This home was extremely clean and neat upon our arrival. The accommodation team checked in with us regularly, to see if we needed anything and if we were satisfied with the home. The location was great, so easy to get to the beach and we walked to several places in Homes Beach and Anna Maria Beach.

We absolutely love AMI and this has been our favorite place to stay so far. A block off the beach with public access and right in the middle of the island between the two main areas. Our kids loved the pool! We actually had a freezer problem the morning of the 4th of July but they were still responsive and had somebody out there and fixed the problem by lunch time. Overall great experience and my wife is ready to come back to the same location next year!

Great property with a private pool and a short walk to a beautiful beach! Included all the conveniences of home and excellent restaurants are located nearby! The management company provided great communication. Easy check-in and check-out. We loved it so much, we plan to return in the fall for another relaxing vacation!

We loved our stay here. Very short walk to the beach every night to see the beautiful sunset! We were wanting quiet and this place was. The pool is very sweet and hidden from the street to relax outside. Beautiful spot.

We loved it here if I would change anything it would be to put in a little more spoons and take off the darn alarm on the patio door or at least have the option of turning it off

We had the best time in Anna Maria! Our house was beautiful, private, clean, comfortable, and the pool and overall backyard area was like our private oasis in the middle of paradise! The beach is right down the street, and its very close to local bars and restaurants. We will be booking again with AMI Locals in the future!

A perfect little getaway for a small family! The location is perfect and the house was comfy,everything you need within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone interested in staying at rental.

The communication was great and made the trip so easy. The home was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach and central to everything on the island. Would definitely stay there again!

AMI locals were terrific communicators, the cottage and pool and proximity to the beach were exactly as the description advertised. They also have a fantastic concierge service. Amanda was so responsive and helpful and got us booked on a great dolphin tour and evening paddleboard cruise. I'm sure she could have facilitated more activities if we asked. We felt totally cared for and wish we could have had another week but spring break was just one week and we hope to come back. We'll definitely contact AMI locals again.

Excellent property, clean pool ( clean twice a week), great location (next to nice white sand beach) and felt neighborhood was safe. Location is quiet but for families it is perfect.

Cute little house with a short walk to the beach. We were impressed with how well maintained the property is and the pool was a nice touch when we wanted a little break from the beach. When we arrived, the beach cart that we were excited to have available was broken and unusable. We reached out to the office and they brought over a brand new one the same day and it was even nicer than the original! There are beach chairs and towels for use, and we left a couple floaties for future guests, although someone before us had left one as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and having a washer/dryer on-site is really nice! Great communication, would highly recommend AMI Locals and this property as well!
