Beautiful clean home in great central location. Walking distance to beach and few minutes drive to the beautiful Anna Marie Beach. We spent every day exploring all the beaches up and down the island all within a short drive. Will recommend booking with AMI Locals for a stress free stay.

Property was great and as advertised. 4 adults and 2 kids the house and pool were a perfect size. Location was great with easily walkable stores and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Would stay here again in the future!

The property was beautiful and peaceful. The backyard feels very private and secluded, and the house is on a very quiet street. Centrally located to everything we needed on the island and only a short walk to the beach. The beach area directly from the house was quiet and never crowded either. I was worried the walk would be too far with our three kids (youngest just turned 8), but it was perfect! The house had a wagon, cooler, toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and more We flew into Sarasota and rented a car, so it was very helpful that the house had almost everything we could have needed! The house is cozy and the pool was so nice… we spent more time at the house than I was expecting because it was a vacation all in itself. Grill is like new, kitchen has everything ya need, and the shower pressure is unlike any hotel or condo ever has… a must when a family of 5 is showering after a long day at the beach for 7 days in a row. Truly loved our stay and will rent this exact house again in the future!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood location. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. It was pretty perfect for our family. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed having the option to eat in. The home had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property!

This place was a great fit with what we were looking for as it was just big enough when we needed some separation we had enough room to do so. It was in the middle of AMI so renting a golf cart was ideal to get around. The back yard and pool were nice. If the pool could have been a little warmer with the cooler weather that would have been ideal. We had issues with the doorknobs early and maintenance came immediately and replaced them. Great spot and great location. Well done. We will be back in the area for sure again.

Love this property. Second time we have stayed. There are some plumbing issues in the guest bathroom that need to be addressed. Poor drainage in tub and sink stopper needs fixing. The dishwasher was difficult to start. Other than that, it was great!

For our first time on AMI this house was a great location. Situated about mid-island we were within walking distance of bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, beach rental places, public beach access and the trolley! Loved that we had 3 bedrooms so everyone had privacy. The washer/dryer was used every day to wash our swimsuits and dry our beach towels. Strange that it had a rental fee for linens…I think for $40 there should have been some extra bath towels and hand towels. Having a pool in our backyard was a game changer…I’m now spoiled and will have to have one every time! So nice that there was a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and cooler for the beach. I would absolutely stay at Peacock Crossing again!

convenient location, nice accommodations( decent furniture and comfortable beds) tv's in all rooms. nice backyard, pool, could us some lie flat chairs in pool area. Overall a very nice property.

This place is 5 stars and more!
The home is clean, very inviting, and completely stocked with everything you will need!
Beach chairs, an umbrella, bikes, pool accessories! The kitchen was stocked so well that we cooked all 5 nights we stayed!
The pool area is AMAZING! Plenty of space to relax! There is a real coconut tree back there! The pool is serviced twice a week so it’s very clean!
My family enjoyed every minute of this vacation!
We walked to the beach twice (it’s very close!) Less than 5 minutes from anything you need or want. Publix, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, and ice cream!
The communication with AMI isn’t the best, but this home is spectacular! We will be back!
