Hamilton House 303

We had a nice stay. Condo unit and common areas of the property are well maintained. Perfect location and the condo even had beach chairs. The rental company was friendly and easy to deal with. Only negative was the pool heat wasn’t working so the water was very cold.

Hamilton House 303 was an amazing home away from home vacation spot. The beautiful sunsets, ocean front view and security features of this condo made my wife and I start to seriously consider purchasing a beach front condo in the area. We will return.

They are prompt, professional and provide unmatched service.The condo we rented this year was, as always, well cleaned and spacious. The bed in the master is lovely to sleep on. The spare room beds are fine as well. The location and views couldn’t be better. We will continue to come back. Our group rents about 6 condos each year.There are only 2 items that could be improved upon. The showers in our condo LOOK glorious, with a wall of sprayers and overhead rain shower head. However, the only one that can really be used is the overhead. In the master, some of the sprayers are broken. In the guest bath, you cannot use the wall sprayers because it just hits the opposite wall and runs out into the floor.Secondly, the elevator can be problematic. It worked fine most of the trip, but got stuck on a few occasions. For those who are able, the stairs work just fine if you’re not transporting bags or groceries.

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful! Only drawback was that we had to check in late due to flight change and pick up keys at a different condo location. Would 100% stay there again. Location can't be beat. Beautiful view!

The kitchen was adequately stocked. There was no cooking spices, which was no problem, just in the past at other rentals they had a limited stock of common seasoning. This condo has it all! Direct access to the beautiful ocean, a pool and all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. We enjoyed waking up and taking walks on the beach, enjoyed watching sunsets from our deck. The condo is located in the center of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach with restaurants, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance. A grocery store is located in the next town over, about a 10 min drive. The condo has covered parking spots. We can't wait to return!

The condo was comfortable with everything we needed, the management team was eager to help (but we never needed to call them) and the views were breathtaking. The other visitors also happened to be wonderful families - and everyone was super respectful of keeping any noise down. We can’t wait to go back!

Our departure flights left very early in the am and the staff was pretty rude about us leaving the keys in the condo rather than bringing them to the office. They said we could do this, but then I received a call from staff the morning of departure complaining that we hadn't dropped off the keys at the office. I had already confirmed this was ok the day before.

The check in process at the Sandollar was not too far out of the way lady that checked me in was full of information. Wonderful job when we got to the resort. Nice place nice view the pool was nice and clean every day well taken care of the grounds, the grass was nice Views were beautiful spectacular right on the beach. The only negative that I have is they need to update the furniture for the under sides of the furniture. Every time you would sit down pieces of the fabric are falling apart. Other than that everything you would need for the beach is located in the closet. A couple of the beach chairs are more recliners/beds because they don’t set up anymore but there was two decent ones. Overall, I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

Our condo was spotless and mostly equipped with everything we needed. However, we did not eat a meal in, as there are so many good restaurants nearby.There were a few beach things that would have helped, however. Two lounge chairs and cushions on the wood chairs, as they are quite uncomfortable.Two full-sized beach chairs as those low ones are difficult for older people to get in and out of.A beach umbrella, as one cannot sit in that sun without one. We did purchase one, but gave it away.Smaller bed pillows in master. Also, a tape in the printer would be nice, but understand that is something that is easily stolen.The positives, nice condo and lovely beach and pool, far outweigh any negatives.

We arrived early and the did their best to get us to check in early. Also let us use there resort until we were able to check in. The girls at the front desk are wonderful. Love the condo and location. Always clean. They do need to update the outdoor furniture on the deck, the table is rusted and chipping and could be a hazard for someone to cut their finger or hands. Otherwise we will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this condo location. Close to restaurants, grocery, ice cream and shops. Also, the views from the 3rd floor balcony were spectacular. We enjoyed beach time and pool time and even down time on the balcony. We saw dolphin daily, pods of fish and birds galore. We will definitely be back. Easy to fly in and plenty of Uber/Lyft rides within minutes. No need to waste extra money on car rental.

The apartment is clean and contains all the necessary things. The greatest delight for us was the view from the living room and bedroom. Large balcony where you can eat breakfast and drink a cup of coffee. Check in and out was easy and no problem. A beautiful place to rest, I recommend it.

The condo was nice and in a great location. The balcony looking out to the ocean was so nice. Was great to just walk a few steps to either the pool or the beach. Not any kitchen paper products, like paper towels. We had an issue with a TV but called and someone came to fix it for us very promptly. We hope to visit again soon!

The location was great. Restaurants plentiful within walking distance and surrounding areas. To fill your pantry for your stay plentiful to be had nearby for all necessities. Waking up and going to sleep with the gentle sound of the surf, is something I cannot put into words. The sand is sugary white!

Perfect location....with our balcony offering a Gulf waterfront panoramic view of the beach & it's glorious sunsets. Easy quick beach access & a clean, refreshing pool with multiple lounge chairs. The town itself is low keyed, comfortable, friendly & laid back . Interesting stores & all types of shopping available. But the best is the variety of eateries...casual & comfortable..... huge portions of delicious seafood & high quality upscale restaurants with OUTSTANDING & unusually displayed delicious food. Our top pick is Salt Rock Grill. With so much to see & do & eat & just relax in the rhythmic beauty of the atmosphere & retire to a comfortable Condo....it was one of our favorite vacations..... & I am sure we will be back. I was worried since this property did not have many reviews but it is great. The view was amazing and accessing the beach was a breeze. The condo even had a few beach chairs and umbrella which made it nice for us since we're flew. Condo was clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen too. I'd stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay here at this condo! It was very clean and right on the beach and close to tons os restaurants!! Company was super nice and accommodating! Will stay again!

Great location 15 mins from everything you would ever want to do, but not too busy. There are great restaurants all around. The view is amazing from the 3rd floor. We will be back
