Very nice property! Beautiful beach! We had a problem with one of the showers and it was solved right away.The communication with the management was excellent , they reached to us several times though texts to make sure everything was ok.We highly recommend this property!

Great overall stay Looks like the place may have never been rented before and fresh out of a remodel Dishwasher not mounted I think the wash machine leaked pretty bad. We did 5 loads of laundry and 2twice there was a bunch of water coming from the closet by the laundry.The vent for the dryer does no vent to the exterior it vents in the closet and fills with hot air and moisture when running, you can already see the shelf de laminating, if not remedied mold with appear really soon. It was also hard to keep a comfortable temperature when the dryer is running all that hot humid air is not comfortable. Also the shower upstairs did not get cold, it may be hooked up wrong. Fix those few issues and it is a great place

The location was perfect - short walk or trolly ride to all of the restaurants, bars and shopping. The private access to the beach is wonderful - not as crowded as the main public beach. The condo was exactly as portrayed - very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us. Would definitely stay here again!

It was easy to check-in, host is very responsive. The townhouse is very clean, it has everything you need (except beach umbrella), it’s a few steps away from the private beach, no need to cross any streets to get to the beach. It really is the best beach in Florida. Walgreens, Publix, Target, Outback Steak House and others are close by (Walmart is like 15 minutes by car). The pool is in the entrance. We had a great time. We will return next summer! I recommend it!

We really enjoyed this property and it’s proximity to the best beach in the USA! One little minor point: when we arrived the back door was ajar/open. I assume the cleaning service did that. You might want to inform them to close and lock the doors after cleaning.

Although there were many choices this one caughty my eye due to the beach access being close and the cleanliness of the unit. All the menities were there including beach carts and Mini toiletries which we did not expect. when having questions the reply was fast. Really had no issues.

This place was amazing g. So clean, the beds were so comfortable. 7 of us slept there very comfortably. The location couldn't have been better. A short walk to the most amazing beach! Like take your breath away! We would start at the beach get lunch go to the pool then back to the beach for the sunset. We will be back. The value is unbeatable

The rental was good for our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids). It had everything we needed for our stay but some extras we didn’t expect (beach chairs, beach blankets and beach toys for kids). Adam's place was great! The location was awesome! Just a quick 5 minute walk and your toes are right in the sand. We also loved how close we were to the village. Everyday around 3 pm we went right into town for fresh mini doughnuts and iced coffees. Being able to go back and forth from the beach to restaurants so easily was prefect.
The place was nicely decorated and very cozy. We had mostly everything we needed. We did have to buy an umbrella and left it, so hopefully it's still there and many others get to use it. It's too hot and sunny not to have one and renting one was much more expensive. It wasn't a big deal, but was surprised one wasn't available to use.
I never communicated with Adam directly, but the property management company was great and I felt like I could contact them with anything I needed. My boyfriend, Mikail, and I would 100% stay here again. It was perfect for what we were looking for!

The inside of this condo was very clean, nice and homey. It accommodated the 9 of us perfect. I was very thankful for three bathrooms. Lol Management was great! Found this place online. It’s exactly how the pictures look online. We originally were going to have 9 people but ended up having 5. It was perfect. Short walk to beach/pool areas. The rental had beach chairs. We had brought our own because you never know how the ones listed will be but they ended up being better than ours. Loved the privacy. We only ended up eating out twice during our week stay. Went to the grocery and made meals at the condo. Highly recommend!

Beach was perfect; we had a rental car but used the Frog Hopper free transportation to go out at night (just tip). Sat out front on patio for breakfast and then cocktails. Everything was perfect.

Have been to Siesta Key many times. This is the first time we stayed at this unit. We loved it for its closeness to the beach, the fact that beach chairs are provided on the beach by homeowners association (so no hauling your own), clean and cute place. Hope we can come back and stay at this same unit again. The only downside at all is that the outdoor area is facing the drive/street so no view. But, walk 1 minute and the amazing beach awaits you. Property manager did a great job with communication. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Siesta Key at this condo. It Was super easy booking and getting communication from the manager. The walk to the beach is really easy and it’s private so there’s space. The condo has lots of sand toys and floats for use as well as boogie boards. They have beach chairs too. The beach umbrella is junk though. It needs replaced. Any slight wind off the ocean and it inverts. The condo has great bathrooms but note there is no tub only showers. I know if my kids were younger that would’ve been a pain. There were a few inconveniences bc of covid19 like no throw blankets. So if you’re sun burned and trying to cuddle for a movie you might want to bring one along. Otherwise it was great. Kitchen is well stocked. Maybe add some kid proof cups and Tupperware for leftovers or ziplocks. Otherwise great! We loved our stay there and would recommend!! The pool is also awesome and warm!!!

the house was spotless like all the reviews said. We received a welcome kit with detergent and soap and wipes which was nice. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils pots and pans and small appliances. We cooked for our stay and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Theres also a small cooler and umbrellas, plenty of beach towels for use. Private beach access was a very nice plus.. The owner was quick and responsive when we called her.
