Love Hamilton House! This condo was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Still had a decent view from patio, even though on side since no big buildings next door. Enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

The condo was amazing. When we were not out and about the condo was great. It was very relaxing, the beds were very comfortable(amazing). I slept better in the master bedroom than in my bed at home. The only draw back to the condo is that it needs some bowls with lids for storage for leftovers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The location is fantastic. We absolutely love Hamilton House. We are at the age where we don't want the huge crowds on the beach. Hamilton House is a small complex on a beautiful beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This condo is really, really nice. We've been coming to the area for over a decade and stayed at the same place every year. Now, we wish we had found this place sooner. It's spacious, great floor plan, nicely decorated and great location. I'm going back. Right here.

Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 4 young children. The place was perfect for us as it had plenty of beds and space for famiky activities. The walk to the beach is about 45 seconds and the complex is quiet and small. Hoping to make this is regular place we visit when we want to be at the beach.

Unfortunately, we were there during the 4th of July and this year it was extremely crowded. We have been there during the Fourth of July many of times. However, I don’t ever recall seeing the beach, so extremely crowded and the condo itself. Nothing was locked at the condo and people were walking up from the beach and using the pool which was extremely frustrating. Beyond that, everything was the way I remember it, perfect. I love JC Resorts. Holly and the staff is always accommodating, friendly and always make us feel welcome. We have used JC resorts for 10 plus years and they have never disappointed us. Thank You

The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of evenings on it. The side view was peaceful but we missed our front views. The unit is across the street from a few restaurants, but most are 10 mins away either toward Clearwater or Redington Beach. Easy access to car and beach and pool!

The only problem for us was the bedroom that had two double beds seem to be sunk in the middle and my son woke up with a terrible back ache every morning. Also the bedrooms were extremely warm . Besides that we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year for our third vacation with them .

The living area was larger than expected and all bedrooms were good size. Even though it wasn't beach front, the balcony offered a beautiful view of the beach and had plenty of seating for all 6 of us. The house didn't have any tissues, paper towels or napkins when we arrived so we made an evening trip to the store - it didn't ruin our stay but basic supplies would have been nice. We also purchased 2 beach chairs since the items at the condo were in rough shape.

We loved our stay at Hamilton House 306. Even though the unit has a side balcony there is still an amazing view of the ocean. My favorite part of any vacation is enjoying my coffee while listening to the waves and enjoying the view! The unit was very spacious and perfect for our family of 6. Check in was easy and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo was full, but the pool was never overly crowded. Some days we had the entire pool to ourselves. We met some guests that always stay at Hamilton House and they said it’s like this every year, which is why they always return. We will definitely rebook the next time we come to the area.

The property was very roomy and comfortable, however there is needs for updating. The clothes washer spin cycle quit working, maintenance came by and fixed the dishwasher. Lights were burned out and needed replacing The stepping stone path to get to the beach is an accident waiting to happen and the shrubs along the path need to trimmed

The condo was just as described in the listing. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The living area was comfortable for sitting and the dining table provided ample seating. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was nice and warm. The only suggestion I have is to add a grab handle next to the tub. We traveled with my 92 year old MIL and were worried about her getting in and out of the shower. Relatives were at two other rentals on the sound side and all agree we had the best rental. I would recommend to friends.

This property was very clean, spacious and comfortable for a family. The beach access is amazing and it’s a beautiful area. It was nice to be able to walk to get a few things that we needed or drive just a few minutes for other necessities. Easy access to get to Clearwater, St Pete, etc check in would be easier if they have keyless entry on the doors rather than have to go get a key as we got in at midnight. No complaints, all of the renters at the other properties were very friendly and our kids made friends.

Very nice condo!!! Very comfortable like home feeling! They also let us know they were doing construction on the beach and gave us a heads up and offered another room or discount in which we took the discount as the construction part was only going on first couple days and only had to walk a block down the beach to avoid it. Definetily will be using this person again!!!
