Comfortable and clean beach condo with great location! Condo is lovingly decorated with a well stocked kitchen utensils and cooking items. Convenient access to beach and super easy walk to Bridge Street! Pool is partially covered by parking garage, but a nice break from the sun for a refreshing swim. Would stay here again!

The best balcony and location! Very spacious condo with incredible beachfront spot. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Great shower in the master! A/C works great on a hot day!

Our second time renting here. We just love it! Family friendly. Steps from the beach and water. Spectacular ocean views. Convenient parking. Walk to restaurants, shops and dolphin watching tours. We will be back!

The Best part of the Island is in your front yard and back. The beach was amazing and just feet away from Bridge st., where we shopped, mini golf, ice cream and even could fish off the dock.The sunsets were amazing! Will definitely be going back. The days felt long because everything is right there, so much to do. 5 stars out of 5 stars!

This was a Girls' weekend at the beach. All of us are over 65, and like to party, so being able to walk over to Bridge Street to listen to music and have drinks and dinner was wonderful. The condo was equipped with everything we needed except beach supplies. 4 beach chairs and an umbrella or two would go a long way to make this absolutely perfect! We had friends visit us a few times, so the underground parking was so nice. Parking is scarce in this area of AMI so very nice to have. We got our groceries through Instacart from Publix which was only a 2 hour process and we didn't have to leave the balcony. Refrigerator is a nice size and the icemaker is wonderful.The four of us had more than enough room. Can't wait to come back here and bring my granddaughters!

My wife and three of our four kids (18, 15, 14) spent a week and couldn’t be happier. The private balcony right on the beach was spectacular. The condo was clean and spacious. Exactly as advertised. It’s a bit quieter north in Holmes Beach (10 minute drive), but we thoroughly enjoyed Bridge Street, which is right out the front door. Highly recommend this property.

Great location right on the beach, lots of space for 5 of us in the condo, and we could easily walk across the street for coffee in the morning and drinks/dinner at night.

We loved our stay, right on the beach! We were able to enjoy the ambiance form our balcony when we didn't want to get sandy or walk right out onto the beach when we did. Walking distance to restaurants was also a plus. The unit was as advertised.

The unit improvement I would suggest would be to have a box of tissues and a few very basic spices (salt and pepper) on hand. I didn’t expect them based on the listing but it would have been a nice touch.

Location, Location, Location!! Perfect. Views amazing! Two parking spaces and right on the gulf! Views were amazing!! We will definitely be staying here again. My family loved it!! Thanks for a GREAT vacation!!!

This condo is at such a perfect location. Great unit very comfortable and cute. It had absolutely everything we needed. Ceilings look like there was some recent work and needs a little cosmetic repair but nothing that took away from how great this unit was. The property is small which never made the beach feel crowded. The unit itself was perfect size for a family of 4 with teens. Close to everything- can't wait to come back and would love to stay in unit 6 again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo building because we love that it’s walkable to some of our favorite restaurants and shopping yet the beach in front of this condo is not crowded. Oceanfront views from the living area and master bedroom are stunning. Always prompt customer service with any questions we had.

The condo was a great place to stay while we were attending spring training games in the area. The communication with the property managers was delightful and helpful. The location was within walking distance to very good restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Steps from the beach steps from the shops. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. We stayed in unit 6 which was the top floor and the view was perfect. Condo has an elevator which is great. Unit was really clean and well Kept. We will return!

Beautiful condo, wonderful location! Only reason i gave 4 stars to cleanliness category was the automatic water pitcher had mold on filter, we cleaned it and it was fine. Would absolutely stay here again!

One of the best locations I've stayed at in the Gulf Beaches of Florida. The scenery is unbeatable. The condo is nice and had everything we really needed for a week stay. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Whats not to like?

Perfectly located. Right at the end of Bridge Street. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Perfectly sized for my group and so cozy. The staff was there for me when I needed them and helped me all of my questions and concerns. Can not wait to come back!

The condo was true to its listing and well appointed. Three issues for improvement: the master bathroom floor had dirt on it left from shoes, the main room blinds are broken/don't fit the sliding glass doors which causes the afternoon sun to heat up the condo, it would be nice to have more than one set of bath towels per person. We did enjoy the sunsets each evening and the location next to Bridge Street was great for morning breakfasts. Also note: most restaurants are closed on Monday and some on Tuesday on Bridge Street.

This apartment is great! Location, location, location!! You are on the beach, the sand is very nice, lots of seashells - the kids loved the beach. Lots of beach towels were provided in the apartment and the parking area (2 parking spots that fit large cars) came with floaters and other beach items that were great fun to use. Large washer and dryers so we were able to quickly wash and dry towels as needed. Within walking distance there are many shops and restaurants and delicious ice cream.
The apartment itself is very comfortable, 3 bedrooms, a big living room area and dining table with a gorgeous view on the ocean. Were were 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby and we never felt tight. The balcony is a large size and 6 of us could comfortably sit outside and drink our coffee as we stared at the beautiful ocean. The only downside of the apartments is that the mosquito screen on the balcony that shows up on the pictures is actually not there, so it is a non-screened balcony. Also the AC temperature is not allowed to be set below 72. In August, we could have used a lower settings had it been allowed but overall, this did not affect our stay. The beach towels and supplies that were provided really made our stay a lot of fun!
