Island Time East

We loved our stay at Island Time East. The house was perfect. Perfect walk to the beach or to the village. The host was very accommodating. There weren't enough beach chairs for our party of 6. They promptly brought over 3 additional chairs so that everyone in our group had a chair.

This was are first time Siesta Key, and it did not disappoint! The property was beautiful! We all walked in and said wow. We had 3 teenagers in the bunks upstairs, which they were thrilled about , and our youngest had her own bathroom. SCORE! Property was well taken care of. The pool was relaxing. The ping pong table was a bonus, also the outside tv! The property is only a few blocks from the beach. Supplies for the beach were provided…chairs and wagon. Ended up renting an umbrella. When I called the property manager, she gave me a few companies to reach out to. So relaxing!! We really needed a break, and we will definetlely be returning. You definetly don’t need a car. You are able to walk everywhere! Cute boutiques, stores.and fun places to eat.

Location. Location. Location. Beach and bars is a 6 minute walk. We had a fantastic stay. We had a little snafu with the fridge but they immediately responded and took care of it. We will be back again. The place and area is beautiful.

This is a beautiful home, exactly as the photos showed! There was more than enough space for our family and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Desiree and Nanda were wonderful! Very accommodating and friendly, and extremely fast response times to all messages. It is conveniently located close to the beach and the village, we walked everywhere. We came and stayed at the property last week. We had a great experience. The property management company was easy to work with and the house was as described on the listing. The location was super close to the village and the beach. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying there again. The only slight criticism was some of the mattresses were a bit tired and could use an upgrade but nothing that was too bad. The property had an issue with their cable but the management company was good about being there to deal with the Comcast worker. Overall, we loved our stay!

We had a great stay and enjoyed how close we were to walk to everything. The only ‘complaint’ we had was when we went to make breakfast one morning there wasn’t any salt or pepper. That’s a simple item you could add for those who like to cook.

This is a great place to stay. We loved the private pool. It is close to everything! Walk to the beach and bars/restaurants/ shops. We didn’t use the downstairs “game room”. It was hot and not very functional. We had no issue with the stairs but may be inconvenient if you have people with limited mobility. I would stay here again. We loved it!

Perfect house for our stay. We had two families (four kids total) and we all had a wonderful time.
Pros: Great location, walking distance to both the beach and Siesta Key Village with lots of restaurants and shops. They provided a wagon to help take all your things to the beach. House is clean, beds were comfortable, all the appliances worked well. They have a LOUD magnet alarm on the sliders going towards the pool that goes off unless bypassed. Might be annoying for some, but was a plus for us traveling with young children. Hosts were very responsive.
Cons: Very strict on the check-in/check-out time. I asked about checking in 45 minutes early at 3:15 and they said no. One of the bunk beds was loud and creaky. The pool is pretty small (one pool divided between both properties to make it them private).
Overall, we had a great stay! Everything was as expected and we would definitely recommend this home for a great beach vacation!

INCREDIBLE PLACE! Close to everything you need…just feet from the beach, food & shopping.
The place itself is gorgeous..love the pool/hot tub area.
Pool is “smaller” but the right size for a quick dip. Plus, who wants to be in a pool with the beach right there! Lol
Had an issue with the drain..totally outside their control and they fix it within 60-90min.
They guys are on it and definitely worth the money..BOOK ANYTHING THEY HAVE

This house was in a great location, easy to get to the shops & restaurants as well as to the beach. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and our kids loved the pool and the game room. We arrived just after 8pm and the office had closed for the night. It took some time to get someone on the phone to help us because the code we had received did not work to get us into the property. Once that was sorted, however, everything was great!

We absolutely loved staying in this house! Our adult children and their spouses joined us for a long over due family vacation. The house was so well equipped, from every kitchen utensil you could possibly need to an abundance of beach towels. The beach wagon and beach chairs were perfect for our multiple beach days. The ping pong table was a hit! The private pool and hot tub was awesome and we took advantage of them every day and every evening. Thank you for providing our family with a memorable vacation! Island Time is the perfect stay for a getaway in Siesta Key. Walkable distance to all of the action in the village as well as the beach. Grocery and liquor store also a short walk away. The house was the perfect size for our guests and multiple bathrooms made a weekend with 8 girls super helpful. The outdoor space is AMAZING! We spent 90% of our time out there and even opted to stay poolside on a hot day as opposed to going to the beach. The property manager was responsive and very accommodating. I love the house. It was pretty close to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds and the game room.The private pool and bbq were amazing. A golf cart is a must if traveling with small kids because the block to the beach is rough with all the beach stuff. The only negative is the house has a lot of humidity so if you have allergies I recommend allergy medicine.

The humidity within the home is always regulated and kept within 50-60% humidity levels at all times, which beats the 90-100% humidity outside that Florida regularly experiences during our Summer months. From the smart thermostat reports of the temperature and humidity levels, it does appear that the unit was operating correctly. We understand that Florida humidity can be a bit of an adjustment to those who aren’t used to it and sincerely apologize that this led to some discomfort during your stay. Great stay! A few of the top great things that stood out to us:
We felt like the house was very “soundproof.” We had no issues with noise or anything from us to the other unit or vise versa. Very helpful with such big groups on both sides! Pool/hot tub were extremely clean and there were PLENTY of towels for the beach and bath. The beach chairs being included was a big help too. Location is fantastic. We were able to get anywhere within 5 minutes including the beach. Comfortable beds and AC worked well!
Only thing I’d change is the bunk beds are a little wobbly for adults. Didn’t feel like they would fall but does feel uneasy at times getting up and down.
Overall-great stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!

This house was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean and the pool was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Stephen was very friendly and responsive. It is about a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and grocery. Would absolutely stay again.

Wow! What a Siesta Key gem! This place is a stones throw from everywhere you want to be - shops, bars, restaurants, and the water! We loved having a private backyard as well with an awesome hot tub and pool area. We will definitely stay here again :)

Our stay was wonderful. The check in process was quick and easy with the app code. We had a couple malfunction but there were completely out of anyone’s hands the property manger was awesome accommodating to our needs and was very nice and helpful. Will be returning!

We had a great time. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, 5 minutes walking to the Beach and it’s a lively neighborhood! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

I was impress with the property. The whole house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Basically one block away from the beach and very close to the main shops & restaurants. The pool and the amenities was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub after coming back from the beach. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a family. We would use this property again.

We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The townhouse is located within a short walk to the Village and the beach which was very important to our family. Also, within walking distance is a local grocery store that has the BEST customer service. Speaking of great customer service was our Property Manager, Kelly. She was able to meet all of our requests in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated. The amenities as described are accurate, but I would suggest that the bunk beds have a weight limit listed/posted. The top bunk is not recommended for an adult. We are acutely aware that the Florida climate leads itself to the creation of mold and mildew. With that being said, the upstairs shower handle/cartridge needs to be aggressively cleaned or replaced. We would definitely stay here again. Since we have returned to our homes ALL of our family have given the townhouse a Five Star Rating.
