Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this condo! It had everything we needed. We actually packed way too much because our room had so much of what we brought from home. The location from the room to the pool and the ocean were so convenient. We went to many new restaurants that were very close to the location. The only thing that could be improved was outside the balcony, a lot of our view was blocked by a big tree. If that was trimmed down we would have been able to see the beach perfectly! Overall, we highly recommend this condo!

The condo was clean and well stocked. We did have a bit of an issue with the master bath having a smell but maintenance came promptly within 10 minutes to take care of the issue. The location is fantastic. A lot within walking distance. The area is laid back and very scenic. The managers were very friendly and kind. The views are gorgeous! And the sunsets are breathtaking. Cant say enough about just how beautiful they really were. It was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Fl but it will definitely not be our last! My family had the best vacation and can't wait to go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a nice relaxing vacation after Christmas. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, loved the view of the beach and sunsets. There was a tree that partially blocked the view, but knew that going in, still was not a deal breaker. Would have liked a bench /stool in the master shower to make it easy to shave legs, dry ingredient measuring cups, (or at least 1/2c instead of 2/3c) maybe more full size glasses, but those are personal preferences and did not impact my stay. Staff and maintenance were very friendly and forgiving when I thought our keypad did not work- I did not lock it when I left, and was not giving it time to unlock when I kept trying. Overall, had a great stay, and will try to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Quick communication when i need to adjust my booking dates and had late arrival on check in day. Very beautiful condo with lots of beach chairs and toys. Very short walk to the beach and access to pool. Only downfall to this unit compared to others in Hamilton is a very large tree blocks most of tge beach view. Will be back!

Overall, it was a wonderful experience.Pros:Location: The property is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.View: The beachfront view is simply stunning.Cleanliness: The property was very clean upon arrival.Comfort: The beds were comfortable, which made for restful nights.Amenities: There was plenty of beach equipment, including toys, four decent beach chairs, and an umbrella. Beach towels were also available for guest use, which was a nice touch. Additionally, they provided two box fans, which were very useful.Pool: While the pool is small, it was adequate for our needs.Cons:Linens: We wished there had been extra linens available for the couch.Thermostat: The thermostat was locked at 70 degrees, which may not be ideal for everyone.TVs: The TVs are a bit dated and not smart TVs, so we couldn't stream services. However, cable is available.Check-in/Check-out Process: The check-in and checkout process was cumbersome. It required driving to another location to pick up and drop off keys, which only accessed the lobby doors if the code didn't work. We never used these keys as we could also access the building via the staircase if needed.Overall, the stay was pleasant and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A few updates and changes could make it even better.

It was so cozy and very clean! The cleanliness is #1 of importance for me and they had the place taken care of. The location was perfect..right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view (with the perfect balcony to enjoy sunsets/sunrises)! The pool was nice and never too crowded. We really loved the large space of the condo, and the large master bath shower was really nice. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and we were so grateful for that! It was nice to have extra blankets in the condo, as well as other random items like games and books.If I looked back on this vacation, I wouldn't think about any of the negatives but there were a few things to possibly improve but not necessary.For us, the bed was very uncomfortable and had a lump in the middle. I had a lot of back pain and trouble staying asleep because of it. The couches are a little older and therefore a little uncomfortable but not too bad! I think something to consider upgrading in the future though.The one thing that kind of annoyed me is that since we are supposed to wash any towels we use, I feel there should be at least one laundry pod provided. People would take advantage of a whole bag/container being provided, but to provide at least one or two would be super helpful. Not a negative, but I think adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen would be really nice for future visitors. Overall, an amazing stay and I would absolutely recommend to everyone!

We were pleasantly surprised since the moment we arrived at check-in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked in our condo and everything was very clean and smelled freshed all week. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms had fresh sheets and pillows, bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with towels (there's also beach towels available). Furniture is comfortable and there's a tv in each bedroom and one in the living room. The view from our balcony was amazing, outside furniture is also nice and new and you can access the balcony from the master bedroom. We were impressed at how quiet the condo was even though we were so close to the beach and the building was at full capacity (not much noise coming from the pool or other apartments). This was important to us since we had small children with us. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher worked good for us. The pool is small but was never crowded, very short walk to the beach, and there was some beach gear in the closet if you missed bringing something like a swimming vest, toys, chairs, etc. We loved that we were walking distance from some of our favorite restaurants and that Indian Rocks doesn't feel crowded and busy as Clearwater. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Was a retirement celebration for my recent retirement. Love the Indian Rocks Beach area, a lot more laid back than surrounding areas/beaches. Restaurants, beach, shopping all within walking distance. Condo was recently updated and clean, had everything we needed including beach accessories, and beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Definitely would stay here again !

We really enjoyed our stay and wish that we could have stayed the second week we booked. We had to leave 6 days in to our stay due to a family emergency at home. We never did get to enjoy the pool because several vacationing, fall break families took over that space. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will try to stay here again because the location is close to good restaurants and the beach is perfect. We would suggest cushions for the lanai chairs at the table.

We've been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and this has been our favorite condo so far. Excellent location, beautiful views, short walk to beach, decent pool, stairs and elevator close and easily accessible, king and double beds (vs. Queen and twins in many others), walls seem to be thicker, etc. A few things there to get you started, but you'll need to buy some basic things like paper towels, Kleenex, etc. (pretty normal to do so, but just nice to know you'll need to).

Their elevator was broken and I have mobility issues which preclude me from using stairs.This was a lovely condo with everything that we needed and even things we didn't think we would need. We very much liked having the washer and dryer and used it more than we thought that we would. Also, having a reserved parking spot under the building and out of the sun and rain really spoiled us!The Gulf view was gorgeous! Holly with JC Resort Management was top notch and could not have been any more helpful or nicer. She met us at 8 pm on a Saturday night as a favor to the manager of the property we had originally booked with that had the broken elevator. We could not believe how kind and accommodating Holly was on her night off to a pair of distressed travelers. We are contacting Holly the next time we return to this area! Would absolutely recommend the Hamilton House condo. It was so nice to be in a smaller property that was not as busy as bigger properties.

Nice short walk to the beach and a small pool which we didn't use as it was too chilly. Easy check in and out through the Sand Dollar office. Unit was clean except for the floors which is always a problem being close to the beach. Recommend close by restaurants TJ's, Guppy's and French Bakery. It would have been nice to have one roll of paper towels in the condo to start.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton House. The unit's location, space and amenities were great. We had one electrical issue that the management repaired immediately. The only complaint I have is that the floors really need a good cleaning and vertical blinds in the Master Bedroom need to be replaced. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything went very well. The location is perfect with great restaurants across the street. Pool was warm and never too busy. One suggestion would be to add a code lock to the door and master bed could use some work. Overall a great stay!

This place was exactly what I was looking for: quiet oceanfront getaway. The pics of the unit are true, with the balcony looking right at the ocean and the balcony accessible from the living room and the bedroom. Waking up to the ocean was particularly amazing. The unit was clean. I did have to go out and buy dish soap and sponges and paper towels, etc. myself, but the place was clean when I arrived. The check in was not at the unit, which caused a bit of confusion for me, as I first went to the wrong rental office and then needed to go to the other rental office and then go to the rental down the road. But it was all worth it for the view! I would recommend this rental.

We rented two side by side units at the Hamilton House and that was perfect for our family. I especially like Hamilton House was a smaller complex and the units were so spacious with a large kitchen, nice bedrooms, laundry facilities in the units and easy access to the beach. The sunset views were beautiful. I would recommend Hamilton House!
