with and always keep you informed of things going on that may or may not affect our stay. This time, there was a lot of construction and repairs going on so things were a bit different, nothing of the company / staffs fault. Only reason for less than 5 stars in some categories.
