The living area includes a large sectional and an electric leather swivel, rocker recliner....perfect for catching some afternoon ZZZZZ's or watching the 60 inch SMART TV(Netflix and Hula ready) with HD service and Blue Ray. Don't forget to check out all the vintage photos of Siesta Key! The large Master bedroom has a King size bed complete with the famous Marriott Resort mattress to ensure a good nights sleep! You can lay in bed and watch TV on the 46 in flat screen TV or simply enjoy the gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico! The second bedroom has two full size beds, another flat screen TV and a walk-in closet! There are many guest amenities which includes high speed internet, cordless phones, large vanity mirror, hair dryers, emergency medical kit and a safe in the Master for all your valuables! Jamaica Royale is a beautifully maintained and friendly complex. There are 3 heated, fresh water pools and the Beachfront pool is just steps away from our elevator. The BBQ is conveniently located to the side of our tower. Jamaica Royale has lounge chairs on the beach and tables, chairs and umbrellas by the pool for your convenience! Pack your flip flops and enjoy the #1 Beach in the World! This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps.
