We really enjoyed this property. It’s super convenient and a shirt walk to beach with a private entrance/ access to beach. My one recommendation to make the stay better would be to have had some cooking essentials and coffee available right when we got there. Other than that the condo was lovely and and screened porch was so nice to have. Nice location right across from the pool

Our family had an absolute amazing vacation. We were able to unwind and relax while having a blast at the beach and pool. The pool was in eyesight just yards away and the beach was a quick 5-10 minute walk. The home provided us seating for meals together as well as seating to relax with a book, play games, and watch some tv.

We enjoyed our week in Siesta Keys. The condo is in an easy walk to the beautiful beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool is just steps away. The condo is exactly as pictured and was clean. Communication with the owner was excellent.

My family really enjoyed Midnight Cove ll. Loved seeing the sunsets over the Ocean. Pool was conveniently located only steps away so the girls could walk over by themselves and we could see from the screen porch. We will definitely be back.

I have booked this facility for four years now and hope to continue returning. Recent upgrades to this first floor condo, made it even more enjoyable. A stones throw from the well kept pool and a short walk to the gorgeous beach are convenient for seniors and families alike. You won’t find a more responsive owner I guarantee that. A short walk from numerous restaurants, shopping, a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, post office and more and you will have no reason to get in your car if you choose not to. I recommend renting a bike from Siesta Key Bike and Kayak a block away and explore the Key. It is beautiful. You can even ride your bike on the beach to watch some beautiful sunsets!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Midnight Cove ii. The host was available and very accommodating. The condo is turn key and all you will need is food and clothes. It is just steps from a very nice, heated pool. Private Beach Access and about a five minute walk to the beach as well as several dining options and a nice, but over priced grocery. We plan on returning.

Loved our stay! The condo had EVERYTHING we needed to include coffee, toilet paper and soap! We only had to buy our own groceries and drinks as the kitchen was adequate for cooking our meals. The Pool is visible from the condo - less than 30 second walk - with plenty of towels available! Fishing poles included allowed us to fish in the canal and do some surf fishing 😊 lots of chairs and sand castle toys and a quick 5 minute stroll to the beach. We took the free trolley into the Village and did some shopping and enjoyed some local dining. It was easy to get visitor passes for our local family and friends who popped in to visit. We enjoyed relaxing in the lanai where we had plenty of space to dry our towels and bathing suits! We fully intend to stay here again!!!

My Wife and I just returned from a Beautiful Week in this Property. We took our 9 year old Grandson, and our 14 and 15 year old granddaughters. We went to the beautiful white sand beach everyday and the pool, and took the trolley into Siesta Village a few times. The description from Michael was Completely Accurate and we had zero surprises with anything. The condo was clean as we arrived and we had no issues with anything while we were there. Everything that we needed to know, Michael had sent us up front. The 9 year old grandson fished off of the docks and bridge every day, and the grand daughters hung out by the Gulf or the pool most of the day. I would recommend this property to my friends and we plan on returning ourselves.

Loved this condo and its location. It was big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and two children to be comfortable. The location to the pool from the condo was great. The walk to the beach was short. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The condo includes all the dishes and cooking supplies, pots and pans and utensils that we needed. We did not have to bring chairs, pool or beach towels, sand buckets, pool noodles, etc. There are fishing rods and many other things available to use during your stay. Michael was very nice and easy to work with and gave us some activity suggestions. We used the free trolleys several times. We will definitely be back.

This property was absolutely perfect! The access to the pool was right outside your back door, and the pool was very nice with lots of seating and my 2 teenage boys really enjoyed it. The condo itself was beautiful. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself on your vacation, including everything you need for the beach. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, pillows and blankets for everyone which I really appreciated. Beach access is easy and about a 4 minute walk. There is a trolley stop right in front of the condo and they will take you anywhere on midnight pass road. We took it to the Village and back and it was so much easier than driving and trying to find a parking spot. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Our condo was spacious, bright and super clean. Close to the pool and beach. The location was perfect to catch the free local transportation. The condo was equipped with everything we needed including a crockpot which my kids hated because that meant mom cooked! We enjoyed our top notch condo in a relaxing , convenient location. This was our 26th year staying in Midnight Cove ll. This is such a beautiful, peaceful place it draws us back again and again. This unit was wonderful, comfortable, well appointed , and so close to the pool AND beach. Very nicely decorated. A perfect home away from home. The owner, Michael, was so friendly and anxious to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for year 27, God willing !

This condo was great for our family of four. Having a ground floor condo was perfect for coming in and out of easily after swimming in the pool or fishing off the docks. Lovely view of the bay from lanai too! Being on the intercoastal water way was great to watch the boats and we even saw a dolphin! Beach was an easy 3 minute walk. It was wonderful having some items in the outside closet such as a cooler, fishing rods and beach items. We are sad to leave but would definitely return!!

We just got back from a week in Siesta Key and stayed at this beautiful property. The condo was very updated and clean, kitchen was well stocked, all linens and towels provided. The unit also had beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, umbrellas and coolers for your days on the beach.The screened in lanai overlooking the boat docks was my favorite place in the morning. Very short walk to the pool and to the beach. Management at the office was very helpful if you needed anything. We also stayed with two other families who had other units on the property and our unit was by far the most updated. My only wish was that it would have had a washer and dryer in the unit. With my family, I do laundry every day and with the humidity down there, nothing would dry out at night. The laundry facilities were onsite and close to the unit but were pricey. Other than the minor laundry issue, our vacation was great and we look forward to returning to Siesta Key next year.

We had an awesome week here! Everything we needed was available in the condo. The beach was a 3 minute walk. Beach cart toted everything to the beach. Clean and nicely decorated. We felt at home for the week. Office employees were friendly and helpful. Free wifi in the condo was a plus. I can't not say anything bad about this condo or Mike! Mike was easy to contact. We had the best time staying at this condo. Thank you Michael!! Perfect location. Just steps to the ocean. Awesome pool, again only steps from the lunai. Clean 2 bedroom condo with all you need inside, including all the beach chairs, umbrellas and ton of toys. Michael is a really good host. I could contact him any time and he would respond right away with all the helpful advice. Stuff in the rental office also was great. Very nice people. Over all I would recommend this condo to any of my friends. Oh yes, and don't forget to visit Cuptain Curt s. One of the best restaurants around. Just next door. Next year I am already thinking of the visiting Siesta, only this time for 2 weeks. It is worth it. Thanks Michael!

We made last minute plans to visit FL and were lucky to find this condo. Very comfortable, everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrella were great and easy to carry to the beach. The visitors before us left a small cooler that was perfect for drinks. Everything in this condo was very clean and well cared for. Check in and check out were very easy. This condo is across the street from the beach, but there is a cross walk with flashing lights and a private walkway that literally takes 2 minutes to get to the private beach access. And that was with carrying all of our beach equipment. The back of the condo overlooks the inland waterway and a small lagoon. Very quiet place to enjoy a drink. Just watch the screen door so you don't get any unwelcome little visitors in the patio enclosure. Would love to return.

My family and I vacation at Siesta Key every year. Siesta Key is our home away from home oasis. I can say that this condo was definitely everything you need for a rest and relaxation vacation. The condo is impeccably clean and it has all the amenities needed for your stay. All you need is your groceries and you are good to go. A short walk away and you are on the beautiful white powdered beach. The lanai is just steps away from the pool. You can sit in the afternoon with a nice cold Pina Colada and enjoy the beautiful landscaping and peaceful view of the docks. The owner was very easy to contact and exceptionally fast to respond to any questions or concerns I might of had. We are looking forward to renting here again next year for another memorable Siesta Key vacation.

Wow! What a great place to stay. We traveled down to Siesta Key looking for a quiet getaway, and that's exactly what we got! The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, nice amenities, plenty of room for our family, and the proximity to the pool and beach made it even better. The owner was very easy to work with, as he helped us with directions, check-in, and any other questions we had. We had a lovely week and will definitely be back again next year!

This was a GREAT choice when deciding our Girls Getaway! The condo was bright and super comfy! Going to the pool is literally right outside the spacious screened patio. We enjoyed hanging out at beautiful Crescent Beach, the sand is a glistening powder white and just a 5 minute walk from our condo. There is also a little deli, which is also a 5 minute walk, where we purchased our wine and cheese. Come to think about it, the shopping was only a 5 minute drive. The owner did a great job with providing all the amenities of home, even including beach towels. We are still talking about the great vacation we had and will definitely be coming back. If you have 5 minutes.....this is the PLACE.

This rental is a must have! The only thing you need is groceries. The pool is a stones throw from the lanai (screened patio). Sitting in the morning with a cup of coffee looking out at the dock and watching the fish jumping, made me wish that we had brought our fishing poles. This unit is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We did have a day of rain, but the library of books, DVD movies and games kept us entertained. The beach is only a 5 minute walk across the street and the owner has supplied an ample amount of beach chairs, including a beach umbrella. We will definititely return!
