Island Sunset

Once neighbors came for week I couldn’t get in and out of parking space because there wasn’t enough space for my car to actually get in and out. Not all spots are like this though.

The property was exactly what we were looking for to experience our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The location to the beach, convenience of onsite pool and cleanliness of the property were perfect. The view from the screen balcony and living /kitchen area were amazing.

This location provided very easy access to the sunsets on golf side and very walkable sunrises on the bay side which was something our group enjoyed. Also, access to the AMI trolley was a nice option. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we loved the balcony where we could hang out and listen to the waves. The one thing I wish I had known before booking is that there is only 1 parking space. Since we drove to Florida from MIchigan, this made renting of a golf more difficult.

The condo was spotless and cleaning supplies were easy to find! Everything I needed was there and had me feeling like I was at home! The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable. We were able to get married on the beach with ease and really enjoy the island. The condo is more beach decorated then pictured so it is more aesthetic and pleasing to the eye! My child loved it and the layout is ideal! I was very happy choosing this.

The condo was spotless and cleaning supplies were easy to find! Everything I needed was there and had me feeling like I was at home! The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable. We were able to get married on the beach with ease and really enjoy the ocean. The condo is more beach decorated than pictured so it’s more aesthetic and pleasing to the eye! My child loved it and the layout is ideal! I was very happy choosing this condominium. Everything was included! The only downfall is the pull out mattress was super thin and you could feel the metal bar in them so it doesn’t really sleep 6 more like 5

Our stay at the Island Sunset property in Bradenton Beach was incredible! The property was impeccably clean. The location was fabulous. The property manager was in so responsive and checked on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed! This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. So beautiful, so relaxing. I can not wait to come back!

This property appeared exactly as photographed. We enjoyed the views and the beach. The locker included has all we needed for the beach and pool fun! Temperature of the unit was comfortable.

It was exactly what we were looking for, a place in front of the beach where we could relax. The apartment had everything that was listed, with no shortage of towels. The ceiling fans were perfect since the weather was mild and not too hot. But if needed, we had an option of using the central air. We recommend it.

Loved our stay. The sunsets were fabulous, and we could enjoy every night from our private deck. So great to walk out right on the beach and relax or look for shells. Good eating places near us and free trolly near by.

This condo is in a perfect location. We loved being able to have the ocean view before us our whole stay. It was also very walkable to restaurants and stores. We highly recommend staying here!

A friend and I recently stayed in this condo on Bradenton Beach/AMI. The sound of the waves just steps from our lanai was so relaxing. Being able to open the large doors to fully the sights and sounds was amazing! The AMI trolley stop was about 20 yards away and so convenient to get around the island! We had a great time and will definitely return again!

Great location! Clean, with new higher-end appliances and remodeled bathrooms. Lovely beach view and easy access. Pool on site but seldom used, like all close by pools, faces the highway. Be sure you can carry your luggage and groceries up the 4 flights of steps for 2nd floor/just 2 flights for 1st.

This condo is outstanding! It was clean, spacious, and right on the beach. Location was perfect for us. Right in between the downtown and Bridge Street area. The beach was perfect to walk on every morning. There was so much closet space and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. Beach chairs were also included! We are certainly not going to complain about the one lamp in the bedroom like a lot of people have. We don't spend much time in the condo, so that was the least of our worries. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The property was beautiful, recently remodeled, nicely decorated, very clean and right on the beach. The storage area had some beach chairs and water toys. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. There is a designated spot for parking (be aware parking is tight if you drive a large vehicle). There was a convenience store in walking distance. My only two complaints were the screened in patio, but I knew that when I booked the condo. A screen for me ruins the beach view and doesn't allow pictures from the balcony. Also, the master bedroom is street side against the main road of the island - traffic noise is loud if you want to do any late sleeping. Other than that, I would highly recommend this condo.

We LOVED our stay on AMI. The location of this property was great. Our door code would not work when we arrived. Anna Maria Vacations very quickly corrected this with one short phone call. We had a wonderful vacation and can not wait to return!

After a slight glitch in the entrance code, everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect; being right on the beach is unbeatable. The heated pool was a nice alternative for our children. The condo was clean and beautiful. The property management company was responsive and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere; and a dresser and chair(s) to the master. I highly recommend Island Sunset. We hope to return as soon as possible!

Absolutely love AMI ab Sunset Terraces condos. This is second time stay at this condo complex and first time in this unit. Everything was as shown on the website. I have nothing negative to say about this unit except it needs more lighting. I would definitely come back. Thank you for an awesome week.

Our family had a great stay on this property. We would stay there again. Beautiful view from property and just steps from an uncrowded beach. There was a private storage closet available in the parking lot to store beach toys/chairs. There were a few toys in the closet. We rented an umbrella and chairs and had them delivered to the unit. Washer and drier in the unit. There was not a private or community grill.

Wanted to mention that after you came out to replace the DVD player (thank you!), we could not get the regular TV to work. You will want to fix it for the next guests. The unit was obviously newly redone and it was very nice! We had a wonderful time and the weather was fantastic! We will want to come back to this unit again! Thank you! The McGearys from KC!
