House, pool, location, views and Island were fantastic!
I found the house beautiful, very large spacious open main floor, open concept kitchen & great room. Great TV’s throughout the house including the backyard….nice touch!
The pool feels like a resort, pool table outside was great.
The top deck view, spectacular!
The only thing I would say needs some updating and attention is the kitchen supplies, utensils, coffee pot, pots and pans etc…. all very worn out for a $2,000 a night home.
We will be back!

This place was wonderful. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive. If the pool heater had been fixed before the day we had to leave, it would have been perfect. The entire family was thrilled with the close access to the beach and shopping. We would love to come back again.

Great house for a group of 11 ladies for our annual Girl's Weekend. The size of the house, number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for getting ready, relaxing, etc. and no one felt cramped or crowded. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and equipped w/all of the amenities including a beautiful outdoor area w/a fun pool/slide. The only issue that we had with that was remembering to push the door alarm leading to the pool before entering or exiting as it was LOUD (though we understand that it is for safety/code required). Also, seemed to be a lot of mosquitos in the pool area so having bug spray or citronella candles handy is absolutely needed. The rooftop deck was awesome for coffee or sitting out and watching the stars at night. Overall, a 5-star experience and everyone was saying how much they loved it and were talking about coming back with their families!

Great house with plenty of room for 15. Pool and water slide were a huge hit! Close to shopping and food. Short walk to the beach. We did rent a golf cart. It was waiting when we got there!

Beautiful home just across the street from the beach which had awesome sunsets. There also is a wide walking path we used every morning. We were within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The booking was easy & if we had to contact them they were available 7 days a week. Definitely recommend this home.

We stayed with a group of 14 and had a great experience! The kids loved the pool and waterslide! It was quick walk to the beach and many shops. Overall we had a great time!

There were 8 adults and 3 kids staying at the house. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room was just the right size for the adults at night. And the kids could have spent all day, every day in the pool and hot tub. The bonus was that the beach was a two minute walk!

My family enjoyed our stay here while were visiting for a wedding. We had 10 adults and we all enjoyed our own bedroom with our own bathroom. The owner - AMI Resorts - had very good communication and were quick to respond to any questions I had. We did have a couple of email issues - I don't know if it was on my end or theirs. The house was very clean and we had a great time at the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also had a great time at the beach, which is literally a minute walk away. If I had one complaint it would be the beds. They were all pretty squeaky and probably in need of an upgrade. But it's not enough to make it less than 5 stars. It's the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at.

The house, pool, location was amazing. We had a family of 15 stay for a week. Anna Maria island was wonderful. Less than a block to the beach, short walk to stores, restaurants & bars. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back!

Propert was perfect. Would advice nicer pool beds, more serving platters and bowls, especially with 15 people. Guest bathroom off living room - the door didn’t close and/or lock. Otherwise 10/10

The location is perfect, close to beach, we felt safe staying there. We could walk to restaurants, which was good because there is no where to park. Anna Maria Island was a little to crowded for us. The house is amazing. A few things were a little beat up but that’s always the case in a rental.
Pool was good but gets no sun until late afternoon. Would stay there again.

Nine college friends for 30+ years.... We loved being so close to the beach and restaurants. The rooftop deck was fabulous for sunrise coffee and sunset happy hours before dinner. perfect accommodations for our group!!

We had a large group (8 adults and 9 kids), and this property entertained all of us! The location is perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets (rooftop) and also walking to the beach and Bridge Street. The rooms were large, variety of bathrooms on each level and of course the pool area was phenomenal! We loved the hot tub and water slide. Highly recommended for larger groups who want to experience the island lifestyle.

The house was perfect for us. Great floor plan, nice kitchen ( we like to cook) and the pool area was fantastic. Pool was large and lots of fun, very well maintained. The covered patio was also a big hit. Perfect for game playing. Beach was also very easy to access. Top of the list for next beach vacation!

First of all, thank you to the concierge at AMI Locals. The golf cart rental was perfect. But the best of all—The Loaded Kitchen service. Groceries were already delivered and put away when we arrived!! Ocean Breeze was the perfect choice for my family of 13 for the July 4th week. We even had plenty to do while TS Elsa paid a brief visit. AMI Locals were very responsive for a couple of minor things that did not impact our stay at all. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. One point, the pull out sofa in the bunk room has been removed but an air mattress is available to use. We actually did not need the air mattress. Only used the bunk bed and trundle. Perfect location for beach, cafes, and restaurants.

Property was very clean. It's a great location and easy walk to the beautiful beach and water. Easy walk to shopping and restaurant area. Pool area beautiful. Not a lot of sun in that area. Great house for around 10 people at most would say. Not a lot of room for a group in living room area but lots of room in kitchen and pool area for a group to sit around. The booking agency is very communicative and helpful. It really is a beautiful place to relax and have a get-together. Great location. Loved it.

The location right across the street from the beach was ideal. House pool and slide was a lot of fun for kids. Roof top deck was perfect for viewing sunsets. AMI Locals were attentive to all needs and were quick to respond.
