Our staying at Siesta Key was incredible. Close in proximity to restaurants, stores, markets m and the beach! Kids loved the pool features.

THE POOL!! Our reservations at another place were cancelled a week before arrival so we were happy this house was available. Great location, very clean, so many beds (although we were only 5 adults and 3 toddlers). The rental company was very easy to deal with although we were given the wrong code to get in. That issue was solved in just a few minutes. The place had tons of dishware (and 34 sharp knives. Note the toddlers above). Cooking utensils were a bit slim for a group. And there were no dressers as seen in the bedroom photos so we lived out of our suitcases. But the pool made it for us--slide, waterfall, umbrellaed sitting, hot tub and a generous shallow area which we called the toddler pad. This house turned our potential vacation disaster into a joy.

Overall this was a great house in a great location, easily walkable to a beach access and the market and shops. The pool with the water slide was so much fun and we spent a ton of time in it every afternoon! Communication was great with the property managers and the house was clean. There were some minor flaws with the house but nothing that impacted our experience too much. One thing to mention is the lack of shade in the backyard outside of the pool itself. We had a pop up tent that we left up for the full week that was crucial!

Our stay was great. It was convenient for walking to small shops, the beach, several good restaurants. Or you could just stay at the house and enjoy the pool area. The kids loved the slide and waterfall.

The pool, spa, slide and rock jump were so much fun for my teens. The location is great. Very close to the village for shopping and food. The walk to beach is a little long but doable. We rented a golf cart so that made things easier. I will say that its time for the owner to replace update a few things....the beach chairs need replacing. The shower curtains had mold. Some of the dressers need to be replaced, drawers falling apart. We did have some maintenance request and they responded right away. And, take note, in the upstairs bedrooms, you either get a closet or a dresser, not both. We stayed just one person per room but I could see it getting tight with multiple people per room. Most all rooms have their own bath so that's a big bonus.

The whole family had a great time. The pool was great, and the beach was just minutes away. The village was too, and the market even closer. It was very nice and handy. We rented a scooter and a Barbe car for the older girls. It was hilarious. Everyone loved it.

We had a couples getaway for a 40th birthday and this location and house was perfect!!! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool was amazing and the amenities were perfect. We walked to everything - bars, restaurants, the market and the liquor store. Would stay here again!

A group of 15 of us, from 10 states, gathered at the house for a long weekend to re-connect. The house was terrific -- perfectly clean, well appointed, and well located. We made ample use of the pool and spa, cooked in, wandered Siesta Key Village and had a fabulous time together. Had a few issues with the dryer, which were addressed rapidly - and other than shelving missing from the fridge (?!) everything was in great shape. Thank you !!

Overall this property was beautiful. We had 15 of us that stayed and all had a blast. The property manager was quick to respond to all requests. If I had to complain about something it would be the dryer. Even though they said it was working properly it never really did. We made very sure it wasnt overloaded and even with just a few items in there it took a long time to dry. Other than that everything was great. The pool is awesome. A/C worked great. Plenty of room and every family had their own bathrooms which was great.

We’re thrilled to know that our ‘Island House’ property was a perfect fit for your group of 15 people and that our property management team was responsive during your entire stay. It is great to hear your feedback on the spaciousness of the home, the pool area, and the cool A/C. We also appreciate your feedback on the dryer as well. Within 30 minutes of receiving your call about the issues you were experiencing with the dryer we were able to get one of our maintenance team members to the property. As with all service calls of this nature, our first step is to remove the current load of laundry and test the machine with varying load sizes. Our tech removed the 15 beach towels that were in the dryer, and performed a series of operational tests. From these tests, our tech concluded that the dryer was operating correctly with a reduced load, and our maintenance tech recommended reducing the size of the laundry load to expedite the drying time. We are very sorry if this came across in the wrong way, that was not our intent. We will continue to monitor this situation with additional testing, and through guest feedback, and address any issues that arise; and, we hope that this response provides some context to our efforts and follow-up since receiving this feedback. Despite this small issue, we’re thrilled to know that every other aspect of your stay was perfect, and that fun was had by all ages! This resort-style pool with waterslide and spa is always a huge hit, so we’re glad this was fun for all ages! We appreciate your feedback regarding the stains that you found on some of the comforters. A member of our property management team was able to review each of the comforters that we have in this home’s inventory, and they found that 2 of the comforters on the bunk beds did have 2 smalls stains. We are so sorry that our team missed this, but we have arranged to have these professionally laundered and treated before they are put back into circulation. While this is never something that we want our guests to find, we certainly appreciate your bringing it to our attention so that we could correct it. With that said, please notify us of this type of thing during your stay so that we can have corrected it immediately, instead of after your departure. Our program is designed to eliminate this type of occurrence, but we are not perfect, and when these small issues occur, we want to be able to correct them immediately. We had a group of 14 , 6 adults and 8 children. This place was perfect. Beds were comfortable, about 7 min walk to the beautiful white sand beach, 5 min walk to town with lots of shops, restaurants, and ice cream. Great family atmosphere. House was perfectly clean, check in and checkout were simple. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, including a nice grill. Pool was perfect, kids must have gone down the slide a thousand times. Sand toys, beach chairs, and beach wagons provided. Would definitely book again. Great family vacation.

Better than we imagined. There were 19 of us and we did not seem to be crowded at all. Loved the private suite for a bit of added privacy. The well maintained pool was always full of kids, they loved the slide and waterfall. The beach was really one of the most beautiful I’ve seen, and it is a short 2 block walk. Matthew was great to work with, he took care of all my concerns/questions before we arrived and was very quick in taking care of the few things that came up the week we were there.

This property was true in advertising. Large and beautiful home close to everything in Siesta Key. Ideal for large groups. Pool area is amazing for lounging, sun, and fun. Ample supply of bedrooms and baths. A few minor improvements: better kitchen small appliances/utensils, thorough mold cleaning in showers, AND airing out downstairs bedroom which was unusable because of dampness. All told, a wonderful experience.

Room for everyone it was nice not waiting for the showers or bathrooms we had 15 people and had room for everyone pool and house was clean and modern close to village and beach. Did. Not have to move the vehicle close to everything. Would rent again

Fantastic property. Clean modern and great layout for a big group. Plenty of hang space. Pool and patio are perfect for a relaxed cook out. Super close to all restaurants and bars in the village and a short walk to the beach. We would love to be back there RIGHT NOW!!! Kelly and the team went above and beyond to keep us happy.

A family wedding celebration was made even more perfect because of our stay at this home. The staff could not have been more accommodating or courteous during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained and well designed for a crowd. This home will be a repeat for us.

Kids loved the pool with SLIDE! Mother inlaw enjoyed her private suite . And everyone one else liked having there very own private bath with each bedroom . Especialy when getting ready for my sons wedding night on the beach. Location was great ! Walking distance to beach and village:)
