Our initial impressions were not good since the previous tenants had made such a mess it took the cleaning service more than seven hours to clean. The lady was still working when we arrived. She was exasperated at the mess. But she did a good job and we were only delayed a half hour or so. The pool, which is perfect for young children, like a lazy river with shallow and deep ends, needed a good cleaning too because of debris from surrounding plants and trees, but the service cleaned it the next morning. The setup of five bedrooms worked out nicely as there are children's bunk rooms off the adult king bedrooms. Many shops and restaurants near by. Beaches too. We would rent again. The management company was very responsive.

Very pleased with the house and location! Very spacious! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms with very comfortable beds. Pool area was very nice and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Access to walkable community, great pool, plenty of room and bathrooms, comfortable beds, great local restaurant's, powder white sandy beaches and clear blue water.

The location of the house is amazing. Very close to restaurants, shopping, water views and the beach. The house is spacious and we enjoyed the game tables in the garage. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was great. The house does need a little maintenance work (exterior) and cosmetic updating (interior), but those are minor concerns. We would definitely stay in this house again.

It was truly a beautiful home and we really loved the pool it was at the lighthouse Lagoon. It felt very tropical and like a paradise to all of us. I was able to take all 3 of my grown children with their companions and some of my grandchildren also. It was truly a remarkable vacation

We stayed with 2 families and there was plenty of room and privacy. The pool is gorgeous, unfortunately, it is primarily in the shade--which is likely good when in the summer, but it was chilly when we were there--the pool temperature was 84, which was nice (we were there for a cold front in Florida). The pool was clean for us and we had no problems with trash as others mentioned in their reviews. The hot tub did not get hot, it was warm though. There were 6 bikes, but only 2 worked. The location was great--a bit of a walk to the beach, but still wonderful. Close to many shops and restaurants. We had issues that were resolved very quickly with the management company.

The property was exactly as described. House is big enough for a large group. The pool was perfect...shallow easy access area for little ones, slowly deepening for older kids/adults. Easy walk to the bay, longer walk to the gulf, but very doable. The bikes were used and appreciated, as were the beach supplies. However, the wagons were both in disrepair but it was not a big thing. We had tons of beach towels which was great. The upper deck off the kitchen could use a good cleaning, but again, not a big thing. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Great place to stay. We only had to contact management about the gas grill needing gas, and the response was timely.

This property was amazing! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed! That speaks a lot for their house keeping, considering it is at the beach and sand is always huge problem. The house was great for hosting a multi family vacation. We had a lot of people there but didn’t feel crowded. The kids loved the bunk bed room! Plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen was open and spacious as well. The pool area was awesome! It was also very well taken care of and the landscaping was beautiful! The shallow end of the pool was perfect for my baby and 2 year old. It helped to relieve a lot of stress associated with kids and a pool. My 11 year old also loved it. There were tons of pool toys/floats, beach toys, bikes and lots of other fun things! Would highly recommend this property to families with children!
