Beautiful home. Very close to a market, shops and restaurants. Pool and hot tube. Ping pong and foosball. Kitchen was well stocked. Filtered water in the fridge too!
Bedrooms were comfy with almost every single one with an en-suite bathroom.

We had a great time staying in the property. A little bit of a hiccup getting in since the code provided was wrong and the office was closed, but the problem was resolved by the after hour service. The property is beautiful, and the pool was well utilized and enjoyed by everyone. Best of the 3 properties because there are a lot of shade from the sun with the tropical plants. Elevator was very helpful and I like the beach chairs and wagon included so all our needs were covered to enjoy the beach at sunset. Thank you!

We had a joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend and this house was PERFECT for a larger group! We had 16 and everyone had a bed, which I feel like can be hard to find, typically someone is sleeping on a pullout or a couch. The house was close to the Main Street, beach and all the fun little coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

Place was beautiful and luxurious. Super responsive to any request ive called in. The first night there we had a bathroom exhaust fan fail on day#2 in one of the master bedrooms. I called and they had someone out the next day to replace it. A pool light was out and let them know, and somone came out and changed it. There was a ceiling fan that stopped working on the back patio, i gave them a list of small items, that if it were myproperty, i would want fixed and they were very attentive. Point is, if u stay at places like this one, let management know when something isnt working so the next family doesnt have 5 different things not working. Thats what it seemed like, quite a few things, people failed to report and got overlooked as being no big deal, but when you spend that kind of money for a week, they should be. I dont put it on the owners or management company, i put it on people who have stayed there the prior week, not letting anyone know. Cleaning people dont have much time to clean and make sure every light is working. I also am in the mechanical industry and have an eye for it. But overall, place was awesome, great location to get groceries and food and walk to the beach to catch the sunsets, the pool was a must, coming in from the beach and wanting to get out of the sun, swimming with the covered canopy palm trees, was great. I would definitely rent this house again. There was alot of pots and cooking utensils and the market was right across the street.

The perfect house for our vacation! The home was exactly as described—luxurious, clean, and well-appointed for guests of all ages. We enjoyed the multiple balconies, incredible views, games, cozy heated pool, and hot tub that worked perfectly!The location made everything so easy: grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, organic gelato, live music, and charming boutiques were just a few minutes’ walk from the front door. Not only was the LOCATION absolutely amazing, the house was super clean! The number of bedrooms & plenty of bathrooms was one of the best I’ve ever seen. I love the property and the location. It was as advertised. I will admit the kitchen was completely empty of any condiments. Basically, we had to purchase everything including salt and pepper. Not sure why, but just want to let others who want to stay at this property. It was kind of frustrating running to back to grocery store to get things you take for granted. Otherwise, we loved the place and plan to return.

Our stay was amazing! We were a group of 13 for my mom’s 70th birthday and everyone fit comfortably. The house was in great condition upon check-in. We all enjoyed the pool/spa, ping pong table, connect 4, and even the Nintendo plug in available. The rooms were in nice condition and very clean which made it feel very welcoming. The house is in a perfect location, close enough to walk to local restaurants, bars, and the beach. The trees in the back provide a good deal of privacy but one suggestion for future guests: bring some mosquito repellent for the patio/pool area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our family had a fantastic reunion! The house was perfect for our large group with comfortable, quiet private bedrooms for everyone. The place is
thoughtfully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans, beach chairs, TVs in every bedroom, several refrigerators, and pool gear. The management service was also incredibly prompt. We have a family member who required the elevator for accessibility and when we had an issue with the elevator, the company sent someone over within the half hour to fix it. We are already hoping to come back!

We came with 80+ parents and their kids and children. Plenty of room for everyone and pool area lots of fun. Only suggestion would be to have sign that blaring alarm will go off every time you open pool door. Very scary first time and not knowing what to do to turn off not fun. Other than that staff great on answering questions. Would definitely come again!

I took my family here for short 4 day get away due to our busy schedules. The place couldn’t be positioned any better. 30 second walks and you right in downtown Siesta Key, Groceries Stores, Morning coffee shops etc. the beach if you choose to walk was only 10 mins on foot. The house itself was great, weather it was the pool/spa, ping-pong matches, Xbox’s, or just sitting one of the many porches to just relax. We really enjoyed our time here.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! Rooms were plentiful, large, and clean. The hot tub and pool were gorgeous, surrounded by a lovely tropical oasis - we hardly left this area except to walk the 2 min to the downtown shops/restaurants or the 5 min to the beach! Super conveniently located right behind the Siesta market/liquor store, as well as the public (free) municipal parking lot. Only downside was the noise ordinance is truly very strict - we got in trouble for singing Happy Birthday at midnight! Would absolutely stay here again, perfect place for a large family/friend gathering - we easily slept 17 people with room to spare.

We are also glad to hear that the home's location created ease of access to all the attractions on Siesta Key, such as Siesta Key Village and the beach. Regarding the noise ordinance, this home is located in a residential neighborhood and Sarasota County quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am. As communicated to you prior to your arrival, we have noise sensors on our homes that detect when the noise level at the home exceeds 80 decibels. When this happens, you are automatically alerted via text message and asked to lower your noise to below 80 decibels. We do hope this friendly reminder you were sent during your stay did not infringe on your birthday celebration or any other fun being had, as it is just an extra step we take to be respectful of our neighbors. It was an absolute pleasure to host you, and we hope you come back to visit us again soon!

Dear Ted, We are so glad that you enjoyed this home’s convenient location to both Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village, and we hope that fun was had by all ages of your group in the private pool/spa and backyard area! Thank you for bringing it to our attention that you we caused some confusion in our advertisement with our description of the ‘private bathrooms’ verses the home’s ‘en suite bathrooms’. Our advertisement showed 4 King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 2 Full over Full Bunk Beds with a shared bathroom, and 2 King Bedrooms with Private Baths. These 2 King Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms were the culprit for this confusion. These 2 bathrooms are adjacent to the King bedrooms, and while they cannot be considered ‘en suite bathrooms’ because they are not physically located inside the bedroom, and you do have to exist the bedroom to enter the bathrooms, they were designed to be used solely by these bedrooms as there is a ½ bathroom on this floor that is intended for the ‘shared’ bathroom on this level. So, we felt like describing them as ‘private bathrooms’ was appropriate. However, based on your feedback now, we can see how ‘Private’ was a confusing adjective, and we apologize that the language we used was not clear. We have adjusted this language in our listing with the intention of ensuring this will not cause confusion for any future guests. We hope our transparent explanation to our original intentions, and our quick corrections based on your feedback, are a satisfactory resolution to this issue, and we hope that this small inconvenience didn’t have too negative an impact on your stay. We hope that you and your travel party had an all-around wonderful vacation to our beautiful area. Dear Susan, Thank you for the 5-star review on your recent stay with us on Siesta Key at our 'Point Break' property! We are so glad that you enjoyed this home's convenient location to both Siesta Key Village and the beach! We do sincerely apologize that the washer and dryer on the main living level were non-operational. We have been working with the warranty company on this repair for several weeks. They actually were scheduled to service the unit about a week before your arrival, serviced it, said it was fixed only for us to discover that was not the case. We have been working diligently to try and resolve the issue, unfortunately the warranty company has not been as accommodating. Luckily there is an operational washer/dryer on the 4th floor and elevator service to that floor that could easily transport laundry to and from any floor in the house. Although we hope there wasn’t too much laundry involved in your vacation! We do appreciate the feedback and are working towards a resolution and permanent fix for this washer/dryer unit. We had six families with a total 22 people. We were very comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. Kids 13-18 spent the majority of time around the pool and pool deck area when they weren’t at the beach, kayaking, jet skiing, golfing, biking or shopping in siesta key. We cooked the majority of meals in the kitchen using the two crockpots offered by the property. In addition we use the gas grill multiple times. The kitchen had a beverage refrigerator plus an ice machine that was always full of ice. Getting to the beach was extremely easy and we found that beach access three was the best access point. The property came with plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, three coolers and a wagon to pull everything. In the garage there was a deep freezer plus a full-size refrigerator. Property manager was very responsive when issues with the property arose. The pool water was a little cloudy and within an hour had someone there correcting the issue. One of the washers was not working and again within the hour had someone fixing it. All emailed questions were answered quickly. They were very easy to work with!

What an awesome house! We can't say enough great things about it. It was clean, beds were comfortable, the welcome kit had some great essentials in it and the location couldn't be better. It's close to Siesta Key Village, so restaurants and shops are just a couple minutes walk away. The heated pool was the perfect way to end our days. Thank you!

This place was fantastic. Great location. Next to shops, a little grocery store, restaurants and ice creams shops. Close to a beautiful beach. On the weekend they had a little street fair within 2 blocks. Pool was great. I think our grandkids were in the pool at least 4 hours a day. If we had any questions or needs, Dana was right there to take care of us. Lots of bathrooms. The kitchen and living area is a big open space for everyone to hang out in. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental was clean and beautiful! We spent most of our days in the pool which was perfect. Grocery store was walking distance. We rented a golf cart for our trips to the beach that was less than 5 min away. The ice maker didn’t work and the property manager responded to our message right away. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay there again and again!!

This was the perfect property to celebrate my sister's bachelorette! We went during COVID and the property was clean and felt very safe. Given that we couldn't go out a ton, the house was the perfect place to hang out and celebrate while still feeling luxurious.

This home truly lived up to the photos. The pool was perfect which gave us our own piece of heaven. We were disappointed that the elevator never worked for us but that didn’t prevent us from having an amazing time. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Wishing we were still there!

We rented this four-story home with an elevator for a family reunion. The property manager was very accessible even when we had a problem with said elevator. It was close to everything (the grocery store is practically across the street and each room has its own bath. Twelve of us stayed there very comfortably and we had empty bedrooms. My husband and I chose the fourth floor for privacy although the bedroom was much smaller than the master on the third floor but we were glad to have the whole level to ourselves. The ping pong table in the garage, the cornhole toss and whole family (all generations) video games were used nightly. We highly recommend this property.
