Pelican Villa

The location was perfect for morning walks to the beach. The pool and sceeened porch was great!So many great places to go to within walking distance. We would definitely consider coming back again.

This property was great for our family. Plenty of space and comfortable. Very walkable to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was great for the kids little and big. We would stay here again next year!

Great lovely house to stay in Anna Maria. Close to the beach and great accomodations.
Would have been great to know all the extra things the house had such as a cooler and several beach chairs.

Amazing location. Management was amazing at handling any small issues we had! If I had to particular the only negative is that the pool gets extremely hot this time of year after 1PM due to its lack of shading. Other than that this place was amazing!

We made some unforgettable memories on this vacation. This house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed being so close to the beach and all the shops. We spent our nights laughing until our sides hurt on the screened in porch, and during the day we enjoyed the kids splashing in the pool. We had everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it better, was more time.

Our family loved this home. Short walk to everything. Ginny and Jane Es on the corner is the perfect breakfast spot. Tv’s could use some technology upgrades but house was wonderful

Pelican villa was just as pictured! The house was clean, plenty of extra linens were provided which was very nice. The house is only 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to all of the restaurants on the island. We will definitely be back!

Pelican Villa did not disappoint! Our family loved our time spent there! The location was perfect for our needs, and with a toddler the beach was perfect with a very gradual slope. We ate some meals at the house which was well equipped for any menu. Walking distance to restaurants was also a plus. We rented a golf cart which was a lot of fun for touring the island! I would highly recommend considering Pelican Villa and AMI for your next Family vacation.

As first-time Airbnb'ers this home on Anna Maria Island was fantastic and had plenty of space to handle 7 adults and baby. The upstairs bedrooms were perfectly laid out with one large ensuite in the Master where our daughter, her husband, and infant slept in a porta-crib with plenty of room to spare and another bathroom adjacent to the room with the queen bed. The A/C is ICE cold and the home sits near two great restaurants, and a short 1 block walk to the Gulf beach. Plunging into the outdoor pool after a day at the beach was a welcomed sight, too.

We loved this house and had a great time on Anna Maria Island. The house is just a hundred yards or so to the beach and has a heated pool if that's too far. The house was extremely clean and easily exceeded our expectations from reading the descriptions on the listing. There are several good restaurants within walking distance as well.

Great house in a good location, near the gulf and walking distance to many places. We were hesitant to get a house without a hot tub, but really did not miss it. We had some difficulty getting used to the alarms on the door which we heard was an ordinance. The house is very comfortable and enjoyed morning coffee on the sunporch. The only issue we kept having is our coffee pot broke a couple of times. It wasnt the carafe, but was a part that kept breaking, the new one sent to us was the same brand. The house had many pool toys and used them throughout our stay. We would definitely return to the house in the future.

I loved this home and the reality company was amazing! They helped with every question that I had and the house was fantastic as they shared with me. It is a block from the water and the pool was great after a day at the beach. Golf cart was a must as my kids loved getting around the island and going to restaurants and shops. The beach was not crowded with white cold sand and Caribbean water seeing to the bottom to collect shells. Book this home without hesitation and make memories with your friends and family!!!!
