Great stay with my family, party of 8. The house's living room area looks bigger than the pictures, kitchen was well equipped with an air fryer, rice cooker, etc. There is plenty of light, the house is clean, and it looks exactly like the pictures. Alarms are a bit annoying but we understand that is mandatory by the county. The walk to the beach is about 8 minutes. We have rented some other houses in the Island, and this is one of the best, considering the location, size, and price value.

Very nice and clean. Location great. Can dock slab boat on dock and can catch fish off dock. Pool area great.

Overall our stay was fantastic! The house was clean, had all the things you’d need (towels, soap, kitchen amenities, etc.). We LOVED the pool, it was clean and well kept and someone came and cleaned it one of the days. We also loved the location, walkable to the beach and great spots to eat and shop. The only issues we had were very small but worth mentioning…first, this is listed on Airbnb as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually 4. Second, one of the showers didn’t work. We reached out to the management company but no one ever came. We weren’t too bothered by it because we weren’t at capacity but I’d be annoyed if our group was planning to utilize all three showers. Lastly, when we were supposed to check in, they didn’t send me the check-in code, I had to call them for it. They then said it’s because the cleaning crew wasn’t done yet. They had to finish cleaning the couch cushions, and really wasn’t a big deal, just worth calling out when considering ease of communication and check-in.

This was our second time staying with AMI Locals, they surely are the best hosts in Anna Maria. The house location was exceptional, close to all restaurants, coffee shops, pier and best beach spots. Could not have asked for a better stay, the house was very clean, had everything we needed, very spacious, open floor plan, great layout and design, an amazing pool and a deck by the river for relaxing and fishing. Will definitely come back in the near future, best house I have ever stayed at in Anna Maria by far! 10/10

North End Zen was amazing! This place is beautiful, the pool is great and the deck in the back is just the cherry on top! This place makes sure you enjoy your stay at AMI, perfectly located and walking distance to top destinations in the island. Also, it is EXTREMELY clean!

One of the best trips and places we've ever stayed!! The rental company is AMAZING, they are sweet, reliable, helpful and so so accommodating! The location of the house was PERFECT! We were on a quiet side street and it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 7 minute walk to the pier!! The pool was heated, they had floaties and fun stuff for the kids, plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, a beach wagon, etc to use! The house itself was a PERFECT SET UP! the big island in the kitchen overlooking the water, we loved how open and spacious it all was! JUST LOVED IT! I could go on and on!! Just book it :) You'll love it too!

This home was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 7. Walking distance to main road shops, pier and beach. Having the pool was a big hit with the kids. I would highly recommend this home and would return if we come back to the island for another stay.
