The location is pretty perfect. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream, etc. Right on the beach. The house is well kept and updated.
I found the listed amenities to be vague, and ended up over packing things I didn't end up needing.
The kitchen is well stocked, including plastic and ceramic dishware, drip coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine, slow cooker, toaster, blender, and anything you'd need to cook on the stovetop or in the oven.
They also provide beach towels, and I believe they do have some beach chairs that are available for the guests to borrow kept at the neighboring property.
The only thing we were a bit disappointed by was the window situation- they are standard blinds in the bedrooms and there are no curtains out in the living area, which was kind of weird at night considering proximity of people coming and going from the beach and the neighboring house. We had to drape towels over the window for our kids to sleep well.
Overall- we'd definitely go back!

The property is exactly as described, has a beautiful view of the ocean and is steps away from a stunning beach. The unit was very clean and well appointed with all necessary day-to-day tools for any vacationer to enjoy their stay. The unit is also a short walk away from multiple restaurants and shops and not too far from grocery stores either. We had a great time and are thankful for the owners sharing their beachfront home with our family for a much needed escape and chance to relax. The only small annoyance we had was that the door code didn’t work upon arrival. This, however, was remedied within just a few minutes via a text exchange with the property management company.

We had an amazing stay at Low Tide! The house is front row directly on the beach with an unobstructed view of the water and the sunsets are beautiful. Several shops and restaurants are a short walk away if you feel like taking a break from the sand and sun. We will definitely be back, outstanding location.

Low Tide was a perfect place for my teen daughters and me—we had everything we needed and the deck gets beautiful sun all day. The property managers were so flexible and responsive. We hope to come back again!

Quick trip with family. Space suited us well with 2 adults and 3 kids.
Location here is key. Quiet neighborhood with outstanding views of the beach / ocean from the deck. As a bonus we were able to lay in bed and see the beach from the master bedroom window. Nothing like taking a nap and falling asleep to the sound of the waves hitting the shore.
Walking distance to many shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Also a great launch point for a bike ride to the piers and Bean’s Point.
Sunsets every night…..was tough to leave.

We really liked the Cottage and the location was great. Walked to a lot of hidden gems and amazing Food everywhere we went. Really Loved the Island with its laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Will return for sure.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Low Tide. The location is quiet and close to everything you need… restaurants, shopping and a small grocery store. The beach that you are on is beautiful! The view of the ocean and hearing the sounds of the waves is amazing. We rented a golf cart and used a service recommended by the property management company that allowed us to rent beach chairs, baby items etc. Very helpful. We hope to return soon. We very much enjoyed our week at Low Tide. The location is perfect: you can see the ocean from the home and it’s a very very short 1 minute walk to the water. Also, it’s very easy to walk to the little shops and places to eat in town. Reason for the 9.9/10 is a very small thing of no blinds or curtains in the kitchen or living room. 9/10 for amenities because if you have 4 adults you will use more than the 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper that is supplied for sure.
They supply 2 rolls of toilet paper, there’s 2 trash cans nicely hidden in a cupboard plus 2 extra garbage bags, some bathroom toiletries, beach towels, bath towels, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs, little dishwashing soap and a kitchen full of supplies. There is, of course, no food type things provided including salt and pepper.

Would we go again? Yes, for sure
Pros:
- House: very nice, as described and shown in the pictures. Everything present and very clean
- Location / Surroundings / Beach: very nice, very quite and intimate, u feel directly at home, everything is in walking distance (even a nice coffee store). I would say the jackpot for families with 2 kids, can‘t get better than that overall
- communication with host was very pleasant. Not too much and just right. Info packages in the house
Cons:
- extensive terms and conditions you need to read and sign. I understand that there must be rules. Common sense however does it as well (for most people). I take this with a grain of salt
Thx a lot for everything! We highly enjoyed our days at AMI and would come back anytime to this location

Great location! Loved the little cottage. The newness of it was great. Very short 60 second walk to a wide white powdery sand beach. Will definitely book again. Only complaint we had was there are no shades on the windows/doors to the living room and kitchen.

We loved our visit. Have been to AMI a few times, but this location really was our favorite. Super close to the beach, several breakfast, lunch, & dinner locations close by, and you are able to walk to it all! I couldn’t find any blankets for the couch, so I ended up using the towels they sat out. Other than that, we can’t wait to come back ☺️ thanks again!

Amazing place. Super clean; easy check-in and great communication. Awesome location. The pictures do it a lot of justice as far as quality and location. The beach is steps away and is high quality. You can walk really far out and see your feet when the water is over your chest. The island is very quiet at night if you are looking to relax. Awesome restaurants, ice cream, supplies and coffee is VERY walkable. Again, the house is just as pictured. Amazing porch with views during the day and of the sunset at night. Wifi was perfect for staying as connected as you might want to be. The house has everything that you need in the kitchen. All appliances are new and in great shape.
We had never been to this part of Florida before. It is very low key and cozy. We would definitely come back and stay here again. The most that I can say is that there were zero disappointments Its pricey but worth it if you want a place to remember. My friends stayed in other places and they all agreed that we hit the jackpot with this one.

You know how they say it’s all about location well this small spacious home was at the perfect location to get away enjoy the beach at such a short walking distance, waking up with the most beautiful view and going to sleep with the most stunning view of the sunset I highly recommend anyone to stay and it’s just a walk distance to any coffee shop dessert place or even restaurants if I can stay again I will do it again multiple times during the year.. thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home
