The incredible backyard oasis has a sparkling pool with a sunshelf, a waterslide, and built-in bar seating in the pool by the in-ground spa. The covered patio has a plush seating area, a fire pit, a BBQ, and a foosball table -providing the ideal ambiance for relaxing and playing with friends and family!

As you walk into this three-level getaway, you'll first see the home's elevator and game room, which features a ping-pong table. The main living room is upstairs with a beautiful seating area, couch, side chairs, and TV. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, plenty of space for multiple cooks to move around, and a kitchen island with barstools. Host formal meals at the chic indoor table or bring the party outside to the outdoor table that can seat six guests.

Unwind in the beautiful primary bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Through the hall is a second living area with seating, a TV, and balcony access to the spiral stairs that lead to the spectacular rooftop deck. The six King guest bedrooms have a calming atmosphere to make every guest turn their clocks to island time in no time and feature stunning ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The eighth bedroom is a kid's paradise with a coastal bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit.
