This property was beautiful and well laid out for our needs. It was located in the perfect spot for what we wanted. The dock and pool being so close let the guys enjoy fishing while being able to watch the kids enjoy the heated pool! The use of the elevator was a huge bonus for my dad since he has trouble with all the stairs. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Beautiful home with many amenities. House had life jackets, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and beach towels. Enjoyed the pool and fished/crabbed right off the dock on the canal. Very clean home and looked just like what you see online. The only downside was we wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall the property was very clean and the location is convenient to pine and gulf ave. Arrived right after hurricane Debby so there was a delay in getting the pool cleaned but it did eventually happen. Kayaks and paddle boards were a nice add in. It would be nice if there were some reels for the fishing rods but we rented some down the street to use in the canal out back. Rooms are very large and beds are comfortable. Plenty of games and kitchen utensils available. It would be nice if a golf cart were included. We enjoyed our stay overall and had plenty of space for two families of four.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house which is located right in the hustle bustle of Pine St. If you like walking across the street for a treat, drink or to pick up food, and easily walking to tons of shopping, you'll love this amazing house. I know we did!

We had a great stay with our kids and grandma and aunts and uncles. Walking distance to everything which was ideal for having guests of varying ages. Plenty of space in the very clean house. Very large master bedroom with space for my husband and I and two small children. Would love to come back!

This property was absolutely amazing! Very clean and spacious and in a perfect AMI location on Pine Avenue. The weather was cooler but the pool was very warm. Our family caught dozens of different fish species off of the doc. The AMI Locals management team was absolutely excellent to deal with prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone with a larger group!

right in the middle of everything in the City of AM. You can walk to everything or rent a golf cart and drive. great dock where you can fish, relax, or put in a kayak. Close to the beach and close to the big fishing pier. Property had an elevator which was convenient for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. I plan to stay here again.

This home on the water was perfect for us! Beautiful home, beautiful pool, beautiful view, ready access to all the places we visit on the north end of the island, where we prefer to stay. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. You can see sunrises and sunsets, it was great! King size comfy beds for all adults! Would definitely recommend this home.

We had a wonderful week at "Paradise on Pine"! We brought our 22 ft fishing boat, the dock was perfect for our needs. The pool was great, the children were never bored. The bunk room with TV was perfect for the hot afternoons rest time. The kitchen is well equipped for all our needs. There were 6 adults and children, we were never in each other's way. Plenty of quiet space to escape to. We had the most amazing sunsets!! Having a golf cart was very helpful with the group size we had. Being so close to town and the beach was fantastic. Beach accessories were much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Highly recommend the beautiful home!

The house had everything you could need and was very roomy and put together very well if i could make one suggestion but not a bad one is to down size the plates and cooking items to open up some room for groceries in the cabinets we will definitely be back thanks for a great family vacation at your home

This place was just a described and was absolutely beautiful. Loved the location to all the local shops and yet in the back you had the privacy and relaxation of the pool and the canal. We will definitely be back:)

Great location and space. The pool was wonderful for cooling off after a morning jog or winding down after a day at the beach. The grill was also great. AMI was responsive to any needs.

First time going to Anna Marie Island and it didn’t disappoint! We were family of 9 . Four adults and 5 kids ranging from 12-18. The house was amazing ! Everyone loved the pool and fishing off the dock! The location is perfect! Shops and restaurants are on both sides of the street just steps from the house! The beach is a 4 minute walk down the street! We rented bikes from Lazy Turtle rental 2 minutes away and explored all of the island ! Will definitely love to stay on Anna Marie again and would want to stay at this house!

Great location with short walk to beach and pier. Plenty of room for 4 Adults & 5 children in our group. Pool was small but wonderful . Trolly was easy to use and convenient. Would definitely repeat this trip.

Location Location Location.
This property sits in the ideal location to enjoy the best of AMI. Walk to almost everything.
The house is perfect for a big family. We had 4 couples. The short straw got the bunk bedroom . We had a fantastic time. Heated pool, fishing off the doc, wall to the Waterfront restaurant and the famous donut experience. 4 SUV’s can fit in the garage, it’s the biggest I’ve seen.
2 Balcony’s and the master suite is incredible.

Had no issues with renting the house, it was beautiful and very comfortable. The rental fee is a bit pricey however, considering the house sits right on a busy road and we could hear neighbors on both sides ( houses are close together). I would still rent it again because of the boat dock and proximity to beach.😊
