Our House at the Beach W-704

Exactly as advertised, nicely renovated 2 BR and 2 BA condo on the top floor overlooking Siesta Key Beach. The open layout and corner unit with outdoor decks on both sides provides nice indoor or outdoor sunrise and sunset options for enjoying coffee or dinner. The owner has equipped the unit with newer beach chairs and a wagon for the six-minute walk to the beach. Elevator, A/C, Wi-Fi and TVs, range and BBQ grill worked great and we really enjoyed the shared pool and pavilion area.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb and would definitely recommend it! The location is absolutely unbeatable—five stars all the way. Being so close to everything we wanted to explore made our trip super convenient and enjoyable.
The property itself was beautiful, with standout features like the pool and view and the spaciousness of the unit—both of which exceeded expectations. The listing was honest, and there were no surprises, which we appreciated.
That said, there were a few small drawbacks. The TVs could use an upgrade—they felt a bit outdated. The elevator went down a few times during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage. Additionally, while the place had most of what we needed, it was missing a few basic amenities we would have expected for the price point (coffee, shower soap, and better made beach chairs) however the amenities listed were honest; and it was just me assuming they would be provided..

The views are amazing! The condo has everything you need already there. We love this place and will definitely come back! Very cozy, comfortable and inviting. You’re not far from dining, music, shopping, and excursions! Great place and I didn’t want to leave.

“Our House At The Beach” is absolutely gorgeous and had stunning views! It’s centrally located to Siesta Key Village and Siesta Key Beach. We had a relaxing stay and would definitely recommend!
One downfall was that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for our 6-day stay and it would have been nice is paper towels were provided for the kitchen. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Todo excelente, solo nos costó encontrar el buzón de check in porque llegamos de noche pero nos comunicamos con el alojamiento y nos guío hasta poder ingresar correspondiente al departamento. El departamento está súper equipado con excelente calidad y la ubicación también es excelente cruzas la calle y estás en la playa. Un 10 en todo sentido, volvería sin dudas.

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. The unit was perfect for our party size and was nicely renovated. The unit came supplied with all the beach accessories we needed and a wagon to help transport the items. The pool area was wonderful with a lot of shade options if needed. I was impressed with how responsive and accommodating the leasing office was. Additionally, the location was perfect! Just a quick drive down the road to fabulous food at Big Water Fish Market and a relaxing sunset cruise aboard the Fun Boat. Highly recommend them both! Thank you for a much needed relaxing week.

We really enjoyed the condo and location. Nice place to stay in Siesta Key, just like the pictures! Walk across the street to public beaches or stay at the pool. The place is furnished with everything you'd need, even beach chairs and umbrella to use.

The condo was fabulous! No need to pack beach towels or blow dryers. It had everything you needed. Whenever we were in the condo we were on the porch looking at the white sand and gulf. It was fantastic and can’t wait to return!
