Off Tropic

Off Tropic was amazing for our one week stay. Many restaurants and a market within a short walk. Britney our host was amazing, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The home is actually better than what is shown on VRBO, the place was extremely clean and well equipped with all you need for your stay. Many Thanks, Ronnie and Kathy

Everything was above Expectations. The House was Fantastic. Extremely Clean and Had All the Amenities that you need. The Area was very quite and just around the corner from Great Food and Shops. Not to mention the Peace of Mind that a major Hospital is right next door. The Pool and Patio area was ideal for Relaxing, Reading, and Floating. This was one of the Best Vacations we have had in a long time. We would love to schedule this property again and will actively seek out the SKLRP and LKV's when looking for an ABnB. The Team was also on the Ball. They kept in contact and checked in to see if everything was going as planned. We really appreciate the attention to detail as we know it take a great effort to make these things run this smoothly. I highly recommend this team and this property. Don't worry , Just Book it. We had a great two weeks at this beautiful home for our Grandsons graduation. The location couldn’t be better to the Van Wezel, Main Street, Siesta Key Beach, and St Armand's Circle, and amazing restaurants. So nice to be walking distance to Morton’s Market, and The Spoon for breakfast, in addition to many shops and restaurants. The home has everything you need. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, but we only made a couple meals. After a busy day, it was great to cool off in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience overall. The highlight of the property was definitely the pool—it was beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of laundry detergent and dish soap, these did not detract from the enjoyment of my stay. The property was clean, well-organized, and the host was very responsive. I would still give this place a five-star rating and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great getaway.

We stayed at Off Tropic for two weeks in August/September and were thoroughly impressed. The property is stunning, spacious, and very clean. Upon entry, you’re greeted by an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. To the left is the impressive primary suite with a large bedroom and en-suite, along with a smaller room with shared access to the bathroom via a Jack-and-Jill setup. On the right, there’s a utility room, a bedroom with two single beds and its own en-suite, another bedroom, main bathroom and an office with a wet bar. The outdoor area features a large pool, whirlpool/hot tub, and plenty of loungers for relaxation. The location is unbeatable—1.5 miles from downtown, with Morton’s Speciality Market, Libby’s, Veronica’s, 1414 Grill, and Legends Sports Bar just 100 meters away. Further along the street is Gecko's and Brady's Bars. Siesta Key and St. Armands are only a 10-15 minute Uber ride away. Publix & CVS are 5 minutes away in the car too. The only minor suggestion would be to swap the double bed with the two singles to give another couple access to the en-suite. The management team was excellent, communicating only when needed and quickly responding to any queries. Overall, Off Tropic was a fantastic stay, and we would 100% return!

Beautiful home in great location. Luxurious and very clean. Only 10-15 min away from Siesta Key, Lido key and other local beaches. Walkable area with good places to eat. We loved to local coffee shop and pizza! The pool was immaculate and we loved it! Very responsive host. Great stay.

BEAUTIFUL place to stay. We all agreed that it was even better than the pictures. Very clean and welcoming feeling. The pool was our favorite part! Grocery store right next door and lots of food places in a walkable distance. Siesta key beach was only a 15 minute drive. 100% would stay here again!

We love visiting Sarasota, and this home was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Everyone was wowed by the interior spaces and the private pool; it's simply gorgeous. It has all the comforts of home but better. We were impressed by how clean the home is; bedroom mattresses were high quality, as were the soft linens; plus the kitchen had more than the basics to allow us to cook in and enjoy the screened-in lanai/pool area each evening. Location was perfection, so close to our favorite restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Excellent rental home, 5 very bright stars! Recommend.
