Overall great stay at the On the Rocks property. The home was in an awesome location - extremely walkable to both the beach and the main strip of shopping, restaurants and bars. The recommendation of the golf cart was awesome, and it made exploring the area an experience. The house embodies what a luxury home with a true beach vibe should be - essentially looks as if Tiffany’s built a home. The host and managing company reached out proactively and throughout the trip - super responsive and friendly. The house comes equipped with pretty much everything you need and the pool/back yard was great as well. The only negative was the odd alarm to the back door that didn’t have the ability to disarm, but the host walked us through how to manage. Overall a great experience and stay - would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again!

Great place. Fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The house is very spacious- big enough for 2-3 families. Outside areas amazing for kids. Perfect location with lots of restaurants nearby (walkable). Close to the beach. House comes with plenty of bath and beach towels plus beach chairs and a wagon to make your walk to beach easy. Super market walking distance as well. Host was proactive and communicated with us daily ensuring we have everything we needed. Would stay here again.

What a great house! Our family, with 6 kids, spent 4 wonderful days in Siesta Key at this property. It had everything we needed to stay busy and entertained - but more importantly relaxed! The pool was amazing and the kids spent hours on the water slide. The location was so convenient to shopping and restaurants, and a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The hosts recommended a company to rent a golf cart from, and it was waiting for us in the driveway when we arrived. Thanks for a fantastic week - Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this property in Siesta Key. We couldn’t get our kids out of the pool with the awesome slide long enough to even go to the beach. Very walkable to Siesta Key Village and all of the restaurants and entertainment there and very close to the beach.

Loved this place. 3 minute walk to the Grocery Market. Could stay for a week and walk to a different restaurant every night. Great accommodations. Host was a 12 on 10. Had some small issues that were unforeseeable. Communication was instantaneous during business hours, and resolution happened within an hour. A+ for this management company. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our family of 8. The backyard and pool area was so accomodating and the younger adults had so much fun. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house, and the village area is right down the street. We would definitely recommend this home. This house was everything it said it was! The king suits were large and large enough to also put pack and plays in for our new little family members! The bunk room held 5 of the grandkids comfortably and had room to play in. So we had 8 adults and 8 kids in the bedrooms more than comfortably! The beds were comfortable and clean and all had their own attached bathrooms which were all large and very clean! The front of the house was large enough for all of us to gather in while eating and hanging out. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for any cooking we did. The pool area and backyard was absolutely perfection! The kids and adults loved the slide and waterfall, day and night! There was tons of space for all of the adults to sit and hang out and soak up the sun while watching small kids play in the water! There were also many games of putt putt played during the week! The location of this house could not be more perfect also! The beach was a 5 minute walk at the most! We could walk to most any place to eat in 3 to 5 minutes. But you never would have known how close you were because when outside it was quiet! It was so perfect for our group with 8 kids under 9 years of age. You could load up a couple wagons and walk to the beach or dinner in minutes, we only used the rental cars basically to get groceries. We spent most days pool side, load the wagons around 4, walk by the daiquiris deck, then head to the beach for fun! We will rent again for sure!

We were there for a girls trip. The location was wonderful, the house was spacious and beautiful. The staff was always available, and responded quickly for questions. There was a few issues with cleanliness with a bathroom, and the outside area. They offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but we just cleaned it up ourselves.

I enjoyed the communication with management. Few interruptions, just pool cleaner twice for about 40 minutes, which was appreciated. Neighbors were very close, but generally quiet after 11pm. The yard and pool was still private. I only drove my car twice, once to check out St Armamds circle and once for a fishing charter. Walked to restaurants, bars and Beach.

This home is a beautiful property that is located within walking distance—a few minutes—of vibrant Siesta Village, which is buzzing with restaurants, shops and a grocery market, and Siesta Beach Access #5, which is a great part of Siesta Beach away from the crowds of the main public beach further south on Beach Road. The bedrooms are ample with private bathrooms, and the open common areas are more than adequate to gather together for meals and some end of day relaxation. The giant kitchen island, which seats 14 comfortably was great for eating, kid activities, and puzzling (plenty of space), which we love! The backyard pool/spa and gaming areas—putting green, pool table, and card table—were a hit with all the kids and adults. The water slide is AMAZING and provided for hours of fun for the kids. A deck above provided another view for watching the kids without having to be poolside. This property is a 10 by all measures!

Ideal layout! We had so much fun in the hottub, cooling off in the pool, sliding down the slide, watching football from the pool, playing golf, billiards, grilling lunch, and card games outside. Appreciated the beach chairs that we could easily carry to the gorgeous soft, white sand of the Gulf. Short walk to the Village made every evening spectacular. And, seating all 10 of us at the fantastic kitchen table for breakfast and late night card games made the week even more special. We enjoyed it very much!!

Children? This is the place. The pool is incredible. Kids lived in it. Slide..holy smoke. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good size. Kitchen table seats 16. One block from the village, restaurants, groceries etc. Can't wait to return. Only suggestion is update living room furniture...isn't on par with rest of house.

The property is absolutely stunning. There was a towel holder and 2 toilet paper holders that are loose, but it’s a rental so I’m sure it’s to be expected. Siesta Key village and the market are a short walk away and the beach is about a 2 block walk. Red tide made us not be able to enjoy the beach much but the pool and slide were amazing! Would definitely be back.

A member of our maintenance team has been assigned to inspect and repair each of these items during the next vacancy at this home, which happens to be this Tuesday, 8/31/2021. Although Red Tide has been reported in our area, beach conditions change on a daily basis. Our staff is continually monitoring these conditions under the guidance of our local experts, Mote Marine Laboratory. Any staff member in our office is happy to recommend alternate local beaches in our area that may have better reported conditions for that day. We are continually monitoring these changes and reporting them via the FAQ page on our website as well as weekly beach update videos shared on our social media pages. We hope this provides some additional information on the actions we are taking to keep our guests informed on these ever-changing conditions. Adam’s Beach House in Siesta Key was perfect! It was such an amazing location being walkable to the beautiful beaches and the Main Street in Siesta Key. We didn’t have to drive anywhere, which was a wonderful surprise. The house and pool in the backyard was luxurious! We loved that there was a hot tub for those oddly cool nights in Fl and the slide was a big hit! The large table off the kitchen was perfect for a big group of people or families. This home was perfect for our large group of 15. The rooms were exactly what we needed with the adjoining ensuites. The pool was a hit for the whole group. The location was perfect for a short walk to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was a short walk and great! I would definitely rent this home again. A ground floor half bath would’ve been the only thing we would’ve liked. Otherwise, amazing property.

Upon arrival, we were WOWED by the property!! We had 12 guests in the home and there was ample space for everyone. The adults definitely enjoyed having private bathrooms in the bedrooms. We spent countless hours in the amazing pool and enjoyed the outdoor pool table and living area. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and all 12 of us sat at the same table to eat.. that was amazing! We live locally and used the home as our company retreat for our employees and families. I am now looking for another reason to come back!!
