The patio offers a peaceful retreat for guests, where they can enjoy swimming in the pool, relaxing in the spa, and relishing the delicious meals prepared by the group's chef on the provided BBQ grill. This home includes four bicycles available for guests to explore the area.

Inside the main house is a cozy seating area with a plush sofa and TV, providing relaxation after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops, including a wonderful island with seating for savoring your morning coffee while breakfast cooks. You'll find a stylish dining table inside, and outside on the patio is an outdoor dining table that seats up to six guests, perfect for enjoying the pleasant Gulf breeze while dining al fresco.

Your primary bedroom is adorned with vibrant blue decor and wooden furnishings. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, both of which are covered with crisp linens. Both bedrooms are also equipped with TVs. The hall bathroom has been beautifully updated and comes with a shower and tub combination. The guest suite is accessible through the backyard, offering great privacy to guests. Its premium King bed and TV make for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 8 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
