Perfect location and beautiful home. Pool was really nice to have although there were a couple safety hazards in some of the pavers around the pool. We became familiar with them and avoided them. The only other issue we had was the water pressure for the shower was very weak. It was not a pleasant shower thats for sure. Otherwise everything was great!

This property was very nice. The location was within a short walking distance to the beach, pickleball courts, and the Village. The game room was warm, but we had a lot of fun. The pool area and pool were wonderful, the foliage kept it very shaded, cool, and refreshing. We had an issue with a bed and the maintenance team came right away and fixed it. The pool alarms on the doors were annoying, but understand why they were needed. If older people are traveling with you, just be aware there are a lot of stairs. This was overall a wonderful experience for us and would recommend to others.

Host communication was clear and responsive. Location adjacent to public beach access path was fantastic. Home is great, fully stocked kitchen and abundant towels. Pool was perfect, with lots of shade. Plenty of parking available. The game room in the listing was the only disappointment, as its games were worn with missing parts, such as the missing air hockey paddle. Also, the game room has no HVAC, so usage during the summer months is going to be very warm.

This was a great condo within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants! There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that! Management could go through the kitchen and thin out all of the gadgets and utensils. It had more than you need and left little room for grocery storage. We will be back!!

Nice spot to hit the beach and / or chill at the house. We had a great time grilling and hanging by the pool. Short list of complaints would be: the fridge wouldn’t get cold enough. Gameroom not connected to living space and had no AC. Bypass button missing on outside of sliding glass door. Wi-Fi didn’t work well upstairs.

Perfect location across the street from the beach and a half mile to the village. House was clean with a great pool and game room for entertainment. Provided chairs, small cooler and cart for traveling. Had an. Issue with the door lock a d the maintenance was there to fix it in 5 minutes.

We had to clean when we got there; there was dust and dirt in the bathrooms and under the toe kicks in the kitchen. The alarm for the sliding door to the porch was a nuisance because the outdoor button was missing so the alarm went off every time it was opened from the outside. The neighbors most likely did not like that

This was an awesome location - right across the street from public beach access. Plus there was a beach wagon to use. Having a pool was wonderful as with a young one the beach was not always our best option. I love that there was also a gate at the top of the stairs on back patio! The game room was an added bonus as able to still be down by the pool and let those that didn't want sun be indoors or for a child to nap. Overall for the price and location would definitely stay again.

This is a great location and nice place. You do share the pool with the other unit which I don’t remember reading. Overall it was a great place. Close to Siesta Key Village and the main public beach. There’s also a beach access across the street. You may use it for extra parking also. We rented a golf cart and had so much fun! Property manager was great also.

The home is in a perfect location! Beach is basically right across the street, very easy access. Restaurants are a brief walk away. Nice to not have to drive. The pool was great and clean! Layout of the house was fine. One full bathroom is on the main level and all bedrooms and other full bathroom are up a level. There was an odd scent in the house when we arrived similar to cigarette smoke that lingered during our stay. Would have liked to open windows/doors for the house to air out a bit, but that shuts the A/C off. We would stay at this home again.

Perfect space for our family and friends!

Great location across the street from beautiful Siesta Beach (access #10 on the map). Just a few blocks from the lively Siesta Key Village with its bars, restaurants and Big Olaf's (among other frozen dessert vendors). The property managers are thoughtful and responsive. They provide starter dishsoap, laundry soap, paper towels and other supplies. as well as, plenty of bath and beach towels. All we had to do upon arrival was hop in the heated pool. There are two immaculate grills by the pool, one for each unit. We preferred to take advantage of nearby restaurants (The Hub for tacos, Riptide for pizza, the Salty Dog and the Sun Garden Cafe are favorites) or we buy something at Morton's market and deli on the strip. Beautiful sunsets. And very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay with our son and his family. If we had rented both sides of the duplex, our entire extended family could stay. Maybe next time.

We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints. My 5 grandchildren want to go back and stay in the same place. They loved being upstairs, swimming as well as go to the beach. The only negative experience we had, wasn’t with this property. The walk to the beach, with all of the rain, was very unpleasant and nasty. With the media talking about the flesh eating bacteria, the kids were worried. And I did not enjoy walking through the black water.

Amazing location - public beach access is SO close and since there isn't any public parking at that access point, the beach is much less crowded than other places along the beach. Condo was clean and as expected, plenty of towels and beach gear. We used the pool and game room daily. Short walk to village and market. Property manager was very responsive to our questions during the stay!

This was our first time visiting this part of Florida. A friend had recommended this area to us, and we were very lucky to find such a great place to stay. Comfortable with plenty of room for us and our two teens to spread out, plus walking distance to the beach and the village with shops and restaurants. House was well stocked with basic kitchen items and plenty of towels. Neighborhood was very quiet. And the concierge and rental company staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back!

You are correct, this home is right across the street from a nice quiet beach access and a perfect spot on Siesta Beach. This clean and well decorated property was perfect for our week vacation. The location can't be beat----across the street from the beach, walking distance both to a playground at the public beach and SIESTA KEY VILLAGE. It was wonderful having a shared pool too. There is a lot of stairs that may be something to consider for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommended property!

This was a nice rental. It had everything needed for a nice beach getaway. We had a few issues popup, the rental management company had someone at the house within 10 minutes each time. The unit is right across the street from one of the beach access points. Restaurants and stores are about a mile away. Would stay here again.

Across the street from the beach and 1/2 mile to Siesta Key Village (10 min walk). It's perfect. I'm glad that our staff was able to assist you as well when there were issues.
