When we go to the beach we like beach decor and that’s what we get here. This unit provides beach towels and some beach chairs/umbrellas/toys although the chairs were in need of replacing. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance! Keyless entry is great! Only wish check in/out was remote so we don’t have to make an extra stop at the Ssnd Dollar.

The only inconvenience is as having to drive to Indian Shores to pick up our keys and check in. Other than that, this condo was an absolute dream!! It is as so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Hope to stay again soon!!

This property is in a great area with a beautiful view, spacious living & sleeping areas, well stocked kitchen, well maintained pool area & easy access to the beach with plenty of beach equipment. Annette was very helpful if we had questions. Close to some very good restaurants (Keegan’s Seafood Grill & TJ’s Italian Cafe both right across the street). We had visitors the each week for the first 2 weeks (2 adults 2 small children) and had ample space for everyone. Would definitely consider this property again☺️.

There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Love being able to walk to get ice cream and the pizza place across the street was great. The week there was just what our family needed. The elevator was not working on the day we got there but after one call someone came to fix it and no more problems. Can't wait to go back next week to room 307.

We had 8 people- 2 families- and had plenty of room! Unit was clean and spacious. The only drawback was the water pressure in the smaller bathroom was very low, better in the master, but still on the low side. We would definitely recommend the unit to anyone!

Unit matches pictures and descriptions. This was our 6th year in a row at Hamilton House. Great location and appropriate prices. Few recommendations for improvements: 1) The path to the beach needs reconstructed. The stones are all askew with big gaps. I smooth surface would be beneficial. Also, the landscaping needs trimmed back, the path is getting very narrow. 2) The footwash at the beach needs some work, the sand just collects in the middle of the deck. perhaps sloping the deck and providing more space in the boards would help wash away the sand. Overall, we love Hamilton House and cant wait for next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the condo itself was very spacious. Beach toys were handy for our young children. Beds were comfortable. Location to restaurants and markets were ideal. We would love to visit again.

Overall a nice place to stay. Plenty of room in the condo for 6 adults and 2 children. Pool was nice and also the beach was great. A lot of street and restaurant noise. Condo could use an upgrade . It would of been nice to have the property manager meet us at the condo with the keys and info instead of having to go an extra 4 miles right pick up the keys.

Thank you so very much VRBO for providing such a beautiful condo, tastefully decorated, comfy beds and furniture and super clean fully stocked kitchen and beach necessities (chairs, towels, umbrella, tent, toys etc) for such a fair and reasonable price!! I will definitely return and book through VRBO!! We felt like we were staying at the Penthouse Dream right in the beach with a beautiful balcony!! Also loved the ease of checkin and friendly service too!

The location was great, the condo was the perfect size for three guests, pictures were accurate. Only things I could point out are that there was loud live music every night but one right across the street (luckily they shut down every night at 10pm) and the wind chimes could be annoying if it was windy.
