We had a variety of ages from 3 to 73 and we all had the best time! Loved being right on the canal… We fish every morning and every evening and caught so many!we also loved starting the day using the kayak and paddleboard!And ending the evenings, watching the sunset from the private rooftop!Plus, the location cannot be beat! Being able to walk to the village shops and restaurants and also having the beach access right across the street was unbelievable!

This property checks ALL of the boxes. Centrally located to both the beach and SK Village within walking. We really didn’t need cars! The property was extremely clean and perfect for a large group. The management company had fantastic customer service - even servicing our hot tub within minutes (literally 5 minutes of us texting to report a small heat issue). Would stay here again without question.

This place is perfect for your family get together! Great location! The house itself is very nice and well taken care of. We arrived and the fridge in the kitchen was broken but there was a second fridge in the garage that worked. The company was very responsive and got us a new fridge for the kitchen the next day. They kept us informed thru text with everything we needed to know. We had a great time here!

This house was large enough for our group of 10 plus a baby! It was a close walk to the beach and the little village.
The customer service is amazing with this property because the pool was super cloudy when we checked in. They got someone there within 30 min to treat the water, which was great because we wanted to use the pool that night.

My family and I loved the place. The house is gorgeous, and everything is super close. We had a great time!! The only suggestions I could think about is that there is no bathroom for the pool, we had to go upstairs to the 2nd floor every time, it was not a big deal for young people , but for my grandparents It was. This place is comfortable for a big family. Love that each room has its on ensuite bathroom. Just not a lot of room to lay out luggage in them is the only downfall. The private pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing. We had some issues with the pool but management was quick to respond through text every time and sent someone out immediately. Ping pong outdoor tv and the kayak available to use was a plus. It was nice to be able to hop in the canal right from the backyard. Short walk to the beach and about an 8 minute walk to town. The rooftop sunsets were beautiful if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. Can even see the gulf. The steps getting up there are a little sketchy if you are afraid of heights. Only downfall everyone complained about is that there isn’t a bathroom on the bottom floor where the pool is. You have to go to the second floor to use the half bath. All in all great place that is managed well.

Stayed 7 days for spring break This house is great for large families The house is in the perfect location for both beach and village dinning We docked our boat and went to the sandbar and fishing most days Pool and hot tub worked great and also HEATED (most Vrbo homes turn off the heat or charge you to use it) Plenty of parking for 4 cars plus a garage You could stay with 2 or 3 families and still have room Great place overall !!!

This place is great! Easy walk to the beach and to town! Very clean and great that they supplied chairs and beach wagons! Also, great fishing on the canal!! Caught and released a bunch of Snook! Very fun! Two things to keep in mind - the sun is only on the pool in the morning, shaded the rest of the day. Also, the kitchen isn’t very well stocked - no spices, minimal pots/ pans. (Lots of plates, mugs, glasses though.) Better for take out serving than actually cooking in. Overall great place and location!!

Super big & roomy house. It was very well equipped and furnished, other than bureaus, but there are large closets. More hooks inside and out would be nice for all the bath and beach towels as well as bathing suits. But small inconvenience for such a wonderful place with an extremely peaceful, beautiful setting. We loved kayaking around the canal, bbq in back, lounging around the beach, enjoying thebeach and live music in town. And of course the Drum Circle on Sundays! No need to get in a car until you are leaving:)

This home was everything I expected and so much more. The home has everything that I have in my own home with the exception of a griddle. A large griddle for breakfast would be a bonus. The rooms were perfect, the kitchen amazing, the pool and hot tub outstanding. I would recommend this home to everyone that I know. I would also stay here again and again and again. No need to bring anything for the beach because everything you could possibly need is already there. Beautiful and amazing are not strong enough words for this home. This house is great for a large group trip to Siesta Key! The house is perfectly situated close to the beach and Siesta Key Village, but tucked away enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of the area. The house was very clean and well stocked with bath and beach towels for our group. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are very small (pictures were a bit deceiving). If you are staying for a week or long weekend with a large group, you should be aware that the rooms are tight with very minimal storage (i.e., no dressers and lack of space to put suitcases). This didn't impact our stay, but I thought would be worth sharing with future visitors. The management team was great and very responsive to our needs - including bringing over a bowl we requested for cooking purposes!

Overall the house was absolutely Beautiful just like in the pictures! The location was great, and just a short walk away from the local bars/shops. Me and my girlfriends had the best time and it was the perfect house to surprise our soon to be Bride for her bachelorette trip! The only small complaint I would have is that the property manager was great at replying before the trip, but once we arrived, didn't respond to any of my messages. I had a simple question about the pool controls with no reply so we didn't utilize the pool as much as we wanted. Not a huge deal, but it would've been nice to have the available and immediate service if something did go wrong. But overall, nothing went wrong thankfully so it was a great experience.

The pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the kitchen. If you’re going to cook a lot bring a good chefs knife in your checked bag. The knives are really dull. Loved that there was a tv in every bedroom as well as a full bath. We had four couples and 7 kids ages 1-9. Fit us perfectly. We had cribs set up in 2 of the large showers. Older kids loved the bunk room. Close to town and the beach. Couldn’t have been happier.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 kids. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Everyone had fun using the kayak and paddle board on the canal. The beach, restaurants and shops are all walking distance. The wagons and beach chairs were nice to have. There were plenty of towels of all kinds. And two washers and dryers if you use them all up! As you know, we were notified on Friday of the spa issue, and our maintenance technicians and property manager quickly identified the issue was with the pool remote that activated the spa. We immediately ordered a new remote, which was under warranty, but due to it being a Friday, we weren't able to receive it and replace it until after your departure. Our team did make ourselves available to you to manually turn the spa on for you, which we did 2 separate time during your stay, but I know this wasn't ideal. But, we hope it allowed you to at least use the spa and enjoy that amenity. We appreciate you being a great guest, and we certainly look forward to hosting you again next year. Thanks again. What we liked about this house was the spaciousness and the fact that there were six bedrooms and enough beds for 14 of us. The house is close to the beach for those who like the beach and has its own pool for those who want to swim and/or enjoy the attached hot tub. Our 3-generation family ranged in age from 19 months to 64 years old. The house had plenty of beach towels, bath towels and kitchen towels. The kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils. The skillets were better than other rental places where we've stayed and did a decent job of cooking a dozen scrambled eggs at a time. I baked a couple of batches of cookies and a batch of muffins and the oven did a nice job. The mixer was small but it managed to do the job of stirring up the cookie dough. A tropical storm came through the area one of the nights we were there and no one felt unsafe at all in the solid structure. There are no games or cards and would recommend bringing your own which we did. This is a nice home and would recommend it to anyone.

It comfortably slept our group of 14 people. The house is so nice with beautiful views of the canal and beach. The property manager Emma was so kind and welcoming. Only complaint is It was very awkward that the cleaning crew showed up 15 minutes before check out and stood outside with their gear, an uncomfortable way to end vacation which I see has been mentioned before. But it is a beautiful house.

Our experience on Siesta Key was amazing. House and location were great. My family enjoyed the large gathering areas but had plenty of room for individual down time. My only request would be a better equipped kitchen in order to cook for large family. More pots, pans and small appliances( blender, food processor, griddle, 4 slice toaster.. We look forward to coming back next year.

We met 4 other families for an annual getaway. Wonderful time. Amazing pool, close to beach, beautifully appointed, plenty of beach towels!! Only downside sometimes cars speed on that street - couple of close calls. The house is perfect though!

Home was beautiful. AC system is complicated but got the hang of it 2nd day. Check out time very strict. Shoved outside by Propery manager at 11am with 17 people 20 bags waiting on the late shuttle to pick us up.

We are always happy to work with our guests to allow for an early check-in or late check-out when it is possible; but, we just asked that this be communicated with your property manager in advance so that they can assign additional housekeeping and maintenance staff to the property to ensure it can still be cleaned and maintained to our standards before the next guest arrives on the same day at 4pm EST. In situations where this is not communicated, there simply isn’t enough time or staffing allocated to the home to complete the cleaning and maintenance items in this shorter time period as a result of the late check out, so our team and vendors must start the work at our standard check-out time of 10am EST. We appreciate you understanding this, and for allowing us to work around you as you prepared for your transportation. I’m glad that we were able to provide your group access to the home’s foyer area, as well as a bathroom and shower, from the scheduled check out time of 10am EST until your transportation arrived at 11:30am EST. I hope this helps explain this process, and what goes into this, so hopefully you do not feel that we were pushing you out of the home. Overall we absolutely loved this property for our family to gather and spend time together in Siesta Key. It was in a great location since it was walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and the beaches. The decor was perfectly done and the kitchen provided more than enough space for our family of 12 to gather and visit. The property manager was quick to address any questions we had. One observation is that there isn’t anywhere in the bedrooms to place luggage or store clothing besides hangers in the closets. A luggage rack or a dresser would help. And there aren’t any adult life jackets to enable use of the kayak and stand-up paddle board so bring your own if you plan to use these items. We did enjoy the pool and spa and watching the manatees in the canal. We also enjoyed sitting on the roof top deck at night and looking at the stars. Overall we were very impressed with this rental property and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great experience in Siesta Key!

The support staff is so helpful! They were very prompt to answer any question that came up. The elevator was extremely helpful for my sister with knee surgery. You are two blocks from the beach! Everything in the house is brand new so it was just a joy from arrival to departure. The large seating space in the dining area is so conducive to long conversations. Absolutely perfect spot for any large gathering! We would come here again!

The only advice is that for a $1-2 million home - well designed, well decorated, it appeared that very little attention was paid to furnishing the kitchen (seems from TJ Mx or Dollar store); 2 piece toaster, single coffee pot; although plates, cups, glasses, plating utensils adequate the cooking utensils, pots, pans, special serving plates, bowls, were almost no existent (Place was a present for my wife (BDAY) and her family so full house. We live in Lakewood Ranch so carted our kitchen goodies so we could service our complete guest list. Your Maintenance Man was outstanding and immediately available. Suggest when checking in that concierge accompany to house and give run down on houses multiple systems especially pool and tub. Also just a small note: when raining the drip from high roof to the metal roof awning by the Master bedroom sounds like a freight train. ….but then rain not so common. .I would recommend this home but it needs to have a housekeeper advise the management team on how to stock it especially the kitchen. I the small things that were missed. The big things were excellent.
