North End Chic

We had a wonderful stay at this house on Anna Maria Island! The location is excellent — just a 10-minute straight walk to Bean Point Beach, which in my opinion is the best beach on the island.
The house itself was very clean, and the backyard was also well kept. We especially enjoyed the deep heated pool — such a great bonus!
For the beach, there were 7 chairs, 2 carts to carry them, and 2 umbrellas, which made our beach days super easy and comfortable.
The only small challenge was the alarm system. With kids, it took a little time to get used to pressing the button when opening the door, but we understand that these are required rules on the island.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house!

Excelente ubicación , limpieza del lugar , cocina , baños todo tal cual en las fotos un lugar hermoso , una sola cosa que estaba en la descripción era la mesa de pin pong que no se encontraba en la casa , pero todo lo demás muy bien !!! Me hospedaría nuevamente ahí cuando tenga la oportunidad !!!

The house is beautiful. The pool alarm as noted on other reviews is accurate. It is very loud and annoying if the bypass button is not pushed in time. There is no way to de-activate. Also, given the cost, it would be appropriate to have extra paper supplies aside from the 1 roll of toilet paper. There is no condiments, coffee filters, or coffee.

Like Hermione’s purse, the house looks small on the outside, but so big and roomy on the inside! Great layout for couples and families! Location is wonderful and the house has plenty of chairs and beach toys. Only downside is the pool alarm that is mandated by the island. You learn very quickly to hit the bypass button! Highly recommend.

Our group of 6 adults and 1 infant lived comfortably in North End Chic for 6 nights. House looks small from the outside, but is surprisingly big on the inside. Nice, open floor plan. Well equipped. Nice finishes. Back yard is as advertised (awesome), but was a bit buggy (no one’s fault). We had a grill/propane issue, but it was resolved in 1 day. Responsive hosts. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to Bean Point Beach (which is incredibly beautiful), but we rented and drove a golf cart there. House also comes with a few beach chairs and a wagon, which was a nice touch. Everyone on the trip would have no issue staying here again! Don’t hesitate to book.

Very clean, comfortably furnished, and good location. Property was as advertised in the photos. Short walks to the Bayfront Park and the Bean Point beach. The gulf beach on the west side was by far the nicest, and about a five minute drive. Wish that the rental agency provided more laundry tabs, dishwashing tabs, and more and better quality toilet paper (not the kind of thing we were expecting to supply for ourselves at this price point), but the agency's concierge service was very helpful in arranging for boat tours and other island activities.

We loved that the property was all ground level so we didn’t have to drag everything up a bunch of steep steps like most of the beach houses. It was an older home that had been beautifully renovated up to the best modern standards. The pool was lovely and all the back rooms had French doors leading out to it and also allowing a great view of it from inside which was especially nice at night with the pool lights on.

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. This home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the pier, park, beach, and restaurants. The house is spacious, comfortable and well stocked with numerous amenities (beach towels, beach chairs, bikes). The yard is beautifully landscaped and the pool and patio (with plenty of chairs) was an amazing bonus. We had an issue with a non-working air conditioner which was promptly handled by the property mgmt company. We noticed a couple of cleanliness issues the cleaning company really should not have missed but those were also addressed by property mgmt company. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or anywhere managed by Anna Maria Island Accommodations.

North End Chic did not disappoint! We enjoyed the beauty and quiet of the north end of the island. The house was very comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished. It was well equipped with a very nice kitchen, living areas and laundry. It accommodated our group beautifully. The pool was very enjoyable. We have been coming to AMI for many years and hope to return to your lovely home!

2 families of 4 were staying for 8 nights and we couldn’t be any happier. Perfect pool with plenty of room for all, bedrooms are located in a way that adults are able to separate from kids. Perfect location on a quiet street, walking distance to everything, including beaches. Had several issues during our stay: keys were not there when we’re arrived and had to contact office twice for ac and plumbing issues. To their credit all issues were addressed in a matter of hours, including on the weekend. Outstanding customer service. Overall, we’ve had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Anything you could ever need was available in the house, which is also nicely updated. The pool was fantastic and the yard very private. Location was great -- easy walk to Bayfront Park and Bean Point Beach. AMI Accommodations management company was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to the small issues we had. I would definitely book this property or any other AMI Accommodations property again.
