We REALLY enjoyed our stay here in Siesta Key/Sarasota!! 10/10 recommend! Close to shopping, bars, nice places to eat within 10mins or less! We will definitely be back & bring other couples our kids with us. It was a nice little getaway and so close to the beach which was a nice perk! We loved the pool & spa! Heated just perfectly & the colorful pool lights were a nice surprise! The home was very clean & had pretty much everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest or wish the home provided was pool mats or floats (for laying around in the pool) & for the master shower to have shelves for holding our soaps, sponges, etc. But those are just little things! We were very happy with our stay!

Location was great! They supplied all beach items including a wagon. The response time was beyond quick, and there everything was beyond stocked. We would stay here again! The waterfall didn’t work though, but that’s the only complaint

The house was clean and location was excellent. The pool and hot tub came in huge on windy days because the backyard is nicely shielded from the wind. This allowed us to swim on days the beach was too cold to be on in Mid March. Would definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for our vacation with our two adult kids. It was clean and well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies! Only hiccup was the sliding glass doors to the master bedroom were broke and would not lock. The area seemed safe so we weren’t worried but not ideal as you can imagine. Maintenance did come right away but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay so hopefully it was completed before the next guests arrived. Beyond that, great space and great location. The heated pool and hot tub were well maintained and a useful bonus since the weather was cooler than normal.

Great location I didn’t have to drive. The beach and restaurants are 2 minutes away. The pool was a plus and the house was clean and comfortable. I loved this place I would definitely return. The only issue was the code to get in didn’t work but the host sent me a new one and problem solved.

My family and I had a fantastic time the week we stayed here! There were 6 adults and two kids and our dog and it was a good size house for us. The house is clean, a short walk to the beautiful beach and Siesta Key Village with lots of tourists shops and restaurants, Loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, it even has a large crock pot that came in handy. It was a safe area, we had no problems. Couldn’t park our large truck, or SUV in the garage, but they fit in the driveway at an angle. Next time we will do our grocery shopping at Detwiler’s Farm Market, which is actually a grocery store we came across our last day. A good place to eat seafood nearby is Turtles restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. The location was wonderful.. 5 min walk to the village and beach access. The master bedrooms were large and spacious and the bunk rooms were for our 4 teenagers. The house is very tastefully decorated and kitchen had plenty of dishes etc. Only complaint we have was that the mattresses on the bunk beds were VERY uncomfortable.. you could feel the springs and very lumpy. An upgrade on those mattresses would be recommended. Master beds however, were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and a very popular spot for everyone to spend time. Thank you for allowing us to share our family vacation at this house. We highly recommend anyone to stay there, and we would definitely use it again someday.

We just returned from Siesta Key and we had the best time. The locals are some of the most friendly people we've ever met. There were 6 of of that stayed at this property. The property is very clean and in the perfect location to walk to anything in Siesta Key Village and the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! My only suggestion would be to put some body mirrors in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are very tiny so it is impossible for two people to get ready at the same time. An additional mirror in the bedroom would be perfect! Thanks for letting us stay! WE will certainly be back!

I booked this house for my sisters bachelorette party and it was AMAZING. The house is literally in the perfect location for a group trip. I had never been to Siesta before so was worried about booking in a good/fun area but from this house there are so many spots to walk to and the beach is a hop skip and jump away. I went on a walk almost every morning and felt super safe in the neighborhood. Plus It accommodated our group of 11 beautifully. STAY HERE! 😬

I use to frequent Siesta Key and nearby beaches when I use to live in Tampa. Now I live in Arizona and my family and friends who have never been to Florida relied on me on a vacation destination in Florida where they wanted something different, therefore I suggested Siesta Key with confidence. I knew the location I wanted (to be close to the quieter part of the public beach and close to the village). You will get it with this property! Everything here is "as advertised"-the location (a block or two to everything you could possibly need), -the responsive management that cared and was very helpful, -the nicely kept pool and hot tub, -and an actual Weber grill! (for those who want to grill a couple of meals during your stay). Only improvement I/we could suggest is... It is time for a new fusbol table and ping pong table (for those that like some downtime entertainment). I get it though...Florida humidity can wear down those two items mentioned.... Thank you to the owner for opening up their home for families such as myself to endulge!

We very much enjoyed our stay on Siesta Key. This property is only a 5 minute walk to the village of Siesta Key where there are multiple restaurants, shops and bars. The public beach is just as close. We did have trouble with the WiFi connection, in terms of it being a strong enough connection for my husband and I to work on our laptops and hold zoom calls. The property manager was attentive and promptly scheduled maintenance to try and fix the problem. The WiFi connection was somewhat improved but was not reliable. The hot tub and pool are very nice. Bedrooms and adjourning bathrooms are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked albeit a bit small. I would definitely recommend this property. The property manager is very attentive, professional and friendly.

This was our third time renting from Adam and once again we were very pleased with the home. This place was perfect for our stay and just what we have come to expect. Shops and restaurants in the village are all just a short walk and the beach access is just a short couple of blocks. No need to rent a car. Although we did not cook during our stay, the kitchen is fully stocked and it has a very nice grill. We have fallen in love with Siesta Key and will keep coming back.

This is one of the best places in my opinion to stay in Siesta Key. We have been to Siesta Key a few times and this by far was the nicest place and for the price. When we walked in the place was really clean and on the counter there was a nice welcome bag. It is within walking distance to the village area where the bars and restaurants are located. Whenever we go back to Siesta Key we will look for this property first. I would highly recommend this place.

Really awesome place. Extra touches like lawn chairs, rafts, cooler and wagon to go to the beach made such a huge difference. Just a beautiful home in a beautiful place. Would highly recommend!

Great location to everything ! First I have to say the management company was top notch. Always quick to respond and answer anything you may have questions on. The house felt like home and had everything you needed . The beach was a 6 minute walk and the village was right around the corner ! The extra beach accessories were an added bonus ! Easy to book and check in/out. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and beach. House had plenty of room and all the necessities for the beach as no pool. Definitely would rent again.

The listing did not clearly describe that access to the unit main floor was by stairs. The access from the main door was awkward due to the fact that it opened immediately to the stairs.

We loved our time at siesta key. The house was in a perfect location for walking to the beach and to town. The house was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This property was amazing. The shared pool was really nice and my group actually made friends with our neighbors so that was a plus. Kelly the property manager did an amazing job she helped with everything from me actually booking the wrong date to getting a bed fixed during the visit. This house is maybe a 4 minute walk from siesta beach and less to the village which had so many options for food and shopping. Could not recommend this place more. I had a group of 13 and honestly didn’t feel squished!

This house was very clean, spacious and only a 3-4 min walk to an amazing beach! The enclosed pool was incredibly warm which we really enjoyed and there was everything there we could need including a grill, full kitchen, washer & dryer, AC, etc. Kelly was our concierge and very responsive to any Q's we had. We would definitely come back here again!
